Kelly O’Brien is a very friendly knowledgeable cashier. She makes sure I’m aware of any specials and always makes sure I get my wisdom discount. She gives very good suggestions and is very knowledgeable about the products sold and if it’s not busy she always will chat with you. Great employee!!! Actually my favorite. I’ll let people go ahead of me so I can have her.
Great customer service, they was extremely helpful in getting me what I needed, since I don’t know much and they enlightened me and answered all my questions and really friendly
Really great place, with simple/easy online ordering, practically immediate pickup availability, and friendly staff. Whether you know what you want or need some advice, they're a great place to go.The only reason I removed a star is that the parking situation can be hit or miss. It's a small parking lot that you need to make a fairly hard left turn into if you're coming in westbound on Ogden. Once you get into the parking lot, it's small and narrow, so if there's only a few other cars it's fine, but if it's busy it can be a total cluster*bomb*, with some people trying to get in while others are trying to get out, etc. Good luck if you have a big SUV like we do!That said, it's close, well run, good products, and great staff--so I do recommend!
I always have a good experience. The staff are knowledgeable and know me by name even without my ID. The deals are great. And if you are a regular customer and on the mailing list you can get super awesome deal. I love this curaleaf because the staff is so cool
I made a purchase last Saturday 01/20/2024 opened the product on Sunday. The product was more than half gone, the box was soaked, and the lid was not screwed on properly. I promptly emailed the company, waiting till Tuesday to call. Was told I'd hear something via email by Wednesday or Friday. Well, Friday comes around, and I don't hear anything. I called again, being asked for my information, and told it'll be passed along to the manager. Now, as of today, Saturday the 27th, I've yet to hear anything. This is a horrible way to treat customers, let alone medical patients or veterans. I plan on calling when they open. I assure you I'll never give them my business again regardless of the situation being resolved or not. I'd rather drive a few hours to some where that cares about its customers
If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely horrible in every state. Decided to give them a try again after not shopping for months, the first product I was sold was faulty, I followed all their instructions and still have no reply after a month and a half. Don’t go here, they can and will scam you out of products. The one they scammed me out of was $65. Ridiculous.
Every time I go to this dispensary, I have a good experience. The cashier at 50478 That helped me today was a very nice guy and every single time I go into see him he makes me laugh. It is honestly a joy going to this dispensary whereas most places I’m dreading the fact I have to spend money. Great people here and honestly, they have some pretty good prices as well.
Prices are really higher than in other dispensaries, not bad flower quality but i buy one disposable and now I can’t charge it , tried many different chargers
They make me feel as if was the only person there….. because I was the only person. :)They also honored my birthday discount and I took advantage of a sweet deal from grassroots with that.From the security guy to the front door person to the guy that helped me build the order and the fine lady that rung me up and the mgr to approve my discount a BIG THANK YOU!
Absolutely adore this location!!! I could shop closer to home, but this location is well worth the drive. The associates are always so warm and friendly and I appreciate doing business with people who value their customers!!! Keep up the good work!!!
Jim was so sweet and took good care of me! And actually had a conversation with me! Sometimes it’s a hit or miss with the great connection I feel with my cashier. I feel like it should always be exciting to connect with a fellow a stoner. We shared our favorite strains and he recommended some things as well as explained some things I didnt know about the product ! He was lovely 🙂
I’m a regular customer that has an account and always order prior to visiting the store.Today, I placed an order and must have been distracted because I did not hit ‘send’ to complete placing the order. When I got to the register naturally they had no order. I told him what I thought I had ordered. He went back, created the order and brought out my order. Textbook excellent service, which is the norm for this facility. (It’s also why I’m monitoring Indeed for a part time gig for a retired early guy)
First visit and they really took good care of me. Kind, knowledgeable and patient. Worth the horrible parking and wait (though we did go on the Friday before Labor Day weekend). Love the system of ordering on the app or from a kiosk in store. Efficient and easy. I felt very safe and comfortable in the store.
Such a quick process to check in and get in line for my pick up order. I love that it’s an option here, it allowed me to take my time to pick exactly what I wanted and either schedule it for pick up, or do it ASAP which was 5-10 minutes. Everyone in the shop was really friendly as well! I’ll review the products themselves after I’ve tried them!
Totally enjoyed my recent visit to your fine establishment. Especially the spacesuit cutout for a fun photo opportunity. It’s the newest picture that I will use.
