Everytime I visit here everyone is so incredibly nice and helpful. I always feel stupid asking what probably are dumb questions but they answer them clearly and with a smile. I appreciate their help, they're my favorite place to go when I need to stock up. Keep up the great work everyone!
I came in the other day looking for something to help with my pain. I have very bad days where the pain can be intolerable. I’ve never done anything like this and I was curious to see if this could help. I really didn’t have any clue what I’d be walking into or what to expect or buy which can be pretty intimidating. To say the least I went in very little hope in finding something that would actually help. When I walked in I was greeted by Randy who was quick to help me right away. He took his time with me and was very knowledgeable about the products. Randy not only helped me pick out the perfect products but also walked me through every step from the time I walked in to the time I left. My pain has been much more manageable and I’m beyond grateful. Randy was a great help and I look forward to coming back to a dispensary where I know there is a knowledgeable associate.
I was in your in Schaumburg store a little while ago and I witnessed something that made me back out and leave your store. Your supervisor Randy flat out embarrassed a young man who was unsure how he was supposed to do things. The young man was all smiles and he was just asking how this Randy's day was. Randy looked like he was in a down mood and this young man was trying to cheer him up. Randy was disrespectful to this customer and very curt. The other employees looked scared to step in but did apologize after the supervisor walked away. I will never even attempt to go to this store again unless that Randy person is delta with. I'm sure he'll lie through his teeth and blame it on the young man but no, it was all HIM!Thank goodness for your Mt Prospect store, from what I've heard it's got great employees that are very respectful. Maybe Randy could learn something from them. Please don't take it out on the other employees because they were wonderful. I hope you do something about this, because if asked I definitely will NOT recommend the Schaumburg store.
Enlightened is such a great dispensary! I always enjoy coming here! Mostly, because the staff is so friendly, inviting, and helpful. The ambience in the store also makes the experience coming in worthwhile, whether it's your first time coming into this dispensary, or a repeated customer.They have amazing deals also that you can't beat, and if you're part of their rewards program, you can rack up some mad points! Hands down, my favorite dispensary to go to!
From the prices to the people working there, Enlightened is my go to Dispo. For the longest time many looked down upon this industry but it is one that heals many. The staff at Enlightened are good hearted and knowledgeable. Even on my down days, I left there in higher spirit. 5/5 Highly Recommend

Too expensive. Got 30% first time buyer discount and 20% store discount and bought 2 eights and still came up to 110. Not worth it . The flower was mids and I chose the premium. I guess good for tourists or passerby like me who wants a quick mid high. Definitely need to let customers smell what they are getting. If you know your flowers the smell tells everything about potency and THC levels. ✌️✌️🤙
I come here quite regularly, I’ve tried 3others about same distance and this is home for me. Always good product, lots of sales every week. And in @out and great cashiers. Try it out you’ll be glad you did 🤗😊

Randy was my checkout cashier on 5/8/2024. Im a regular here, and every time, I had good experience with the employees at Enlightened, so I was surprised by the very rude and weird attitude from Randy. It really destroyed the whole mood of my experience at here. If you don’t know, do not worry, being kind will cost you nothing.cuz it’s free
The new gentleman who was working the entrance on 05/04/2024 messed up our entire visit. For some reason he checked my friend in as the customer when he was just tagging along. We got up to the front. I handed them my I.D. but the employee was confused. I guess they could not find the order since they put it all under my friend. We eventually got it all to work out, but I was wrong. In the end my friend received MY points that I needed to reach the measly $10 reward. Usually everything is fine but this day at "Enlightened" was terrible. PLEASE do better or get people who are better at pretending to care about their job. Thank you!
I usually have the best experience here until Ashley checked me out tonight over in Schaumburg. I am a regular. I was paying for my order in cash and had some change that was falling out of my hand and over the counter, so I just set the money and change down, and Ashley began verbally attacking me, saying don't ever do that again. That I can get in trouble. I was so embarrassed. I also asked for my item to be put in a bag instead, she rudely handed me my product without putting it in a bag. I said oh, a bag, please, as if it's some inconvenience aa she then felt the need to tell me that she was used to no one wanting a bag, it was an unpleasant experience.
Has one of the best reward systems because you get points even on taxes paid. Great selection and great deals most times. Haven’t been back since the day I spent over 80 bucks and did not receive my free pre roll. Not traveling from Chicago to entertain that anymore. Thanks tho

Where do I start? The staff goes above and beyond to make sure each time i come in they take care of me and my needs as a customer. The deals are OUT OF THIS WORLD😃 if you’re not shopping here, you need to start. Different deals all day everyday. My favorite part of this dispo is hands down the staff.
Phenomenal staff very informative and always keeping me up to date on deals and also new products. I like the size and layout of the location much like I appreciate the amount of time it takes me to get in and out of the dispensary. I appreciate it very much and will look to return soon.
Everyone at Revolution is friendly and knowledgeable. They also have great product for great price. I also really appreciate their reward system. They are who I only go to in the QC area!
Med card patients do not get any sales discounts. Only the 30% off, so sales mean nothing. At least an actual dispensary allows discounts from sales, then they actually remove the appropriate tax at the end … what a concept! I will make the drive rather than come back. It’s not worth it.
From the begining,at reception, the girl's vibe was super welcoming and chill. Mikaela rung me up and was also very easy to talk to and vibe with. Took advantage of first time 30% off and got me a sauce. Looks fire and smells great too. Looking forward to coming back and seeing these two friendly cuties again.
I had to stop at Barnes and Nobles during my Schaumburg run and decided to stop here first for a vape.I usually visit Mt Prospect Enlightened but this one is way bigger and there are massive displays with staff on the floor. Is a recreational store but a 30% credit was applied to my purchase for being a medical patient and they were running a promo that got me two free items. Felt less rushed to place my order vs other dispensaries.The staff is very knowledgeable, there are more cannabis compounds and applications so having someone understanding and explaining this lingo is nice always nice. Thanks Don for the suggestions on FL Orange-based products. I was going only for resin and ended up getting like 5 products too. I don't regret any of the picks and the Rainbow Chip is 🔥.Also, the staff made sure I was getting all the promos in my purchase which feels nice because in other places you are rushed out of the door or you see cashiers very distracted.
Always a great experience. Biggest selection of cookies, easy in and out. The employees are always pleasant and helpful. Randy has helped me out the last few times and he’s a great dude! I drive 40 min just to come to this store, for the cookies selection.
Absolutely no help. Accidentally bought the wrong strand (sativa). I got my receipt and noticed it was the wrong one. Remember I just bought this 30 seconds ago and they said they can’t exchange it for the same thing different strand. Now they’re telling me that I have to wait three business days for them to review an email that I’m supposed to send pictures completely lost my respect. I come here almost every day this was a big disappointment. Thank you enlightened manager.
Miss living close to this dispensary. Always good products, great customer service and very fast! Their rewards program is the best! Stop by when I can but wish I was still a regular here.
Horrible place. Worst customer service ever. I have been to almost all recreational and medical dispensaries because I’m a true smoker aka “pothead” lol and I am the type that always like to try new things but the service here is horrible. I literally just called them because I had forgotten what the discount was for medical card holders and so I asked the man on the phone what is the discount for medical people and he told me 30% and I responded “that’s like the taxes right” he says “yeah I suggest you go to a medical dispensary instead”. When did I say that was too much? Or when did I say I didn’t have enough. I wanted to ask for a manager but at that point I said I will write a review instead. As an employee in the cannabis industry you should want people to come to your establishment. Little did he know I spend literally 800-1000 a week on cannabis flower and money is nothing to me when it comes to weed also I have already been there I was just in the area and now I will never go to this place again or recommend it to anyone. Whoever is reading this you guys should try to go to RISE or ASCEND because this place is ripping you off anyways with their taxes and prices. And who wants to buy weed from a place that gives you the sad face. This is supposed to be a happy place. How dare that man on the phone say I should go somewhere else. I bet you anything he probably lives with his mom while he’s over there trying to suggest where I should go.I ended up calling back to speak to a manager. A woman answered the phone and I asked for the gentleman’s name that I was speaking to and told her I wanted to speak to a manager about what had happened and she put me on hold and never came back on the phone I called them with my other phone which has a different number and another girl answered the phone she did not put me on hold and she put me on the phone with an assistant manager named Jim. Upon asking for the gentleman’s name they were giving me a hard time. As if the staff is trying to cover it up because they don’t want the employee to get in trouble. Horrible business. I am going to write an email to whoever is in charge of this business.Jim ended up calling me back and he still didn’t have a name for me but a girl which it was not and Pete who is a manager but from what I was told the managers don’t answer the phone. So I don’t know but whoever suggested me to go somewhere else needs to be fired or at least trained with some etiquette. It might be Pete though because I heard him in the background and it sounded like him but whatever he knows who it was and when his management brings it to his attention or this review, he’ll know.
Staff is helpful, informative and welcoming. The space has various products out for view. Their processing system might need work due to accounts going missing with points built up along. Anticipate a possible lengthy visit if you did not order ahead.
Seems like these recent 1 star reviews as of late are coming from individuals that lack some understanding for business.The Corp may be greedy ... but which Corp ain't. New website is better by far. Sorry you techies geezers can't figure it out. Staff has been doing great deal with some of you sour mugs. Just a reminder the staff is not the Corp. They are the ones who are like you. So for all you one star reviews with zero merit. I'm sure some of you do have merit but not all. Think twice and choose nice with rice bitaches
I have been a regular shopper at this Enlightened location for a few years now. I came today to shop, and was greeted first to a new intake process, which was extraordinary slow and clunky. I felt it required too many steps, and the person checking me in was also on the phone trying to provide customer service at the same time. I get to the kiosk, come to find I can not place what I wanted to order, as the kiosk is pre-set to out-of-state allotment. If I try to sign in and change it from a guest order, nothing responds. The button does nothing. The line was incredibly slow because the register systems as well as rewards point systems were also changed. Employees must manually convert points to the new system while the customer is in front of them in the store. At the register I discover that I was not even properly checked in at intake, and so the girl trying desperately to get the items I'm asking for is unable to. She has to go pick the items herself. Overall, what should have taken 10 minutes became a 30 minute ordeal.I would advise others to avoid this dispensary until this process is streamlined or reverted, as it is currently highly inefficient.
My first experience was not the best.. My second visit was really Great! Talked with a nice manager and staff made sure the right product was provided. Overall worth trying out this location .
Overall great experience! Very easy to place an order. Knowledgeable and informative employees. Great door buster deals and 30% off for first timers. Also you can't beat Rev products. My cherry limeade splash cart has great terps and instantly boosted my appetite.
