Dude. Absolutely the best dispensary I’ve been to…ever. Everyone was super nice and helpful BUT GOO IS THE MAN! Literally is the nicest man and really cares about his customers. He made my first experience at SUNNYSIDE memorable and I will definitely be back AND recommend them! If you’re going to sunnyside, make sure GOO is ringing you up!!! It’s so hard to find great, enthusiastic employees so willing to help! 5stars just isn’t enough!! 🫶🏼

Haven’t been here before today, but the spot seemed very popular. A bunch of people showed up at the same time as I did.Huge space. Was able to get my order quickly. First time coming into Sunnyside & I had an overall great experience. I was able to call ahead of time to have some of my questions answered by the manager Braden. Upon arrival they were very welcoming with candies (not infused) for the guests. I was originally being taken care of by Louis & I was very impressed at how fast he became a track star to give the previous guest their products they had forgotten - Braden ended up checking me out and they both made sure I had a pleasant experience. I’ll definitely be coming back. 10/10 😊

Last weekend I was presented with such a phenomenal experience. It began by Lisette ecstatically greeting us upon arrival! Due to this being my first time I wasn’t aware of the convenience of selecting my meds online before arrival. Before I knew it there was a line out the door and what do you know; there’s Lisette gracefully aiding the other guests & her co-workers. We were delighted to share a final experience with her as she fulfilled my order with so much joy. Thanks for the stellar customer service next time I’m in the area I will definitely be back!

I go in here pretty often and for the most part it’s always a great experience. (Sometimes they’re out of the strain I want, etc) but Lisette (staff) always seems to go out of her way to be helpful, always has good insight and just an overall great attitude.I go here as opposed to other dispos just for the staff. He took care of my issue promptly. I then had the pleasure of working with Brian and Braden on some details. The guy named princess had a huge attitude. He was complaining about us not doing a online order. Then was talking to us like a complete idiot. He asked us if we wanted bud that made us “up or down”. We said whatever is fine and he continued to ask us the same question with a massive attitude. That man needs a different job than customer service.

Went to Sunnyside a couple of days ago, and Brett was our bud tender. He was great! My husband and I were quite impressed, he helped me pick out what I needed for my chronic pain. He seemed very knowledgeable, and was very kind to us. This was our first time at Sunnyside, and it left a very good impression on us! We will definitely recommend your store, and we look forward to another visit in the future.

It's always nice heading over to Sunnyside when I need a pick me up or if I'd like to celebrate something in my life. Front desk is always cheerful and easy to approach. The clerks are always super friendly and help out where necessary. No matter the person I'm speaking with at the front I always have a great customer service experience.Kayla is always super friendly and always puts me in a good mood. Her cheerful and exuberant energy is contagious. I don't typically write a lot of reviews, but Sunnyside clearly knows the right kind of people to hire.I don't think I need to talk about the product, If you have any questions about that, stop on by I'm sure you'll be in good hands. But I've never had any issues finding exactly what I need.

I used to love coming here. The friendly atmosphere, thorough help and accommodating staff kept me coming back. Unfortunately, recently , there has been some changes for the worse. The old staff is gone and I don’t feel the friendly vibe like I used to. I’ve decided to take my business elsewhere since these changes have taken place. New management? Not sure. But I want my old store back. For now I’ll be shopping elsewhere.

I bought a cartridge on Monday and when I got home I noticed that it was broken. Every hit taste burnt and the concentrate was two different colors, not to mention it was missing the silicone cap around the threading. I tried calling but no answer, so I made a few requests online to reach someone. I really wish someone would answer the phone or get in contact with me and just swap it out but I'm on day 5 of reaching out and nothing. At one point Sunnyside was the Mecca for good products and customer service, but nowadays there are so many better dispensaries in the area that it's not worth going back. I added pictures below so everyone can see the quality of their high supply line and it's two tone color 🤢

My favorite dispensary but I am going to ask what the issue is with the disposable carts. Pretty consistently the disposables will have a decent amount missing from them . If you get a .5 it's more than often a .3 and if you get a .3 it's more than often a .2 I will still continue to come here the quality is definitely up to par. How ever when you buy a product you want the entire product .
