Great experience coming in here. Was passing through town and decided to stop in. Wasn’t really sure what I wanted but Franny helped me pick a few great items. He took into consideration what I wanted and helped me sort through the wide selection of products they offer. If I’m in the area I’ll definitely be stopping by again!

Went on opening day, waited over 8 hours in the cold, they almost closed before we finally got in. I looked passed that since it was their first day. Been back twice since and it still sucks. Budtenders were nice, but the parking is terrible, the flow of shopping is slow, and the store is uninviting. I drive further for smoother operations and better facilities.

This was my first time here and it’s the Best prices for Vape cartridges I could find all around. Little FYI: Parking for recreational users is across the street. I parked in front of the other stores where I don’t think is allowed but a kind security guard out front directed me and told me for next time. Maddie took care of my transaction and she signed me up for their loyalty program because I will be back.

When we had a problem with the battery, we returned to the store later in the day and was helped out by the amazing Carlos. He always brightens my day with his good energy. Always takes enough time to help customers and explain everything. I like seeing people with high levels of empathy, like Chris, working in customer service in dispensaries. These are the type of people who will bridge the knowledge gap about marijuana with the older generations, which will break down the walls of stigma around marijuana use. I am very familiar with the extreme importance and value of medical marijuana use, and I also think that its recreational use is better for society than alcohol use. One of the most important missing pieces in this puzzle of legalization, is education. Because we got people like Chris, we got good people on the ground doing good work with the public everyday, just by being nice to people, taking the time to talk to them in a kind way, and most importantly, advising them on how to make the right choices for THEM regarding their purchases. Today was my first time ever visiting a dispensary. The first person I interacted with her name is Lauren. Lauren was so energetic and helpful. She made me feel like I belonged there and that was a really good feeling. The Customer service is some of the best I have ever experienced anywhere in my life.
