I have a disability and use a walker. When I arrived at Curaleaf in Skokie today, whoever plowed the parking lot dumped all the snow on the handicapped ramp. I had no way to get into the store, and staff could not bring my order out to me - not legally. Fortunately, a very nice employee named Matthew grabbed a shovel and dug through the pile to clear a path. He deserves 5 stars, but I took one off because this shouldn’t have happened in the first place. If the contractor who does the plowing won’t do the job correctly, either fire them or have store staff check daily when the store opens to make sure there’s a clear path for those of us who need it.
Kristy was highly knowledgeable about products which are good for brain injury symptoms. She was also friendly and a lot of fun. Doorman was also very helpful - I forgot my debit card and recommended you going to a nearby Chase Bank to withdraw cash. Pleasant experience, lovely ambiance.
Great experience!!! My second time there and Mikey took great care in making sure I was getting exactly what I asked for. He also gave me an extra item since it was only my second time at this dispensary. Shoutout Mikey and all the products are top shelf for a great price!
Regina was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. She guided me exactly to what I needed, and I am thrilled with the results. I would highly recommend seeking out Regina if you are looking for an expert to guide you through these products. I will absolutely continue to see her out when I visit the store.
Not one negative thing to say about Curaleaf...Great atmosphere and they have Top shelf products not to mention Cynthia was very helpful and delightful.

Terrible loyalty program. I’ve called several times to sort out my points. And I had $50+ worth in points to use. I returned to the store and I was told that my points expired and there’s nothing they can do. I called the customer service number they said they can at least give me $20 worth in points for the misunderstanding and I never got the points. I called back and said the conversation never happened
Loved the atmosphere of this shop. The staff were super kind and knowledgeable and the shop itself was open and airy. Felt like I was shopping in a gallery! They had a great selection of products and lots of sale/discount items as well. Definitely recommended this place to anyone in the area!
My budtender was super awesome! Hooked me up with a a first time customer discount although I have been to other locations. Doubled up on my order after that and she was super fast with it!

this is my 5th time in a row coming here and having to wait more than 30 minutes in line for an order. seems like there’s only one dude who shows up here to work and he’s the tall dude with glasses usually wearing a find hat. Anyway, the service here sucks. i wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking to have an enjoyable experience at the dispensary. lines pretty much out the door with one associate behind the register with zero sense of urgency.
Quite honestly. Probably one of the worst dispensary's in the state of Illinois. The building is huge and pretentious on the inside. With maybe 15% of its total space being available to customers. What are customers doing in the 15% space they have? They're standing around 15-40mins waiting for their order. This location has I think 6-8 registers. Only two of them are being used at once. It's super rare to see more than two registers being used. The staff looks fed up to even be there, god forbid they have to do their job and serve someone. Arguably the worst decisions are being made to make this place run straight into the ground. 10/10 would avoid. Your better off going to any other dispensary that is out of the way. Do not go here. It's a huge waste of time.
I was so excited when they opened this dispensary. The customer service was amazing. Unfortunately I recently purchased an item that I can not use, due to the fact that they do not have any batteries for the pod I purchased. I was very disappointed when the so called manager was unable to even help me find out where I could find a battery for my product they sold me. While I was being told that I pretty much waisted my money, one of the employees was actually laughing at me, she is very unprofessional and nasty! She shouldn't be allowed to be in customer service. I will not be going back to that dispensary!
You guys always do a great job! I love the staff. Everyone is always so cool and chill with me. I understand there is occasionally a long line, but imo that should be expected. Blame the good bud and supply and demand, not the business or employees!!! Thanks Cura!!!
Staff is interesting, helpful, knowledgable, friendly, & happy. I like that they're allowed to express their individuality in their appearance. There's always sales & discounts, pick-up orders are easy, website is user-friendly, plenty of on-site parking!
Customer service is good from the one guy behind the counter. I don’t understand how a dispensary can be staffed with 1 counter person on a Friday afternoon. Each person took 10 minutes, with a line 20 people long.This is my 4th time here, it has been this way every single time.UNNACCEPTABLE.
Wait times can vary depending on their staffing situation so I highly recommend you order beforehand if possible. That said, the agents have always been kind and helpful and the selection really has something for everyone.
Do NOT recommend. Make sure you have nothing to do, nowhere to go, and you have an hour to stand around. This is NOT a place to stop if you’re just in town and want to grab something quick. Maybe ordering online works, but as someone with a limited window of time, this place is not an option. 3-5 minutes per transaction, ten to twenty people in line, two cashiers? The company needs to streamline or stop being greedy and hire enough staff, what a joke.
Very courteous service--and quick. Didn't take nearly as long as was estimated. Excellent detail and advice on what to address next for maintenance and why. Knowledgable front office. On the minus side, prices were not quoted accurately--no one likes that kind of surprise.
This store is great! It feels safe and inviting, the decor is really cool and there's plenty of good products on display for newcomers and helpful staff for any questions. I really appreciate their menu variety and frequent deals. I wish they had a bigger entry level glass selection because the ones offered are top tier ones only.

Wonderful knowledgeable staff. The super nice person who helped me, knew exactly what she was selling. So many stores they just sell, and know less than I do. She knew what to recommend, and the best things for me to get and try, while also getting one, since empty. I always appreciate the personal time spent with me every time, to make sure I am getting the correct products to try.Thank you

Staff is nice and selection is good. Here's a cool trick to save $3.50 on debit card purchases. If you're paying with a debit card put cash as payment method online. Otherwise they will charge you $3.50 online and $3.50 as a processing fee in the store costing you an extra $3.50.Because all totals are estimates it absolves the store of any liability. However the moment you hit Debit Card as payment method online it will always increase your cart total by exactly $3.50. They are more or less bound by their estimate. Even if they say they are not.
Bre was so knowledgeable and kind! She made my experience here the best yet! I’m always confused on what to choose, but she made it so easy for me to decide! Definitely coming back here and hope I get her as my checkout person again!
I have been a customer here for almost 2 years now. People like Victor, Ricky, Richard, Zion and many others have made this a great experience. Sometimes the lines move slow but that’s just the nature of the beast. Also the rewards system is a very solid bonus and usually I always have more points than expected which is nice surprise. I just wish the lines moved a tiny bit faster.
Great product excellent service! Teller made sure I had just what I needed by verifying with supervisor. I appreciate them being so thorough and attentive to detail. Wish I could remember his name but he had long dread, dude was awesome and patient! I really appreciated that!
