I placed an online pick order for the 9:30 p.m. to 9:45 p.m. pick up time on 11.16 and got there less than 10 minutes before they closed and regardless of that they were helpful and kind and still helped me save I appreciate that even though I feel bad for coming in so late. But bottom line... that didn't matter to them they wanted to make sure I left out of there with savings, my items and with smile and I appreciate that guys.Truly. There are plenty of places to get goodies, but when Annie is working, Verilife in N. Aurora is the place to be. I've been recognized before by other employees, mostly because of my striking good looks, but she was the first to remember my name without looking at my ID. That's customer service at its best. She is the smiling face i want to see when i buy the happy sauce. Annie and the other crew are very knowledgeable about the strains, sales, and even upcoming events. This is my closest dispensary. It's clean and easy to access now that they have moved into their own building! It has plenty of parking and still has medical patient parking up close to the door which is so thoughtful and helpful. Since their new location does not have a medical patient waiting room they do seem to move more quickly through patients and that really helps me because the wait would get really long sometimes. They also have it decorated beautifully inside. I appreciate that they also donate to charities like Last Prisoner Project that seek to right disparities in the industry. Jessica was fantastic today, helping me choose just what I needed so I could get on with my day!

Every employee is always kind and very helpful and willimg to give recommendations or help find what you like. Recently, the online ordering seems to be working well, as at first it was hard to use. Even when there are issues or a rush they do their best with a smile to help. Taylor m a manager helped me last night 12/17/23 and I told her I'd review because I truly don't ever plan to go elsewhere. Every employee is always kind and very helpful and willimg to give recommendations or help find what you like. Recently, the online ordering seems to be working well, as at first it was hard to use. Even when there are issues or a rush they do their best with a smile to help. Taylor m a manager helped me last night 12/17/23 and I told her I'd review because I truly don't ever plan to go elsewhere. If you become a VIP you earn points as well to use on future purchases and they have deals and specials often. Thank you so the staff I wish I knew every one of your names to personally thank you.

Every time I go into the North Aurora Verilife I look for Tara. She has always been so knowledgeable and helpful. The experience at Verilife was quick, easy, and an overall great time. It is such a friendly atmosphere with smiling faces wherever you look.
