Slowest most unprofessional staff. 7 people waiting in line and everyone is all out of it laughing in the back… I’ve been at the counter for 10 mins and I still hear the same laugh
As a first timer to this dispensary I was truly impressed. From the moment I walked in everyone was nice & welcoming. I had a lot of questions being I came from out of state & our laws differ. But not only did they answer all of my questions they were super patient with me. I wish I didn’t partyfoul by not finishing this review while I had everyone’s name fresh in my brain but Sundays morning crew was amazing! From beginning to end I had a great experience with this team! I’ll definitely be back & not just for the sick 1st-3rd time discounts 😂
Medical patient here, Came to this location for the first time tonight for a pickup order I placed, never being in this dispensary I didn’t know the layout. I asked one of the security on the floor which each line was and instead of being pointed to rec or med, with a condescending tone he asks if I read and “I tell you people this all the time to read”. I didn’t know how to process being spoken to that way—I panicked and even started tearing up. Instead of feeling welcomed and supported as a new patient, I was made to feel embarrassed and unwelcome.Very thankful for my lovely budtender who asked what was wrong. I told her the situation but it’s still an unwelcoming experience
Melissa was very personable and easy to talk to. Made me feel comfortable. Asked if my needs were met, I like that.
Ok, I GUESS!I'm 52, so I feel like I'm to old to be eyeballed by security. The staff is polite, I suppose. But, the cute girl in front of me gets chatted up. But, since I'm an old black man, I just take what I'm given.It's close to work, and the prices are worth it
I placed an order online for a Gram of wax and when I went to pick it up and left i noticed it was only a half G. I was told to contact customer service online to help with a credit and it's been a few weeks now and still haven't heard back after providing the proof of the order and what I received. I wouldn't use them. If you guys reply to me and make it right I will change my review. It's been over 2 weeks now since posting and still no answers back. It just goes to show you what kinda customer service they run.
The reviews for this Dispensary location have to be fake.Second and last time I go to this place to buy an OZ and I should have walked out after entering the most depressing dispensary I’ve been to.Tattoo girl on the wheel chair checking your ID has no energy or people skills. The other employees that are supposed to greet you or help you order are too busy on their phone and you will be ignored.We get it! You don’t like your jobs but you should consider another field of work that is not dealing with people.Management should be ashamed of their hiring process and not making sure employees are doing their job.Do yourself a favor and go to Ascend or Star Buds! The service is next level and the employees actually enjoy being there.
Hello, I had a terrible experience today at your store to the point where after two years I promise to no longer shop here. I placed an order online for a 7g shake it was priced at 42$ when i got to the register the sale was removed from the item and the manager who would not give me his name would not honor the advertised sale price from the website which caused the product to cost 70$ .I showed them my receipt from my shopping cart and that the item was still available on the website for the advertised price.The white obese manager was very rude and threaten to call security because he wanted to try to shame or embarrass me for wanting the company to fix the mistake they made. He even admitted they were in the wrong but did not offer a single discount or comparable solution.This is clearly a scam for them to choose when to honor prices from consumers. Do not trust this establishment !!!!!
Usually I think everyone is extremely nice and helpful at this location, but today the experience was so bad I'm thinking I would be better off trying a new location.There's this heavyset girl who is sometimes at the front door letting people in. She's always a little stuck on her importance there, she acts like she thinks she's FBI or CIA instead of the doorman that she really is. But today she was beyond rude. Hey we are paying customers there, paying a lot actually, we don't need her snotty mean attitude first thing walking in.Get someone else please at the front!
Been coming here as a regular—good rewards system, great customer service, and good deals. Shout out to Jessica, Chassidy, Vanessa, and others that make my experience wonderful and fast. Love this dispo!
Very professional service. I always have been treated very well. Also great happy people. Not stoned, they just really work well with medicinal needs.
I like this dispensary because it’s never too busy and they serve medical patients in line before recreational customers. I don’t always feel too safe leaving as I never see a security guard on duty so I only go here in the early afternoons. Everyone working here is helpful and courteous. I have had instances where my total was off but if you’re aware of what it should be and bring it to their attention, they take care of it.

By far the WORST customer service ever, ever! Completely ruined my 04/20/2024 for sure. I purchased 28 grams of High Supply's Bio Jesus and only received 5 GRAMS!!! BLEW MY MIND!!!. I contacted customer service with a video from seal being broken to weight of product. They make it impossible to send them the video and won't let me show it to anyone at any of their Chicago locations in person. I am at a complete loss of $200 because they have made it impossible for me to send the video. I now shop at Rise, a much more customer service friendly establishment. Curaleaf makes you feel like you're dealing with crack dealers. I truly appreciate the friendly warmness of the staff at RISE. I will be outside Curaleaf locations in the Chicago area periodically showing my video and making my complaints in person to any customers that will listen. I can actually talk to management at RISE! CURALEAF, YOU ARE BOGUS!I don't shop with people that smile in your face and ACT all friendly with me, but as soon as there's a problem they don't know you anymore. Curaleaf makes it real easy to take your money and impossible to fix a problem like being shorted 23 GRAMS off an ounce! They even play you by not letting you touch the blacked out jars, what a joke, you can't see inside the jar and once they put the light jar into your hand that's it, no exchanges. I knew when I was walking out of that place I got robbed. They even used a loophole in their policy to try to scam me, I guess we'll find out in small claims court what a judge thinks.
Had an amazing experience with Alysia not only was she so knowledgeable and professional. Her eyes were mesmerizing. Can't wait to go back and see her again 😁
Cashier stole my cash @ Curbside. The Cashier put my order as paid 100% with Loyalty credit and he pocketed my cash.I told management. I don't know why this guy still has a job. I stopped doing Curbside and now every time I leave this place he is magically standing at the door to greet me out. He robbed me a paying customer. Why is he still working there. I am done with this location. No more Curaleaf for me. BYE
From front counter (Bob) to backroom, everyone was so helpful knowledgeable! My first time as a "care-giver" but they put me at ease. Great staff all the way around!
I’ve been to other dispensaries, it’s not bad but I don’t like that they have people ordering and asking questions while you’re at the checkout counter. Had to wait for 20 minutes to be checked out with online order cause they only had 2 people in the evening because the customer couldn’t make up their mind by the cash register about what they wanted. They should make everyone order prior to checking out.
Allison totally made my experience! I have shopped here a few times but Allison’s customer service and friendly/welcoming energy definitely stood out. She let me know about all the specials and how to get the most out of what I was looking for. Willl happily be back 😊

Bought an item and had an issue, they told me to contact them through email and someone from customer service is supposed to get back to me. I've called multiple times and every time they just say someone will get back to me but nobody does. It's been going on a month with zero response back . This stuff is over priced and when you got a bad item your basically screwed because they don't care. Save your money and find a dealer. The only reason I even came here is because mine is out of town.

The service was fine but she was not very friendly. She didn’t even say ‘Hello’. She just took my ID & card and went on to get my order. She wasen’t very pleasant in my opinion. Smile or something. This isn’t the first time I’ve dealt w/ her either. If you don’t like your job, find a new one.

The customer service is just phenomenal. You can't lose when you go here. They're very fast at processing your order and answering any question you may have. Special thanks to my bud Fez. Alysia was really knowledgeable and nice to me. sometimes I feel weird like people are judging me, but never at this place. She told me about all the specials and tried to give me the best deal possible. She also helped me with the different strands and never rushed me. I will definitely be back. I had never heard of this location, but it is the closest one to my house so very very happy about my experience today. Thank you very much! Oh, and if anyone was wondering, I got two vape cartridges and also 3g flower and they gave me a free T-shirt for spending over 200 I think actually I don’t know why I got the free T-shirt but I got one and it was pretty cool 🙂
