5/6 The general manager of their sister store contacted me and went above and beyond to make things right. Moving my rating from a 1 to a 4. If they get rid of Jasmine, it'll go to a 5.5/3 Jasmine the manager refused to exchange a cart I got 30 seconds prior that was oxidized and not filled properly. What should have been a very simple exchange ended up being a passive aggressive and rude and piss poor customer/patient experience for a regular customer.

This store suck donkey u know what. First off the staff is so blazed out of their mind that they can barely function let alone not mess up a simple transaction. There’s a skinny older African American woman there’s only one can’t confuse her with anyone else. Well this woman assures me that my cannpay order did not go through because she failed to add the discount. After asking multiple times if she could just refund the transaction she said no it’s fine it didn’t go through. I see on my debit card that it went through so I’m just puzzled why she said I didn’t get charged . I left and stupidly took her word. Today I check my account and surprise surprise my charge cleared and Columbus care left me with no product yet they just pocketed a free 89$ . Aside from the incompetent staff who have the worse attitude imaginable. The pot here is sketch the thc percentage is false . If you want to get some decent bud you have to pay around 45$ . I wish they just had government stores the independent stores are as trust worthy an addict jonesing for a hit. I legit mean it when I say everyone in that store needs to be replaced with some non smokers.

I will not be going back to this dispensary this has been the third time I felt like I’ve been getting hustled. The bud tenders are not too informative on sales and how to take advantage to get the best price. It has also felt frowned upon to ask questions like if they had a problem with me asking a question is sad because I’ve been going to this dispensary for quite some time but this new round of Bud Sanders it’s just not working for me so I won’t be going back.

Never had a dispensary convince me not to return, but here we are. Usually a dispo experience has me feeling like I'm excited to be there and happy to spend my money, but the manager really did not seem interested in anything but the price of my purchase. The only comment they made was a curt denial of coupon stacking, and they certainly had no interest in the rest of my experience. Most of the deals they have here are gLeaf exclusive so nothing to seek out there. First time I've walked out of a dispo less pleased then when I entered

I’m from the era before MD medical cannabis where, you had(to some extent) a relationship with your supplier.This place - I hope they paying security above his asking rate cause if he wasn’t so chipper. Prob would have cancelled my order. They have good product at good prices but, I don’t care for this place. Like - I’d rather take my money elsewhere kind of vibe.

Placed a $300 order for pickup, received a call and was told to be there by 4:59 (at 4:50), arrived at 4:58 and was not let in then laughed at by the tender when they left the building less than 2 minutes later (they had clearly already packed up by 4:50 and had no intention of serving me to begin with).

One of the BEST Dispensaries around, wish there hours were a lil more. Other than that they have the best deals on Wednesday's. The people are always so nice & helpful! My go to place! Right in the heart of downtown Chevy Chase/Bethesda. One of the best location is the NEW Marriott Corp is being built so close to it & the metro is a few blocks if that from the dispensary. If I could give Columbia Care 100 STARS I would!

Was the first dispensary I went to and remains one of my favorites. The staff is very knowledgeable and there is something for everyone. I appreciate that they have a small, experienced staff. They take medical cannabis seriously and the new points system is a great giveback to the patients. Everything in the Maryland medical market changes often but this place doesn't.

Ok so this place is amazing, and I have not even had the pleasure of shopping here yet. I met the General Manager, Sarah, on a Facebook group we are both part of for the cannabis community in Maryland as I was asking about making edibles with my product. Well let me tell you, after a day of back and forth conversing, even getting Andrew, the resident cook involved, they took 2 days of working with me and this was after she knew I lived an hour and a half away and would not be able to shop there but once in a blue moon.I'm telling you though with the wealth of info these 2 worked with me on, I know shopping there would be the best experience ever, and I look forward to when I can come down and meet these 2. Thank you so much for going above and beyond.

If you are looking for a dispensary in Bethesda, look no further. Columbia Care across from the Women's Co-op Farmers Market is the place to go. They are well staffed with the friendliest most knowledgeable staff who are eager to educate. They always take time to make sure you are getting exactly what you need. The facility is spacious and immaculately clean well stocked with a depth and breadth of inventory.
