Forgot why I stopped coming here…definitely remember now. Highly unrecommended just go anywhere else. They don’t really care about their customers and it shows.Additionally: I’m sure this establishment is alright for recreation or people who dont smoke regularly but as someone whos been a medical patient for over four years and is also in the cannabis industry if you’re medical like me this is NOT the place to go, Never experienced that. If they mess with your medicine they wont care to fix it. Not coming back for how the manager alone handled the situation(laughed at me and did nothing) which I know could of been handled differently since I am also in the industry. I would never treat or speak like that to a customer especially a patient in general though.

Been here about 10-15 times and its cool but make sure you always use cash because twice I got overcharged by one of the employees specifically. The other times, when I was served by other employees I never had any issues using a debit card. The very last time I did and was helped by that employee, I looked at my account and was charged an extra 4 dollars for the order (which they explain is kind of an atm fee) but was charged an atm fee on top of that. Supposedly they give you some cash back to make up for it, but I was short changed both times by this employee.The very first time I went, I didnt check the bag before I left, and the same employee stapled up the brown bag and gave me an empty container. I went all the way home and my jaw dropped when I saw that the container was empty. I went all the way back for them to replace it. They were nice about it and apologized. I’m glad they believed me which is one of the reasons why I kept coming back, but I feel like one of the employees is kind of shady. I learned if I always use cash and check the bag before I leave, it works out fine, so thats the only way I go here now.Other than that, the employees are very nice and the service is fast. They normally have a wide range of prices from cheap to expensive. The flower is the only thing I get, and there was maybe two times I felt like it was bad quality, but most of the time its pretty good.

UPDATE: I have gotten my medical card and WOW, this place is even more AMAZING! Prices are even more affordable now and they have drive up service which is incredible. I commute 15 minutes and have an hour break for work so this really makes sure I don’t have any extra waiting on my break. They always come out in a good time and swift manner. Love this place even more nowGood prices for very quality weed. This is real quality product at this establishment, nothing like the I-71 gift shops in DC. The staff was very helpful, welcoming and kind. I ordered a pickup which was extremely easy and convenient. Also, they have a decent selection of pieces and smoke gear which is convenient also.Great experience, super nice store, good staff.

I went here to purchase flower and got talked up to buy some shake at a “discount” $52 for 5g. They put it in a bag with a RIP SEAL. Afterwards I realize that it’s a complete rip off and go for a refund, everything still in tact, but they can’t do anything to help me. I’m a long time returning customer and it’s unfortunate I’m just now realizing the people here are ran by greed.
