Great place! I would have given it five stars but it's just not in a very safe location. the store might not necessarily be able to help that. But they make me feel safe a secure the whole time I was there!
Never go here unless you have all day to waste. Today was my first time going and the line was all the way back to the door and they had one person . ONE Person serving the line and he was old so he was already taking a long time. I didn’t even get my order it took that long a true waste of time just go to ascend in and out with good deals. They never have one person working register either
Wanted to give them a fair chance before jumping to conclusions, but I’ve been coming here for 3 years now and this is one of the poorest run business of all time. Never properly staffed, never properly stocked, and today giving the biggest discount they’ve ever offered, only have 3 cashiers checking people out. There are 30+ people waiting and any idiot could have told you discount = more sales. Just lazy and a joke business
I love this place but they have to address there wait times especially for online orders. It's a very simple fix. Go to a one line system. Your customers will greatly appreciate this small fix. Guaranteed to see many more smiling face in line. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE fix this 🙏.
This place is really disappointing now. I've been coming here for here for years, telling people this was the best dispensary in the area. I don't think that's true anymore. Aside from the 1 or 2 awesome employees, this place isn't worth coming to anymore. The wait times are horrendous and seeing 5 people behind the counter, not one of which helping a customer, with at least 6 customers in line behind me, I can't justify coming back. Especially not after seeing customers get legitimately yelled at on the sales floor for being on their phone. Whatever the reason, put some signs up. Don't yell at people. It's that easy. Once I use my points for a free visit, I'm gone. I'll try Ascend or maybe the MO side of the river. This place used to care and value customer service. Bummer.
