Online order completed, received text that order is ready. Once there to pick up, told that the price online was an error so they removed an item from the order. Called to speak with manager who stated it was a system glitch and the incorrect price was listed and she figured he didn't want it for that price so it was removed from the order. The manager, she said the decision to not honor the incorrect price online was made above her.Poor customer service in my opinion. No one called to inform.

Brock has been there since my 1st. Great guy 😀. The entire team is fabulous, and with Brock as their leader now it can only get better as Louisiana slowly catches on to how profitable RECREATIONAL marijuana can be for the state. They can put a tax on top of a tax. I know some other states charge A "service fee" of 12% , on top of normal state tax . A lot more money than your getting per inmate or juvenile. Just saying. That's Ole school economics... Time to catch up with the rest of the world. I believe Brock can get Louisiana there or at least be part of the change!

The prices at the current store, Good Day Farm, are significantly higher than when it operated as Medicis Pharmacy and offered various discounts. Now, only military personnel, senior citizens, and those in the cannabis industry receive discounts. Despite frequent emails prompting customers to place orders, there are no special deals or sales. A tip jar is situated at the counter, but it's hard to tip when the prices for items like 1/8 (3.5 grams) are unreasonably high. It would be nice if medical marijuana prices were more reasonable, in line with other states.

I give it 2 stars for a few reasons. I’ve visited this pharmacy a few times and not once have I been able to see or smell the flowers I was buying. As a smoker of flower for years, I want to see and smell what I buy. Secondly, once you buy what you can’t see or smell, you can’t bring it back for exchange even if you haven’t broke the seal. I just purchased 7 grams of some flower that I didn’t like at all. Being that they gave it to me in 2 sealed pouches, I called to see if I could swap the pack that I didn’t open for a different kind, and I was told, “Once it leave the pharmacy it can’t be returned, even it the pack haven’t been opened or touched!” I wasn’t trying to return or swap the pack I opened. I don’t think that’s right! I paid a lot of money for something I won’t enjoy. And third, the description of the flowers should be more accurate. I’ve smoked flowers for a very long time and I’ve had thousands of different brands & strands from all over the country. I can give you the specifics, descriptions, the whole run down on at least 80% of every strand in America today because I’ve tried them, and Some of the strands are not what is in the description. Other than that, the people that work there seems to be very nice. I Love that Louisiana have legalized this magnificent flower, but we still have a long way to go.

4-25-2023 5:34 PM. I would have called but the store closed at 5. I bought Two 3.5g jars from Good Day Farms(Jenny Kush). I opened one up and there was only 1.1g in the first jar. The freshness seal was in place. These 8ths were $52 a piece. I also bought 14g of Mandarin Cookies that was fine.4-28-2023 - Revising my review. Called Wednesday and received a helpful response to correct the error Good Day Farms made. Thank you guys for your excellent service and help. Easy and extremely pleasant from the parking to the waiting room area all the way through to checkout. Beautiful facility with plenty of seating and an amazing atmosphere. Receptionist was professional, efficient, returned my call promptly, explained the process concisely, and completed my order. Waiting rooms are spacious, nicely decorated, and lots of seating. Service counter is good setup, all employees are knowledgeable and friendly. Even with it being very busy, the process was quick, it was a pleasant wait, and I was still out in about half an hour with a reasonably priced order. Product is high quality, very fresh, and is very effective at relieving debilitating symptoms for me. I'm happy we have a good, safe pharmacy here now. It is helping so many thousands of ppl here, and is helping a lot of patients stay off of narcotics, nerve pain meds, and meds for anxiety.

I first came to Medicis after a bicep surgery. I tried one of the THC lotions for pain in my arm. After rubbing it on the affected area, I felt the pain subside in less than five minutes.The facilities are very nice and the staff is extremely helpful. 4-25-2023 5:34 PM. I would have called but the store closed at 5. I bought Two 3.5g jars from Good Day Farms(Jenny Kush). I opened one up and there was only 1.1g in the first jar. The freshness seal was in place. These 8ths were $52 a piece. I also bought 14g of Mandarin Cookies that was fine.4-28-2023 - Revising my review. Called Wednesday and received a helpful response to correct the error Good Day Farms made. Thank you guys for your excellent service and help. Got a harsh response back saying that I was wrong and that my scale was not accurate. They blamed Good Day Farms and said there was nothing they could do.Prices in general are way too high. This pharmacy is very modern-looking with a touch of retro. The building is amazing. The staff is VERY informative, patient, and professional. Glad to be a patient there! Their products are amazing, and helps with all my ailments. Having to get off "hardcore depression meds" (where you can't stop cold turkey, if using for a long period of time, which I was) was really uncomfortable, but the products I chose at Medicis Pharmacy, HELPED my mind, body, psyche, etc, with stoping my antidepressants. Receptionist was professional, efficient, returned my call promptly, explained the process concisely, and completed my order. Waiting rooms are spacious, nicely decorated, and lots of seating. Service counter is good setup, all employees are knowledgeable and friendly. Even with it being very busy, the process was quick, it was a pleasant wait, and I was still out in about half an hour with a reasonably priced order. Product is high quality, very fresh, and is very effective at relieving debilitating symptoms for me. I'm happy we have a good, safe pharmacy here now. It is helping so many thousands of ppl here, and is helping a lot of patients stay off of narcotics, nerve pain meds, and meds for anxiety.

I first came to Medicis after a bicep surgery. I tried one of the THC lotions for pain in my arm. After rubbing it on the affected area, I felt the pain subside in less than five minutes.The facilities are very nice and the staff is extremely helpful.
