Went to Sunnyside a couple of days ago, and Brett was our bud tender. He was great! My husband and I were quite impressed, he helped me pick out what I needed for my chronic pain. He seemed very knowledgeable, and was very kind to us. This was our first time at Sunnyside, and it left a very good impression on us! We will definitely recommend your store, and we look forward to another visit in the future.

It's always nice heading over to Sunnyside when I need a pick me up or if I'd like to celebrate something in my life. Front desk is always cheerful and easy to approach. The clerks are always super friendly and help out where necessary. No matter the person I'm speaking with at the front I always have a great customer service experience.Kayla is always super friendly and always puts me in a good mood. Her cheerful and exuberant energy is contagious. I don't typically write a lot of reviews, but Sunnyside clearly knows the right kind of people to hire.I don't think I need to talk about the product, If you have any questions about that, stop on by I'm sure you'll be in good hands. But I've never had any issues finding exactly what I need.

I’m from Out of state and was not familiar with the limits and she took the time to write down the ones I couldn’t get due to the limits. Going to look for them in Florida.Fast forward ⏩ to March 6 and today, same great layout and awesome staff. Got to see Kayla and today Sam helped me with some new products. Love this Sunnyside store❤️

I used to love coming here. The friendly atmosphere, thorough help and accommodating staff kept me coming back. Unfortunately, recently , there has been some changes for the worse. The old staff is gone and I don’t feel the friendly vibe like I used to. I’ve decided to take my business elsewhere since these changes have taken place. New management? Not sure. But I want my old store back. For now I’ll be shopping elsewhere.

I bought a cartridge on Monday and when I got home I noticed that it was broken. Every hit taste burnt and the concentrate was two different colors, not to mention it was missing the silicone cap around the threading. I tried calling but no answer, so I made a few requests online to reach someone. I really wish someone would answer the phone or get in contact with me and just swap it out but I'm on day 5 of reaching out and nothing. At one point Sunnyside was the Mecca for good products and customer service, but nowadays there are so many better dispensaries in the area that it's not worth going back. I added pictures below so everyone can see the quality of their high supply line and it's two tone color 🤢

My favorite dispensary but I am going to ask what the issue is with the disposable carts. Pretty consistently the disposables will have a decent amount missing from them . If you get a .5 it's more than often a .3 and if you get a .3 it's more than often a .2 I will still continue to come here the quality is definitely up to par. How ever when you buy a product you want the entire product .

I’m a regular customer here I don’t ever have any issues but this time I do I bought 3 pre rolls and one of the sealed containers was missing a pre roll joint inside I been trying to contact customer service but all you have available is the link to the website which I submitted it twice and I haven’t got no response back

If I could leave 10 stars I would. Ian was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful during our visit. He was able to explain the various strains. He listens to you and provides options for each person. Customer service was amazing. Thanks Ian! We will be back!
