I really wanted to like this place. However I purchased 3 vape pens from them, 2 rosin 1g carts and 1 live resin .5g cart. I've been getting these for a long time at other dispensers, and maybe the cart was defective but the live resin cart hits terribly, I get almost nothing out of it on 4.2v. There's something wrong with it. The other two rosin carts were hit and miss. One of them was great, the other i don't even know if I will finish.Overall, the store was great, bud tender was great, just the brands I tried seem to be really sub par to what I was expecting. The live resin was the most disappointing.

Ladies, be prepared to be man-splained to DEATH. Between over explaining taxes to explaining about how the medical spots are for medical patients, every single man who works here is a know it all. It does not come off as 'knowledgeable'. Going to stick to gLeaf where the vibes have always been chill and the information they give is actually helpful.Editing to add: security has a game where they count how many people push the door rather than pulling it. Make the sign bigger so your stoner customers can see it????

Display they need a sales area for smoking accessories in the lobby like the dispensary in westminster ,don't get me wrong staff is nice but I won't be returning ,the bowls they do have u have to order weed to go into that room , not gonna order weed just so I can't get a bong bowl or cones , have a sales area fro accessories in the lobby with a register that way you hit them when they order online and when they step foot in the door common sense why miss out on the chance of doubling a sale per customer

I hear it's top notch and very efficiently run. There's a small storefront if you want to shop inside. The best way is to order off of their website, they text or email you when it's ready (usually within an hour.) You go pick it up. Sign in at the sentry who checks your photo ID and your medical Marijuana card and then she tells which of 4 lanes to go to. Drive around the building, pull into your lane at the huge tent like structure, drive up to the front and the runner will come check your med-mari card. He tells you the amount, you pay him CASH ONLY and he brings your order to you. Everyone there is relaxed and professional and seem to enjoy their jobs. Very polite and happy.

Would give 0 stars but its not an option. Been going there over 2 years and spent about 800 dollars plus per month there. Bought 3 defective cartridges. Was told BY A MANAGER I could exchange them. EXCHANGE. Not looking for cash back. Stood there……for 45 minutes until the girl came out and said “there’s nothing we can do since its been so long since you bought them (been only a month lol).” Will NEVER EVER EVER EVER go there again. They say they take back defective stuff….but they’re lying. Curaleaf is right up the street with a better selection anyway. Disgusting service.

Hey Kannavis, how about more budtenders on days when you expect a lot of customers because of a special you are having that day?! Friendly Staff. Great discounts. I hate leaving bad reviews but this one couldn't be ignored, drove an hour in traffic to get here, then waited literally 2 hours while my line was completely ignored so they could help medical patients first, they close at 7 I was in line until 8pm and arrived at 6. While I do understand keeping medical patients priority, to completely blow off recreational patients is just ridiculous, all customers should feel welcome not just the old ones, if you didn't want recreational you shouldn't have signed your shop up for it. One of the two employees was hustling but the guy with the dreads was literally just taking his time walking back and forth like a million people weren't waiting to go home. Completely unacceptable never again, was in and out of zenleaf in 15 minutes last weekend. At least the product is decent thank goodness for that.

they are not equipped and do not have a well thought out process on how to serve both medical and recreational. to have all 3 lines open and to give medical prioritization is okay but to not make sure only medical patients end up in the medical line is unfair to the people who have waited over an hour in line and placed a pre order already. it’s not a good system and if they don’t plan on opening the inside I don’t see this place having a wait time of less than an hour even with a pre order placed.

Wide and excellent selection of products, plus the website is very easy to navigate and use. Location is great, just off I-270 offering covered drive-thru service. The best part is the amazing staff. Even on very crowded days the team makes sure that everyone is taken care of in a safe and secure manner. During peak times lines may be long which is a testament to the quality of the product and customer service. Only those that did not pre-order turned around. Make sure to order on the web and pick up on off hours--Thursday is the quietest according to staff. Highly recommended.

Coming from Colorado we have had many experiences with places like this. However, this is the best we have ever been to! I am a caregiver for my elderly grandmother and she is very sensitive to medicines. Every single person here has taught us more every visit. Don't understand how you can call yourself a "medical" dispensary and then treat your "patients" as if they are a nuisance. Will never return here. Display they need a sales area for smoking accessories in the lobby like the dispensary in westminster ,don't get me wrong staff is nice but I won't be returning ,the bowls they do have u have to order weed to go into that room , not gonna order weed just so I can't get a bong bowl or cones , have a sales area fro accessories in the lobby with a register that way you hit them when they order online and when they step foot in the door common sense why miss out on the chance of doubling a sale per customer

I hear it's top notch and very efficiently run. There's a small storefront if you want to shop inside. The best way is to order off of their website, they text or email you when it's ready (usually within an hour.) You go pick it up. Sign in at the sentry who checks your photo ID and your medical Marijuana card and then she tells which of 4 lanes to go to. Drive around the building, pull into your lane at the huge tent like structure, drive up to the front and the runner will come check your med-mari card. He tells you the amount, you pay him CASH ONLY and he brings your order to you. Everyone there is relaxed and professional and seem to enjoy their jobs. Very polite and happy.

I hate leaving bad reviews but this one couldn't be ignored, drove an hour in traffic to get here, then waited literally 2 hours while my line was completely ignored so they could help medical patients first, they close at 7 I was in line until 8pm and arrived at 6. While I do understand keeping medical patients priority, to completely blow off recreational patients is just ridiculous, all customers should feel welcome not just the old ones, if you didn't want recreational you shouldn't have signed your shop up for it. One of the two employees was hustling but the guy with the dreads was literally just taking his time walking back and forth like a million people weren't waiting to go home. Completely unacceptable never again, was in and out of zenleaf in 15 minutes last weekend. At least the product is decent thank goodness for that.

they are not equipped and do not have a well thought out process on how to serve both medical and recreational. to have all 3 lines open and to give medical prioritization is okay but to not make sure only medical patients end up in the medical line is unfair to the people who have waited over an hour in line and placed a pre order already. it’s not a good system and if they don’t plan on opening the inside I don’t see this place having a wait time of less than an hour even with a pre order placed.

Even on very crowded days the team makes sure that everyone is taken care of in a safe and secure manner. Coming from Colorado we have had many experiences with places like this. However, this is the best we have ever been to! I am a caregiver for my elderly grandmother and she is very sensitive to medicines. Every single person here has taught us more every visit. Don't understand how you can call yourself a "medical" dispensary and then treat your "patients" as if they are a nuisance. Will never return here. And a tip to others -- A ten minute drive takes you deeper into Montgomery County where there are much better prices AND you will actually be treated like a human being.
