"budtenders" weren't very helpful in knowledge of products and strains.Too pricey for me because the chances of "hit or miss" are probably 90%, on the losing end. Just saying
This place is pretty awesome. First visit.Definitely coming back.Really good prices and excellent products.I was helped by a lovely lady with a Darth Vader tattoo. I have really bad anxiety, and she was really great. The other Budtenders were very nice too. Recommended 10/10
I went into the establishment to return a product that was not working properly. Because it hit a small amount of smoke out with sucking on it really hard and the first time I tried it did nothing. She said because it blew out smoke and it's resin. It just hits really hard and she can't return it. She also acted high as a kite while working. Maybe if she wasn't high, she would've made a better choice. Now you lost my business and everyone that I know . Very disappointed will never return. I spent $44 for nothing.

I was very excited to see that North country cannabis was open on Sunday night when my boyfriend and I were driving home. It had been a long drive, and our usual dispensary has closed early. To top it off he forgotten his ID and didn't believe he was going to be able to smoke that night. So when I saw North country I was excited to go in and buy him a pre-roll. The very friendly bartender inside recommended the one I purchased which was $13.2ll5. I also left her a $2.75 tip.The problems arose when my boyfriend tried to smoke it. As soon as he lit it canoed sucking in too much air and making it impossible to get a hit. Since we spent $16 to purchase this pre-owned we decided that perhaps the best thing to do would be to return it.Not only did they laugh at us, but they were extremely rude and dismissive. They offered us1 0% off if we wanted to purchase another. They treated us like we were scumbags because we came in and wanted to exchange a return a defective product. The embarrasses in front of all the other customers as the manager whoever he was kept walking around stating we should never have brought the weed back inside and that Calendar Island was only a $10 roll I'm the first placeSo not only did we get a defective product we were overcharged for it as well and ended up leaving the second time more unhappy.
Great store! The setting inside is very chill, customer service is friendly and helpful! We come here often, so it's nice to be greeted at the door with a friendly smile and feel welcomed!
