Pretty fed up with their bait and switch tactic of putting large buds with crystals and purple Hughes on the floor but then when you actually get the product, it’s all tiny small buds with no purple or crystals on them almost like it’s completely different strain. Save yourself the money and go buy from a personal grower. They are the ones who really deserve your business not Atlantic Farms.

This is the best store I’ve been to, and I’ve only been to a few. The energy was amazing. Everything was what I needed and the flower blew me out of this world definitely come here. Dave made us feel comfortable and make sure we left happy. I appreciate it.

Very happy with my experience yesterday evening. Not many places stay open as late as Atlantic farms. Gabrielle was able to rifle off answers to my questions as fast as I could ask them. Always great to see Gabby and Gabe and Mark and Angela and Jessica they are great people very knowledgeable and a pleasure to talk to!

I’ll still be a customer of this location even when I renew my med card. Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable, location is clean, and product is the best I have found so far in REC Knox County. They even do event raffles- I won a cute Easter themed basket last month, which was a fun addition to a dispensary experience.Whether you are new to these products, or can hang with Snoop and Willie, they’ve really got you covered.

Had a young girl in a beanie help me she was very snippy and when i asked for a specific brand that carries ounces and because thy are the cheapest she assumed i was poor and said our cheepest is this kind but if its too much we have smaller quantities. Wow not going there again

The short of it:•Falsely Advertised top shelf products , then provided un-comparably distinctly different below bottom shelf product.•Scandalously did not seem surprised,concerned,disappointed nor remorseful and with con-man in their voice denied any type compensation besides $5 off of my next purchase as if it were a true possibility..The whole experience:The product I received was drastically far from the displayed product that I inspected and agreed upon & It was immediately inherently evident upon the first sight of the initial opening of the product , therefore deservingly I promptly called them and politely inquired on the availability of either a refund or swapping for a different product while also stating the product hadn’t been touched and it was evident.•They refused both a refund or product swap out.•Did not act surprised or even concerned about what was deeming their product unacceptable.⭐️Offered me 5 Whole Dollars off of my next purchase as if the idea of me ever bringing my business back to their shop had a possibility of occurring. (Which gladly would have if met with honest business dealings)This outfit is run by careless con-men sheister’s & has zero concern for customer satisfaction nor the health risk they impose on the public with the unnatural chemical ridden products they Sell under false pretenses.Conclusion:•0 stars if possible.•never returning.•Strongly warn & advise contemplating first time customers of the major health risk of their unnatural unknown and concerning chemically infused products!
