Worst dispensary in Louisiana will charge 80 something dollars for 1/8 of medication when other dispensaries only charge half the price if this company cared about people who needed help with their medication and illnesses they wouldn’t make it impossible for them to buy their medication. These people are in it for the wrong reason. I hope they shut down. They wrote a comment on advertisement saying everybody should share a little bit of their green leaf, which is against the law. These people are crooked and ungodly. Please do not do business with them. Sad to say we’re better off buying off the streets when we can’t Own government to help us they only want to cripple us Greenleaf please go out of business. You are the worst dispensary in Louisiana. Thank you. Try Lafayette or new Iberia it’s worth drive for company who cares about the clients these people only want you to bend over and take it please shut down y’all suck

Update I was giving the impression that they were replacing the defected go pen that was sold to me that I got no use out of although I did bring it back two times. No I was offered a 50% discount and I just don’t think that’s acceptable that I should have to pay for a product that I’ve already paid for and I got no use out of. I respectfully DECLINED 🥴 crazy thing is this is to be a pleasant experience toCome here now I’m full of anxiety… Customer service is 100% Better towards me… However on the DEFECTED Go pen that I was sold 0% resolution. She is replacing when she also perceive treatment by the employees and how it’s probably not personal but they have. I agree with that I’m Health Care , so I understand. I know that the service to the community is a great service able to sort a great alternative option appreciate Dr. omar and majority of staff for everything. I just wanted communication and resolution and I feel like I 100% got thatI have been a patient at this dispensary since the very beginning I was one of the first Medical Marijuana patients in the state of Louisiana. I debated even putting this review up but I’m gonna do it because I do feel strongly and what I’m about to say majority of the staff at this Dispensary is kind and helpful. However, they do have two in particular that are always Rude that like to roll their eyes that act like asking them questions is bothering them, and then the tone of their voice. You just know the way they’re speaking to you is patronizing. I have questions I had bought a golden from here a few months ago, and the Gopin was broken. It was leaking oil and would not work Up I showed it to the girl and she told me to use a hairdryer on it. I did what she said it didn’t work and I came back and the oil was gone but the oil was gone because it was leaking out as I told her they refused to replace the pen and she was extremely rude about it to me. When I inquire why are these prices so high I’ve lived in Colorado. I’ve lived in Oklahoma and I can tell you the prices of Dispensary or 20 times with the average Is charging and the quality of it is it’s OK they’ve got some good buds sometimes but not for the prices they’re charging and I just wanna talk to somebody and see like why is it so high because it’s like the dispensaries are getting rich off the people in the community and the people in the Most are going broke, trying to get the medicine so it would be nice if somebody can just sit down and explain things in a nice way you know trying to use the dispensary where you’re paying $60 for 3.5 went on the street you can get it for 30 same or better quality and you would think that employees of the dispensary would be willing to sit down and talk to you instead of laughing or rolling. Your eyes are making you feel dumb for asking questions so I never said I was going to I said that I would like to sit down with somebody that’s knowledgeable in this area so they can make me understand why the prices in this disp

I suffer from PTSD and chronic pain. I decided to have the consult with the pharmacist as to which product would work best for my conditions. I went with the tincture balanced which is thc and cbd. The staff are helpful. I also got a pod that needed a Pax and went home but couldn't get it to hit good. I brought it back. They easily checked the battery strength level. It was at 1! No wonder. Anyway, I rate them 10

When the market opens up you will be punished for doing your customers like this and I'll be the first one to spend money at your competitors store. Repeat business should always be your goal. Right now you are the only option but people will remember how you took advantage of the situation in this state. But hey thanks for selling the good stuff while you last. Two good things have happened at Green Leaf Dispensary for me to give them such a good rating; first, my dog Dude and I can now both go to pick-up some stuff, thanks to curb-side pick-up. There's an added benefit, Ms Tammy.A couple of weeks ago I got some really sweet Jenny Kush, it said 32% THC on the package. Seven grams for $140. If this percentage is real then I've been going down the wrong rabbit hole of LOWER COST. We should ALL be demanding same cost, HIGHER QUALITY.

Great products but constantly out of products, absolutely awful customer service and business.Never answer their phone, constantly leaving people on hold.I ordered in the morning and it said my pickup time was shortly after.The whole time the receptionist was never on the phone, she just put people on hold so she didn’t have to deal with them.Sat in the waiting room forever watching people go in and not get my order ready.This online ordering and constantly running out of product is awful.THIS IS PEOPLES MEDICINE!!
