A Comedy of Errors in Dispensary Form—Avoid at All Costs!"What can I say? I’ll join the growing choir of unhappy customers who’ve had the misfortune of setting foot in this disaster of a dispensary. Imagine waiting in line at the DMV, but with more disappointment and fewer life goals. That's what it felt like to be in this place. The waiting room was packed—20 people deep—yet the actual dispensary was as empty as their sense of urgency.The staff? Friendly, sure. But only in that “Bless your heart, you really don’t know what you’re doing” kind of way. Picture a group of squirrels trying to solve a Rubik’s Cube. They mean well, but you just know you’re not going to get anywhere anytime soon.After standing in line for what felt like an eternity (or at least long enough to question all my life choices), I decided to leave, grab a snack, contemplate the meaning of life, and then return 25 minutes later. When I got back, it was like time had stopped in this vortex of inefficiency. Just as it was finally my turn, two out of the four budtenders decided they had something better to do—like not helping customers. So, I was left with one budtender who looked as lost as I felt, and another one who was too busy searching for something in the back (probably his will to continue working there).Oh, and did I mention there was no menu? Not even a scrap of paper. I asked the guy what they had, and he just started listing things off like I was supposed to remember every strain he rattled off. Listen, buddy, I smoke pot, not take notes at a board meeting!Normally, I go to CULTA, where they actually have their act together, but I figured I’d give this place a shot. Big mistake. HUGE. It’s like comparing a Michelin-star restaurant to a drive-thru that forgot to put the lid on your milkshake.Needless to say, I won’t be coming back. After reading all these other horror stories about this place, I can safely say they’re all spot on. If this dispensary wants to survive, they need to either get their act together or sell it to someone who knows what they’re doing. Because right now, they’re about as useful as a screen door on a submarine.Update-Maybe if you invested as much money into your Google responses As you do into your staff and your management, your business would do better. Stop sending out these fake responses that don’t mean anything. This place just is a joke. I hope you go out of business. Or let the professional step in.

yo this is the most unorganized dispensary in maryland, been here 5 times and it was roughly 45 min wait. Starbuds in overlea area is 100times faster while being 3 times as busy.Never going back here 🤣 and its like 5 min from my work so thats a blower:/

Do yourself a favor and sort these reviews by “newest.” It will paint a good picture of what’s happened within the last year. This place used to be my go-to and it was great, because it is very conveniently located for me. I’d recognize the staff members when I went and they would do the same. Now there is super high staff turnover, everything seems crazy disorganized, and it’s soooooooo slow. You’ll be lucky to get in and out of there in 30 minutes even if you have a confirmed-to-be ready online order. Sometimes you make an online order and then just don’t hear anything and have to try again the next day. The only thing good about this place is that most of the staff seem super nice, but they are clearly stressed and overworked. Every issue with this place screams “terrible upper management!” Perhaps the people in charge should spend more time and effort improving the store instead of reading and giving hollow, canned responses to google reviews.
Fully staffed or short, online ordering 5 hours in advance or walk in they are painfully slow. Tenders need training to talk/move faster during consultations. 3-5 mins max, tenders don’t have experience with customer service or weed so they just yap with customers forever while the line builds. Online ordering doesn’t help them move any faster and it might not even be ready. Team is nice but talkative and clearly lacking strong management. If they even have one at all. Cashiers standing and talking to each other and distracting the ones with customersbehind the register instead of jumping on a register with more than 15 people waiting in the lobby. Medical or recreational. Shouldn’t take 1 hour to pick up an online order placed 5 hours before hand with 6 people on the clock. Make a separate lane for online orders, keep recreational and medical lines separate and train staff!! ONLY coming here because their competitor Nirvana on route 40 moved to rosedale!!

1st time back in a year and wow. Nothing has changed. Bigger waiting room to keep more people waiting. The staff has no clue what's going on ever. They make all this money but still only pay one cashier at a time to work. There is no line system or time of arrival or anything. Having your medical card does not matter. You still have to wait. But they clearly have a message stating that medical card owners go to medical line to skip wait. But that doesn't matter. Did u order online? Don't matter. You still wait. Plan on spending at least 30-60 mins. Definitely try to avoid this corporate failure. Greenpoint is only 10 mins from this location.

I've been a long time customer for a while (spent plenty of money here since recreational bill passed). Closing your establishment this morning and having 10-15 ppl waiting because of 1 customer is bad for business. Also the wait times are getting a little unreasonable for ppl with jobs and places to be on a certain time restriction... I've literally been waiting for over hour and half the past two visits just to make my purchase. You guys had things sorted out and organized when I first became a customer but since the remodel seems like everything is going downhill. Management needs to be changed or reflect on your business protocols because it's becoming more and more of an unpleasant experience each visit (not how customers should feel when their spending $$ consistently keeping your business up and running). Do better....PLEASE!!!-update I arrived 10:30a.m it's now 12:30p.m and doors are still locked with unhappy customers waiting outside and a lot of ppl leaving after waiting hours(some ppl arrived earlier than I did). This will DEFINITELY be my last purchase from this establishment for a while... horrible business protocols (I'm 100% sure I could run this place better than whoever does rn, you guys need serious help)

They need to hire more people, I’m pretty sure they make enough money to hire additional bud tenders. The wait time is ridiculous here. I travel all over and go to every dispensary in the state and this by far is the worse. I only come here because they carry KK. The Rockville and Towson locations are much faster.

Never answer the phone, I’ve tried numerous times to call a non one ever answers. Someone needs to teach the people behind the counter to multitask, the business is fast pace and if they can’t keep up then get out of the way.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Sitting outaide their store that was supposed to be open 20 minutes ago. They are inside and do not even have the common courtesy to give anyone a heads up. This company should be ashamed of their selves its quiet pathedic. GO ELSEWHERE

Either you have a good experience or a terrible one. Not much in between. Employees seem overworked and that reflects at times in how they handle customers. I'm pretty chill so I don't tend to catch flak from many ppl but I've observed several situations where I felt that the employees were just being impatient and rude to other customers.It's typically NOT a quick experience, even for a medical card carrier. There's even times where they don't check you in as medical so you end up waiting even longer. Now, I have to double check every time.The straw that broke the camels back was when I arrived at 835 (they close at 9) and the door was locked. I had placed an online order (Side note, the employees show obvious disappointment if you arrive without placing an online order although it doesn't speed up the process in the slightest at this location.) There was an employee right inside the door with his back towards me. He simply waved the back of his hand without even turning towards me, indicating that I should go away. Extremely rude. At this point, I am going to go out of my way to go to a different dispensary.Please manage this place better and stop treating customers like they are some sort of burden.

Love this Shop it’s my go to, but checking in medical should be priority as well as the line every day. I’m starting to feel uncomfortable coming when they first open because I have to ask about the medical and then everybody in line get mad smacking their teeth and got their opinions on stuff this morning I felt very uncomfortable by two males. Not employees. One even made a comment about an employee having family around the corner. I know that was directed towards me. She and I never had an altercation, but this civilian made me feel some type away. And all I was doing was a medical patient asking medical questions.

I was really impressed with the staff here at AmediCanna ! They took the time to find all the right products I needed for my pain needs ! Love this place and they're prices are great too !
Well, their hours are good and they are friendly. The selection isnt that great. I have also made a couple orders online and when I got there, they didnt even have the order. Location is the best. Only a mile from my house. That I love. Definitely needs to improve on their selection
