Our “bud tender” was Ashley and has no idea what she is doing. Part of the experience is to have a knowledgeable tender so that your needs can be met. Ashley didn’t help one but we basically chose random strains. We told her what we wanted and she did not deliver..I’ll try elsewhere with helpful knowledgeable tenders or maybe that’s just a west coast thing. Y’all need to step it up

Staff are happy to give a first-timer discount (doesn't stack with other sales) and their holiday sales are solid for Maryland. Patients who order online, even medical patients, have to wait behind people who are looking to shop.Twice I’ve waited more than at least 15 minutes which is a long wait compared to other businesses in the area. I order hours in advance and there were at least 10 people ahead of me and only 2-3 people working in the back.Very busy Fridays around rush hour (everyone off of work), so try to go before 4.Better system needed for patients who order online and should be given priority for pick up without having to wait.

The employees get fired and hired every month so the new employees don't know what they are doing, and they really don't care because they are probably going to get fired or go to a better work place. literally every other dispensary has a medical line except this place. you will have to wait at least 40 mins and there is no seating because the waiting room is packed. there isn't even a wall to lean. you just have to stand in the middle of the room, for at least 30 mins max 1hr 20, for all the recreational customers go first. Probably because the employees don't know what they are doing. Actually tested this out with my friend who isn't medical customer. He went in first and I went in 3 customers behind him and he got to buy first. they say medical customers have priority but its all just lies. the prices aren't even good compared to other stores during discounts.

This place is truly a coin toss as far as service. I've been here five times total. The security guards are not very well trained in crowd control or customer service. The "check-in" process is very clinical feeling. Not the warm and fuzzy you can get from other neighboring dispensaries. The sales ppl are friendly but in a car dealership type way. They’re great sometimes. But the energy of the staff has gone down since they fired Troy. He would speak and get to know his customers. He never seemed annoyed with me asking questions about the different profiles for flower. I feel like a burden now. Products are cool but some staff members need to work on their attitudes. I checked Blair Wellness out today for the first time, and I was overall pleased. They have a great selection of products, and their prices are competitive. The sales they run were pretty nice, and they even have "happy hour" discounts. The only thing I found a little odd is that you have to wait outside of the building in a line to get buzzed inside to check in; I've personally never experienced that type of entrance in a dispensary before, and while the weather was nice today, I can imagine it being a pain in the butt when it's bad weather, or when it's very busy. Apart from having to be buzzed in, everything else was pretty standard, and the employees were all very friendly. I only had to wait for a minute in the waiting room before I was called back, and I had placed an online order, so the entire process was pretty quick. My total was also less than what it had predicted online, so that made me very happy! I was already getting a really good price, so the extra savings made it a fantastic deal. Overall, nice dispensary, friendly employees, fast service, they have their own (small) parking lot, and they have a large inventory priced reasonably. Worth a stop by if you're in the area.

This was my third time visiting Blair Wellness And I must admit, I was a bit skeptical based off of my previous two visits, my visits weren’t horrible, but they were not the greatest. But I figured it’s either three strikes and you’re out or third times the charm and it was third times the charm. They had the product I was looking for which was great. I got in quickly, the lobby was clean, and there was no one in the waiting area.

What I loved most is that he took the time to give detailed answers to my questions (Sorry for so many😅) I have been to other dispensaries that will recommend one thing and then tune out. Attention medical cannabis patients!!!! They do NOT prioritize medical PATIENTS, even with pre-orders!!! You will wait in line with the recreational patrons. No indication of that on their site.I'm editing my review in response to the owner: Apparently they do "prioritize medical parents", however keep in mind this is the only dispensary I know of that hasn't figured out how to prioritize medical patients "outside" of the building.

Went about 7:30/ 8:00p and there was no line and plenty of parking. The wait inside wasn't that bad either, maybe 10 mins which was good. Kim was the absolute best!!! She was so helpful and knowledgeable of everything. We broke down my needs and we picked out the perfect strain that I needed. She has previously helped my husband and he was elated about her help. Went here around 7p today after having a bad first experience. The wait is long in the heat, but the security is really nice. I’m glad he was armed too because the area is kinda sketchy. Last time I went in the morning and there was fight between customers. The security was not armed that time so I felt unsafe and left. Glad I tried them today.

Usually one of my favorite places to go. Now that they have recreational, just disappointed. I got turned away 2 days in a row for my medical weed. The first day after standing in a line for 40 mins was because they “didn’t feel like it” and the second day they “forgot” to put my order in so something I was supposed to be picking up turned into something I had to wait over a hour for to get packed and yet still haven’t received my order.

I have been going here for years and tonight will be my last night ever coming back here the security kept us all outside lying about the system close down automatically by itself at 9:55 but they close at 10 and there was no one in the waiting room. They could of seen us. Im medical was there in the line 25 mins before 10pm and they all came out to say the system is ready to close down soon when they could of been taking the last few patients. They were being lazy and I’m really upset. Blairs is the place to go for the variety of medicinal strains. Sometimes there is a wait time upon arriving so be prepared not to be in a hurry. They also offer different weights for purchase that is a better deal by far. Staff is friendly and always stay stocked with information/reading materials on products.

Make sure you open your order before you leave this place to make sure you got what you ordered otherwise they will do the impossible to not fulfill what you purchased!I bought a gr of bubble hash and when I got home I found out that they only gave me half gram so I called them and the manager acknowledged the mistake and told me that he would put a note in my account for the next time I would come come back.Well, I just got back from that place and oh surprise that they didn’t find any note and gave me the most ridiculous excuse to not fulfill their word…I’m frustrated not because of the money but because they don’t keep their word. You are better if you go to Starbuds, at least you earn points there that you can use for future purchases and their products are fresher/better.

This store never fails to disappoint me and I always leave feeling unappreciated and taken advantage of. DO NOT take their online prices at face value. Or the emails that they send out which tell you specifically to use a pickup order on Leafly. You will feel like a victim of bait and switch tactics. Very few items are prepackaged so you take the risk of being shorted. Which was an issue with this store before because the employees were caught stealing. I’m surprised that they are still using Deli style methods with the issues at hand. Especially with a strict no return policy for flower. Other than that the locations great and you will be greeted with a smile, but after all is said and done it feels fraudulent.

So let’s get this straight, all week you sell it on sale and the one day you are supposed to go in and get everything for the weekly sale price, they decide it needs to be full price on Sunday now. Why would I make such a deal over a 8$ product. They didn’t even mention looking into it, and made me feel stupid for buying the preroll. The manager on the floor told me only poor quality weed goes in them, and he personally hasn’t had a preroll in two years. That comment alone made me lose trust in this dispensary and management. Why would you admit to selling low quality product to someone who just bought and consumed that product? They had a quality control issue and their combative management made me feel they could care less about the patient.Edit: Management did reach out to apologize for interaction, I appreciate being heard after a jarring interaction, but will proceed to be more careful about house products.

Awesome dispensary and I’ve gotten really good bud really cheap! Plus it’s on my way home from work! This was my go to dispensary until recently. Some employees, mainly the younger ones, are pretty disrespectful. Don’t get me wrong, I’ve had plenty of positive experiences with the employees. But there are a couple bad eggs that have been outright rude to me, or borderline made fun of me for lacking certain cannabis knowledge. I’ve been using cannabis for a while now, but I don’t know everything about it. That’s what you guys are for! I get that working in a dispensary is a dream come true if you’re in your early to mid 20’s, but that doesn’t mean you can be rude to customers. The management here is literally a joke. I have been approved and used my card at at least 6 other dispensary using one stop. This dispensary told me I don’t even show up in one stop. Very suspect considering one stop sent me an email directly and I watched the employee pull up my picture in one stop. But the manager gets on the phone and says you aren’t even in one stop and when I try to explain he hangs up. This is the worst dispensary experience I have ever had and I will not be spending another dollar in this establishment.

I placed this order along with two others. About 10 minutes later I got a confirmation saying that my order was complete along with the amount. I drove 30 minutes to get there and the girl went back there and grabbed my order and she rung up two of my orders which was the correct price, but when it came to the third one she told me that it would be regular price. I expressed to her that the order was confirmed via text and also via Leafly. She told me that she couldn't honor the price and that's when I asked to speak to a manager.I spoke to a manager and told him that the sale price was $11 and that the order was confirmed. He told me that he could not honor this price because it was a mistake on their behalf, and I expressed to the manager that I drove 30 minutes to get there and that I also received a confirmation stating that the order was for the price stated above. I told him that I felt as though it was false advertising and he looked at me like I was crazy,so I just left. Sorry I had to leave a review about this bizarre experience.

I called ahead and let them know I was on the way and drove 30 min to shop. I was told if you get here by 9 you can come in. I got there at 8:59 pm and walked to the door. A man walked in infront of me and didn’t hold the door. I tried to pull on the door open it was locked. The lady behind the counter told the man not to open the door and shrugged her shoulders at me as I pointed at the clock showing it was exactly 9. If this is how they treat their patients and don’t let one patient in but another I don’t think I will ever support a shiesty business like that after I go there 3x a week. Last time!!!

Lots of simple problems that never get fixed. Sometimes when a customer asks a question they want the budtenders opinion, most of the time tho if you do not know the answer it's not cool to just make some answer up, especially when it comes to medicinal/recreation substances. The long hair budtender with lots of pins seemed to forget they were working, and walked off the floor for an unrealistic amount of time. I watched them while actively helping a guest, then walk to the front and chit chat with staff. Then quickly long hair went to the back, no worries, maybe they were doing something.... The entire time I was being helped the other customer was just stuck waiting for their budtender to return... They even asked someone else to help them and obviously they cannot simply, due to policy's, swap customers. And I had a decent sized order and was helped very patiently... But long hair pin covered buntender never reemerges. I left, andas I left the other customer leaves after never being able to purchase their items. "I guess he forgot I was there." Was what this guy told me, and said he'd never been their before,and prolly would never come back. 2nd time I come into to Blair wellness I get saddled with this budtender, forget their name but the only long hair pin covered staff member, proceeds to disappear while in the middle of our transaction. After 10minutes I just walk out, and info the front staff I'll never be back. It's simple stuff like doing the job that they consistently miss the mark.

Love this place best deals in Baltimore. They have a different deal every day of the week and they do brand pop up events in store for extra deals. Sign up with there text and email list to get the daily deals. They have very friendly and knowledgeable staff. There products are always fresh. They have a CBD store located right next to them. You can find many hemp and CBD products and all your smoker needs. They also have drinks .They are a little hard to find because you cannot see the sign well to turn into there parking lot but its right across the street from the dollar store. I highly recommend this place.

This is the best dispensary in the state and I got so lucky that it ended up on my block. They have the best and most diverse selections and great deals daily, but what really makes Blair Wellness so incredible is the staff. They are always in the best mood, so helpful and just very uplifting people. Every time I go there it is so difficult to leave because of the great conversations I have with all the different employees. Specifically, Devon and Paul. These two guys I almost consider friends at this point and it all started by them taking the initiative to have a meaningful conversation and really being engaged in our conversation. Every time I go in there I always check if they are working because they have taught me SO much about cannabis and even took the time to explain the different terpenes and the different effects and smells they possess. I am honestly so grateful for their help because now I am educated and get the most out of cannabis.

First, after you are checked in, you meet with well trained staff members who have your best interest in mind, you are steered towards stuff that works.Second and I probably should have mentioned first, I came in for pain and ptsd relief. The low profile of the place and its location is perfect. The waiting room is comfortable and easy to get around. There is never a shortage of seats. Plus, all service is timely and respectful.I am glad this place is almost in my back yard. I am grateful to the people who helped me with my needs. I have avoided most pain relievers because the immediately made me feel sick. I have had so few problems with this green medicine. My anxiety has lessened and my moods have improved. Our “bud tender” was Ashley and has no idea what she is doing. Part of the experience is to have a knowledgeable tender so that your needs can be met. Ashley didn’t help one but we basically chose random strains. Patients who order online, even medical patients, have to wait behind people who are looking to shop.Twice I’ve waited more than at least 15 minutes which is a long wait compared to other businesses in the area. I order hours in advance and there were at least 10 people ahead of me and only 2-3 people working in the back.Very busy Fridays around rush hour (everyone off of work), so try to go before 4.Better system needed for patients who order online and should be given priority for pick up without having to wait.

The employees get fired and hired every month so the new employees don't know what they are doing, and they really don't care because they are probably going to get fired or go to a better work place. literally every other dispensary has a medical line except this place. you will have to wait at least 40 mins and there is no seating because the waiting room is packed. there isn't even a wall to lean. you just have to stand in the middle of the room, for at least 30 mins max 1hr 20, for all the recreational customers go first. Probably because the employees don't know what they are doing. Actually tested this out with my friend who isn't medical customer. He went in first and I went in 3 customers behind him and he got to buy first. they say medical customers have priority but its all just lies. the prices aren't even good compared to other stores during discounts.

I checked Blair Wellness out today for the first time, and I was overall pleased. They have a great selection of products, and their prices are competitive. The sales they run were pretty nice, and they even have "happy hour" discounts. The only thing I found a little odd is that you have to wait outside of the building in a line to get buzzed inside to check in; I've personally never experienced that type of entrance in a dispensary before, and while the weather was nice today, I can imagine it being a pain in the butt when it's bad weather, or when it's very busy. Apart from having to be buzzed in, everything else was pretty standard, and the employees were all very friendly. I only had to wait for a minute in the waiting room before I was called back, and I had placed an online order, so the entire process was pretty quick. My total was also less than what it had predicted online, so that made me very happy! I was already getting a really good price, so the extra savings made it a fantastic deal. Overall, nice dispensary, friendly employees, fast service, they have their own (small) parking lot, and they have a large inventory priced reasonably. Worth a stop by if you're in the area.

Usually one of my favorite places to go. Now that they have recreational, just disappointed. I got turned away 2 days in a row for my medical weed. Or the emails that they send out which tell you specifically to use a pickup order on Leafly. You will feel like a victim of bait and switch tactics. Very few items are prepackaged so you take the risk of being shorted. Which was an issue with this store before because the employees were caught stealing. I’m surprised that they are still using Deli style methods with the issues at hand. Especially with a strict no return policy for flower. Other than that the locations great and you will be greeted with a smile, but after all is said and done it feels fraudulent.

The management here is literally a joke. I have been approved and used my card at at least 6 other dispensary using one stop. This dispensary told me I don’t even show up in one stop. Very suspect considering one stop sent me an email directly and I watched the employee pull up my picture in one stop. I placed this order along with two others. About 10 minutes later I got a confirmation saying that my order was complete along with the amount. I drove 30 minutes to get there and the girl went back there and grabbed my order and she rung up two of my orders which was the correct price, but when it came to the third one she told me that it would be regular price. I expressed to her that the order was confirmed via text and also via Leafly. She told me that she couldn't honor the price and that's when I asked to speak to a manager.I spoke to a manager and told him that the sale price was $11 and that the order was confirmed. He told me that he could not honor this price because it was a mistake on their behalf, and I expressed to the manager that I drove 30 minutes to get there and that I also received a confirmation stating that the order was for the price stated above. I told him that I felt as though it was false advertising and he looked at me like I was crazy,so I just left. Sorry I had to leave a review about this bizarre experience.

I called ahead and let them know I was on the way and drove 30 min to shop. I was told if you get here by 9 you can come in. I got there at 8:59 pm and walked to the door. A man walked in infront of me and didn’t hold the door. I tried to pull on the door open it was locked. The lady behind the counter told the man not to open the door and shrugged her shoulders at me as I pointed at the clock showing it was exactly 9. If this is how they treat their patients and don’t let one patient in but another I don’t think I will ever support a shiesty business like that after I go there 3x a week. Last time!!!

Lots of simple problems that never get fixed. Sometimes when a customer asks a question they want the budtenders opinion, most of the time tho if you do not know the answer it's not cool to just make some answer up, especially when it comes to medicinal/recreation substances. The long hair budtender with lots of pins seemed to forget they were working, and walked off the floor for an unrealistic amount of time. I watched them while actively helping a guest, then walk to the front and chit chat with staff. Then quickly long hair went to the back, no worries, maybe they were doing something.... The entire time I was being helped the other customer was just stuck waiting for their budtender to return... They even asked someone else to help them and obviously they cannot simply, due to policy's, swap customers. And I had a decent sized order and was helped very patiently... But long hair pin covered buntender never reemerges. I left, andas I left the other customer leaves after never being able to purchase their items. "I guess he forgot I was there." Was what this guy told me, and said he'd never been their before,and prolly would never come back. 2nd time I come into to Blair wellness I get saddled with this budtender, forget their name but the only long hair pin covered staff member, proceeds to disappear while in the middle of our transaction. After 10minutes I just walk out, and info the front staff I'll never be back. It's simple stuff like doing the job that they consistently miss the mark.

Love this place best deals in Baltimore. They have a different deal every day of the week and they do brand pop up events in store for extra deals. Sign up with there text and email list to get the daily deals. They have very friendly and knowledgeable staff. There products are always fresh. They have a CBD store located right next to them. You can find many hemp and CBD products and all your smoker needs. They also have drinks .They are a little hard to find because you cannot see the sign well to turn into there parking lot but its right across the street from the dollar store. I highly recommend this place.

This is the best dispensary in the state and I got so lucky that it ended up on my block. They have the best and most diverse selections and great deals daily, but what really makes Blair Wellness so incredible is the staff. They are always in the best mood, so helpful and just very uplifting people. Every time I go there it is so difficult to leave because of the great conversations I have with all the different employees. Specifically, Devon and Paul. These two guys I almost consider friends at this point and it all started by them taking the initiative to have a meaningful conversation and really being engaged in our conversation. Every time I go in there I always check if they are working because they have taught me SO much about cannabis and even took the time to explain the different terpenes and the different effects and smells they possess. I am honestly so grateful for their help because now I am educated and get the most out of cannabis.

They really let me walk out with a quarter of TRASH.. then told me since I left the store they won’t exchange with what I originally wanted. First, after you are checked in, you meet with well trained staff members who have your best interest in mind, you are steered towards stuff that works.Second and I probably should have mentioned first, I came in for pain and ptsd relief. The low profile of the place and its location is perfect. The waiting room is comfortable and easy to get around. There is never a shortage of seats. Plus, all service is timely and respectful.I am glad this place is almost in my back yard. I am grateful to the people who helped me with my needs. I have avoided most pain relievers because the immediately made me feel sick. I have had so few problems with this green medicine. My anxiety has lessened and my moods have improved. I am a happier woman.If you are looking for a wonderful dispensary who puts so much effort into the patients who buy there, I'd find this gem!
