The entire staff from the moment I walked in were so friendly and knowledgeable. Location is very clean and has so many options in stock. I highly recommend you pay a visit to this dispensary if you haven’t already! Thank you Nature’s Care keep being awesome!

I had messed up my order as I clicked the wrong thing . I wasn't pressured by a line of people or pushed to make a on the spot decision. Which made it a good experience for my stress and anxiety I was able to sit down check my phone and then proceed back to the budtender and she took care of me and also made sure that it wasn't a mistake in the system over all 10 out of 10 for this experience I can't speak during high volume hours but over all my 2 times there I've been treated well and taken care of the sales are good also and what makes me take the 1 hr both ways trek the sales on botanist flower

This is just an update that this facility can no longer pull anything over from adult side to give the medical discount regardless of how depleted and minuscule their selection is. It is not allowed. In the past this has never been an issue and it’s getting insane that here in Illinois facilities just keep crapping on medical card holders. What’s the point of having medical if Illinois doesn’t issue any new licenses If I could give under 1 star I would. I cleared out my points and I won’t be back anytime soon . As someone who has spent thousands of dollars at Natures over the years and sang their praises I can no longer do so and I would suggest to anyone to go to go to another facility. I know I’ve never had this issue at Enlightenment before.

Terrible service, bad business. The staff gave me an unwelcoming attitude because I arrived 5 minutes before closing. Money in hand when I walked in, same money and hand when I walked out. I will never go again. Also, the staff is unknowledgable with the products. The motto is We Care. What a joke.

I always have wonderful experiences here. They get you in and out quickly, especially if you order online ahead of time. Very friendly staff that are knowledgeable about the products. I would definitely recommend you stop in.

Honestly the first time I'm PLEASANTLY surprised by a dispensary. I placed a pick up order, came out 5 dollars cheaper than expected and they gave me massive, gorgeous nugs. Pick up took maybe 5 minutes. Just wow!! So convenient, quick, inexpensive, and the product is great. Definitely a must visit!

Can’t rave enough about Nature’s Care. Great product selection, amazing sales, and the absolute BEST staff out there. Not only are they very knowledgeable, helpful & friendly….but you walk into beautiful, smiling faces every single time! I’ve been to many, many other dispensaries in the area with staff that were annoyed by questions, responded with short, 1-3 word answers, that left me feeling so rushed and like ‘just another number!’ NOT at Nature’s Care….you’ll feel ‘part of the family’ within the first 2 minutes! Even though I have dispensaries closer to my house, Natures Care Rolling Meadows is my go to. They always have a great menu to choose from, the staff is wonderful and I’m in and out in minutes, especially if I preorder. They’re also great at resolving product issues. I’ve had a few cartridges over the years that didn’t work and I was able to get them exchanged/refunded easily using their website.

This is by far my favorite dispensary in the area. I have just about went to all of them. Every other dispensary feels more like a business. This place feels like family. I always order online and I have never had a problem with my order being ready. This place is dog friendly, and they have dog lovers there. Don’t forget to ask for a treat for your fur baby. Everyone one is always helpful and kind. If you are ever unsure about a product, all you have to do is ask. Love that they always give their honest opinion not just trying to make a sale. Love this place and staff. 10 stars.
