Edit: Going to the store with a friend and asking for a replacement with 100% full cart bought 1 hour ago ain't a conspiracy. Was 3 stars not 1 calm down. Smoking out the "broken" battery as I write ¯\_(ツ)_/¯Original Review:Honestly just not a fan of how I witnessed them treat someone. It is to do with their transparency and treatment of customers, rather than the products or their pricing, but I feel this directly impacted my experience at the business. It's clear they don't exactly take returns very kindly here. Perhaps they should have a "no returns" sign?End of original review but didn't fit at the top:Who TF runs a scam in which you exchange a completely full product for another completely full product? And if it's scamming you, why do you also try to claim the battery was broken? It can't be both. Did you proofread homie? xDDWhatever I'm dropping it to 2 stars from 3 instead of dropping it to 1 because at least you replaced the broken product. (Why do that if it was a scam?)Despite this odd reply from the owner I've seen even worse. At least at the end of the day we got a working cart, even if we also had to get yelled at, and then lied about on the internet. Some places would do that and NOT replace the item! So there's that! LOL

Edit: I believe the response from the owner, who I think was the same person hollering at me from across the parking lot, speaks volumes about how you can expect to be treated here if they sell you a defective item. Please beware, they evidently don't take kindly to returns even if the cartridge is 100 percent full and unused.Been here many times without issue. This time I got a defective vape cart. I showed them, they tested it, said it was fine bc for some reason it worked in theirs. I then placed it into my battery and showed them it did not function. They attempted to blame the battery but I used the same battery not even 10 mins ago and have used it for over a dozen carts so I knew it works. (Still using it 3 carts later btw)What likely happened is there was a small defect on the cartridge, causing it to be incompatible with some but not all batteries, which can happen occasionally if the threading is burred or the contacts are installed wrong. I refused to accept their dishonesty, including when they lied and said it would be illegal to refund me, until they either refunded me or replaced the cart.They eventually replaced the cart with one of the same brand and design and I went to show one of them that it now works because I felt vindicated. Being proven wrong caused her to follow me outside screaming at the top of her lungs for me to never return, at which point I informed her I didn't plan to, and swore at her for shouting at me. This prompted her to unleash a string of curses on me and we went back and forth coming up with inventive insults for a bit. Honestly her vocabulary is impressive! Not a lot of people can keep up with the Chuckster ... But it didn't really fit the situation, lol.At the end of the day it's not my fault you sold me a broken item, no matter how much you try and shift the blame or make me feel guilty for having the gall to shop at your business and trust that the items you sell will be fit for purpose.

went to get a 12$ dollar pre roll which is more than my other dispo. And I pull it out and it’s the most dinkiest pre roll I’ve ever seen for 12 bucks . Legit smaller than my pinky . Total rip off imo. I usually don’t even do this but I felt it was needed to warn others lol
