Went in there for an order, there was a long line but the budtenders did great getting people their orders especially Alex. She got my order quickly and it was correct. I would recommend anyone that has a medical card to go to veterans they always have the best service.

It’s not called H & W anymore, but I’ve got nothing but nice things to say about NOLA Cannabis Co.! Friendly, attentive staff that works fast to keep the lines moving quickly, and the best selection and prices I have access to! (I’m coming from the northshore — they blow Willow Pharmacy’s prices out the water!) They’re open 7 days a week with extended hours for folks who work, and they even offer delivery! 5/5 stars for sure!

The prices are a bit high and the turnaround time from order to pick-up is way too long. I have waited 48-72 hours in some cases for an order. Other places have orders ready within the hour and you can order and pick-up the same dat. That is not even an option at H&W. A rush order takes at least 24 hours. The staff has always been friendly, but the system and process is beyond frustrating.

Recently switched over from another dispensary. I used to drive to Lafayette, now I drive here. Prices and the best I've found but customer service is lacking. Sometimes products are out and they substitute with no notification. Some of the people that work there could be more informed on products. Also I've ordered things on Thursday to be picked up for Saturday. They had too many orders on Friday.. so they had to push back my order. A little aggravating when I have to plan an hour drive. I'll continue to do it tho, as long as their prices are on point. Overall, I would recommend them.

The cashiers are rude. The ladies there are not willing to help. I would recommend going anywhere else but there. They definitely need to take a course on how to treat customers. I don’t know why they think there’s so much better than anybody on the other side of the Register. And God forbid you don’t know how to use Aeronpay because they will not help you out. They tell you to go sit down and figure it out on your own. Go get cash very rude people.

After battling a sudden onset of panic attacks and anxiety that began 8 months ago, I was prescribed an SSRI, and am not getting the relief I had expected. I’ve spoken to my doctors at length to come up with a solution, and they have all agreed that medical cannabis could be a positive add on. I acquired my medical card and met with the pharmacist at H & W today for an initial consultation. She was lovely! I was so impressed with her kindness and knowledge, and she spent a good deal of time with me while explaining the different products available and appropriate for my condition. The owner of H & W was on site and working along with the staff. He came over to say hello and to offer any assistance necessary. What a gem! I can’t say enough good things about the service I received from the wonderful people at H & W.
