First time here and everyone was pleasant and attentive. Walked in and was essentially greeted by everyone who wasn’t actively helping another customer. Kourtney was super knowledgeable and gave me info and her honest opinions. She came from around the back to show me different accessories and it was overall just a cool experience. I am a sucker for good customer service so I’ll definitely be back.

This location is slipping. There isn’t anything wrong with the product and the staff is friendly but they rarely have enough people working to handle when it’s crowded. The manager will just look at line and walk away. There is no sense of urgency for service. They treat you like waiting should be expected. The management needs more presence. It feels like they are hiding.

I was a patron on this spot almost exclusively due to location. After today I’m not going back ever again. Not only was the wait super long and there’s nobody in the store but on top of that they sold me a preroll container that was empty. I bought 4x more than what the preroll cost! I asked to just give me the $5 discount back I get for being a loyal customer!!! Their response was like I was trying to get over for $7!!! Trash customer service and I’m never going back and neither should anyone else.

I emailed Ascend management to relay my concerns. Ascend management did not have the courtesy to reply. I will no longer be a customer of Ascend Crofton.

Ascend Dispensary in Crofton Maryland has great variety selection of flower, edibles, cartridges, supplies, and their prices can't be beat, they are cheaper than all other dispensaries that I've gone to in the area; sometimes they have deals/sales and they have a reward program you can participate in. I like the atmosphere and the customer service. The employees are very helpful and awesome, I absolutely recommend Ascend Dispensary in Crofton.

I don’t know what happened within the last year. (They will be open for 1 year July 1st) they have gone downhill quick and fast. The first six months it seem like they had mad deals, a lot of variety between all the price points that you could want. $25 deals for flower. But it seems within the last 5 to 6 months. This place has gotten crazy greedy.Barely no deals. Your reward points just disappeared for no reason. Doesn’t seem like they’re very fixed on fixing the problem.. or maybe it’s intentional.And let me tell you those 3.5 g are not… 3.5 g. Make sure you bring your scale. It could be 15 people in line. 1 med user comes in last minute and they get priority even though we are ALL spending money. This place has become Greedy and shady. It’s so disappointing.If you’re going to ride out to Crofton, do yourself a favor and just go one to 2 miles further up the street to GREENLIGHT THERAPEATICS. You’ll thank me later. All you have to do is just go online and compare the menus and that’s all you need to know. No passion and love in this place at all.If you drive up 3 or 4 more miles, Greenlight Therapeutics Dispensary is on 301 in the middle right before Mr. Tire and Honda Powersports.They have no $18-20 vape carts on there menu. Again drive up the road a little not far. And you'll have an entire selection of $20 carts. And not just 1 or 2. A very big selection for every price range.Sorry guys and gals at Asend. Just being real with the public.

I like this dispensary very much. I would give 5 stars but… They have a medical line and a rec line. More than once, I have been in the rec line and they will take the person in the med line first if both of us are next. They’ve done that twice. And no it wasn’t the med hour bc I wouldn’t have been able to shop. I’m spending my money there TOO! They don’t do this at Greenpoint Wellness and the lines over there are long too! Stock and staff are excellent. Treat your customers the same. 👍

Nice dispensary with some great options. They primarily use kiosks for placing your order in the shop. I am vegetarian, so it would be nice to be able to see ingredients for each item. Some edibles had ingredients listed, while others didn't, so I ended up getting something with gelatin in it by accident. I could ask a rep and I should have, but the kiosk kind of discourages that a bit. I would also love to be able to sort by some of the other compounds like CBG and CBN.Other than their website, however, I had a great experience. The staff was wonderful.

I normally like this place but had an off-putting experience tonight. Online and on the door it says they are open until 9pm. I placed an online order, they accepted it, I showed up at 8:50 to get it and the door was locked. A lady came out and turned me and several other people away with the reason of "we can't take any more orders tonight." I told her I already placed an order and they are supposed to be open until 9. She says "sorry its 8:45" and closed the door on us.If you stop taking customers at 8:45, you close at 8:45, not 9. Adjust your hours or honor your policies. Don't be rude to your customers because you lied to them?

This is by far the best dispensary that I’ve been to. Rob is My fav, he is amazing and so helpful. I love seeing multiple women working at the Crofton location. Great hours and every bud tender I’ve dealt with is AMAZING!! Definitely a must stop for your medical marijuana needs!!

Out of all of the Maryland dispensaries I’ve visited, this is hands down my number one spot. Jared, rob and mike are all such great help and awesome budtenders. They have a ridiculously large selection of flower for the best prices in the whole state. Not to mention you get a penny preroll on your first visit !
