Bought a Cart there months ago, it leaked out overnight even though I had kept it upright. When you call or walk in the store they say they can’t help you and there’s no managers and to file a complaint online. Well I filed one four months ago about that case, never heard anything back. Tried to talk to someone and call again and still no help just told me to make another online ticket complaint, been months and still haven’t heard from them. Sadly they are my closest option and even now they still give carts with huge air bubbles in them. Disappointed!!

I feel that everyone is happy with their job.I was rather pleased that the store has kept a chair out for me and other moderately disabled persons.I've usually had to ask so I was very pleased to see it.I wish that there was a way for a drive up.I saw a man who had a worse time walking and standing than I do but I was very happy to see employees helping the man out to his car.It really stinks that your license can never accommodate medical. I know we can get the discount on non sale items but the tax kills it.Bottom line, we will use the Westmont location unless I'm well enough to go to other curaleaf locations.

I come in all the times maybe like 2-3 time a week and I personally never have a good experience with who ever cashier 59497 is but it is what it is most days. But today im hearing everyone being told about this card for a sticker that’s a promotional thing going on and this same girl says nothing to me. And im not a very confrontational person as is so I didn’t say anything but I just feel like we should be offering these things to everyone..

She gives very good suggestions and is very knowledgeable about the products sold and if it’s not busy she always will chat with you. Great employee!!! Actually my favorite. Really great place, with simple/easy online ordering, practically immediate pickup availability, and friendly staff. Whether you know what you want or need some advice, they're a great place to go.The only reason I removed a star is that the parking situation can be hit or miss. It's a small parking lot that you need to make a fairly hard left turn into if you're coming in westbound on Ogden. Once you get into the parking lot, it's small and narrow, so if there's only a few other cars it's fine, but if it's busy it can be a total cluster*bomb*, with some people trying to get in while others are trying to get out, etc. Good luck if you have a big SUV like we do!That said, it's close, well run, good products, and great staff--so I do recommend!

I made a purchase last Saturday 01/20/2024 opened the product on Sunday. The product was more than half gone, the box was soaked, and the lid was not screwed on properly. I promptly emailed the company, waiting till Tuesday to call. Was told I'd hear something via email by Wednesday or Friday. Well, Friday comes around, and I don't hear anything. I called again, being asked for my information, and told it'll be passed along to the manager. Now, as of today, Saturday the 27th, I've yet to hear anything. This is a horrible way to treat customers, let alone medical patients or veterans. I plan on calling when they open. I assure you I'll never give them my business again regardless of the situation being resolved or not. I'd rather drive a few hours to some where that cares about its customers

Decided to give them a try again after not shopping for months, the first product I was sold was faulty, I followed all their instructions and still have no reply after a month and a half. Don’t go here, they can and will scam you out of products. The one they scammed me out of was $65. Ridiculous.

Every time I go to this dispensary, I have a good experience. The cashier at 50478 That helped me today was a very nice guy and every single time I go into see him he makes me laugh. It is honestly a joy going to this dispensary whereas most places I’m dreading the fact I have to spend money. Great people here and honestly, they have some pretty good prices as well.

I’m a regular customer that has an account and always order prior to visiting the store.Today, I placed an order and must have been distracted because I did not hit ‘send’ to complete placing the order. When I got to the register naturally they had no order. I told him what I thought I had ordered. He went back, created the order and brought out my order. Textbook excellent service, which is the norm for this facility. (It’s also why I’m monitoring Indeed for a part time gig for a retired early guy)

Such a quick process to check in and get in line for my pick up order. I love that it’s an option here, it allowed me to take my time to pick exactly what I wanted and either schedule it for pick up, or do it ASAP which was 5-10 minutes.
