Placed a medical order on Friday for pickup on Saturday and when I got there, you had sold out of one of the items I RESERVED! Hmmmm doesn't that defeat the purpose of reserving items for pick up! Budtender was great but this is kinda shady...and honestly is bs when reservations are placed.

There was a slight snafoo in my order, and a manager had to get things straightened out. When I tell you, this was the most pleasurable experience I am not kidding! Maple Glen/Happy Cannabis Co on stenstrom has had some of the best people! When looking for recommendations and feeling flustered already, it's amazing to have someone only after a couple sentences, be so genuine in saying, "I got you" and then actually present me a product that will not only have the desired effect but be in my price range. He's very appreciated and while I can't use his name, I'll definitely say the person makes a huge difference in making return visits.

Totally feel like they took advantage or better said false advertising I want to buy the brand of pre-rolls I saw online on the web page and they gave me some pre-rolls today it wasn't like promoted I'm very disappointed I feel like robbed out for this it was definitely not worth it I feel like I just threw money away I went to buy a pre-roll they gave me supposedly a pre-roll and when I open it it was a glass pipe with a little bit weed in the end makes me feel like a smoking crack or something like that this is not what I want to buy there and I didn't notice it because it was sealed until I got into the car and opened it and I can't even take it back that's crazy false advertising over here like I went there to buy pre-rolls not a damn crack pipe

Absolutely wonderful experience every time I go there. The staff is always always friendly as can be, they include tax in their prices (me no do math), they always have different deals and discounts running, AEROPAY is the greatest thing ever created. I come in, show my I.d., show my I.d. again, have a nice chat with whoever is ringing me up (honestly they're all great at customer service) sometimes I'll hear about good brands or new products or upcoming deals, then I get my little green bag and I'm gone. 5 minutes tops if there's no line and maybe 15 max, and I mean MAX, if there is one. 10/10 my favorite dispensary and I always suggest it to anyone I know who smokes.

This is my first and last time. Walking in felt like I was at a cheap smoke shop. I am on a time frame I know what I wanted. Daniel was the one who helped me show him what I wanted. He did not try hard enough to find what I asked for. Brings out this discount box with random flowers and I said nope this is not even for me it's for my man and if you don't have it I have to go then he magically found it because he said he was going to try harder and found what I asked for. There was about four or five baggies left so it just showed me that you didn't even try. This place lacks customer service appreciation. If I was going to have to go through this I would have never gone here. I'll make sure my friends or whoever needs a place. I'll make sure I won't recommend this place. The owner needs to show his workers how to de-escalate a frustrated customer. This place is disgusting and the fact that there's one way in and the same way to get out was ridiculous. All the places I've been to this is the only unorganized location and not convenient when it comes to just leaving this place. 20 years. Another thing, I forgot to say the fact that he told me I can't be on my phone but the way he said it was rude I felt like I was in line at the DMV. I hope I get a response back from the owner so he can apologize on behalf of his unprofessional staff

Always had 5 star experiences here, regular weekly customer.Went in to get a cart today, saw they were running a promo for a buy 1 get 1 free. I think the free 1 was Punchy Bowl? Anyways..Lady refused to give me the free 1 because she said she only had 1 or 2 in back.Refused to explain why she couldn't sell or offer it anyways.I asked if they could do a voucher or something else and was told no.The promo was all over the site and on their kiosks. I showed up at opening at 9am, first person in the door.If you buy 1 for $80 and get a free 1 that's a pretty good deal. Definitely worth going for right?Didn't expect to get treated that way and just brushed off.I will give Mapleglen a chance to redeem themselves if they wish to reach out.Otherwise this 1 star will remain final and I'll just start going to Sunnyside.

DO NOT COME HERE. I drove 30 minutes and arrived 5 minutes before they closed only to find out the hours REALLY are 9 am to 755 pm when the employees want to go home according to the manager. Your products are awful the only reason I came here was because it was 10 minutes closer than sunnyside but I will happily drive thay extra 10 minutes now. Horribly run company. Hours are 9 am to 8pm means I can come in and get stuff before 8 pm. You can give me the option of coming in if I know what I want. Instead I had to wait around while the security guy and the manager talked for 2 minutes until it was past 8. I will never be back here.

The staff members behind the counter (rec side) are always nice and informative about the products. When I first started going to Mapleglen Care Center for nerve pain, I had no idea what I wanted.
