Usually it is a great experience! We had a bud tender that was not helpful and rushed us through. We were wanting to buy more things. He was a skinny guy with glasses and he was rude.

One of the worst places I've ever been .... 1st staff very uneducated in cannabis...2nd when requesting info on a product they sale I was told look at the manufacturer website..... asked for lab results n told they don't have them .... that raised a huge question of how do they intake there inventory with out lab results that are required when intaking a product into there stores individual inventory.... almost makes me wonder if they changing the test results or something else shady .... why else would they refuse to give the test results on an item then was told by the super uneducated bud tender that it's an adams county only law .... she needs trained better because that is not any law it was a weak excuse for having no knowledge about cannabis beyond packing a nug in a bong .... how about teaching them about the terps n there effects on the human body n there benefits not just pushing high thc % with no terp profiles to support that thc %

Had a product not work ans the workers told me to bring them the product so I could prove to them that it didn't work outside. Now I get that u can't belive everyone who says their carts don't work but come on. Ur employees told me to BREAK THE LAW BY DRIVING WITH A OPEN PRODUCT AND TOLD ME TO ATTEMPT TO HIT THE PRODUCT ON THE PROPERTY. Terrible customer service.
