LOVE their deals, pricing and rewards program! Their menu is pretty diverse as far as medical/recreational. I would love to see more topical choices. My only complaint is, my extracts are not always upright in the bag when the budtender brings it out. 😡 The employees who fill orders SHOULD be educated and or reminded on the importance of keeping these products upright. No one enjoys digging their product out of the cap. Great dispensary overall.

10/10 do not recommend. I’ve never had a manger start an argument with me to be right DO NOT RECOMMEND. This was the rudest experience I have ever had here with the manger Bri. Will be taking my business elsewhere from now on. And on top of that the ladies in the front were SO NICE, but then Bri came out and had to be smart and unprofessional when I went up there. I’ve never been spoken to like that at a place of business. Completely disrespectful and disgusting that they hire people like her for “customer service”. The blonde haired manager with glasses with her Front of her neck, covered in tattoos.

Just got 2 disposable Mozey Pens (Citrus Bliss and Orange Cookies) and both of them tasted burnt and didn’t get me high at all.When I call to ask for my money back, they tell me that their store policy doesn’t cover that and told me to contact Mozey. I did, but who knows if they’ll email me back because they didn’t send me an email confirming that they got mine.I spent $70+ dollars and I want it back. I know they make plenty of money everyday, and the fact they can’t pay that back is laughable. It’s only my second time there so I most likely won’t be back unless they refund me, there’s plenty of other better dispensaries in my area that would.It’s not my fault you sold me TWO burnt carts. How are they not liable for selling faulty products?? It’s just scummy behavior.

Absolutely Disgusted with Hello and Beyond – A Complete Scam and Joke of a BusinessI paid over $100 for an ounce of what I thought was quality weed, only to be sold a product that was packaged nearly a year ago—something I would have never checked if not for this nightmare. When I finally opened the package at home, I was hit with brown, old, disgusting-smelling garbage that was completely unfit for use. This is outright theft, plain and simple.When I contacted their customer service, I was met with nothing but incompetence and laziness. They told me to email the manager’s distribution list, take a picture, and go back to the store—like I have all the time and patience for their shady, convoluted process. When I finally went back, I was treated like a nuisance by two clueless managers who clearly couldn’t care less about their customers. Their “solution”? A laughable 10% discount on my next purchase—after being robbed of my hard-earned money for spoiled product. That’s their idea of “customer service”? Pathetic.I demanded to speak with the store’s general manager, only to be told she was on vacation on a Friday—how convenient. Of course, I was promised a callback that never happened. I’ve been a loyal customer for years, but this experience has shattered any trust I had. This place is a complete scam, run by shady, uncaring fools who only care about lining their pockets.As a medical patient, I expected professionalism, honesty, and respect. Instead, I got greed-driven, dishonest crooks who care only about profits and couldn’t care less about their customers’ health or satisfaction. Hello and Beyond are a disgrace—avoid at all costs unless you want to get ripped off, disrespected, and treated like garbage. Every visit to BeyondHello (and I have had quite a few the last several years!) has been an extremely positive experience. Most specifically, each encounter with Jinny (Virginia) is ALWAYS positive and uplifting. She is consistently an absolute joy, and never misses an opportunity to say an encouraging and meaningful affirmation. I just can’t speak highly enough of her and I feel she is such an excellent representative for the company and makes my day every single solitary visit, bar none!

My visit today was a nice experience, everyone is very friendly. It was not very busy in the early hours, I was in and out. I appreciated the fast check out and help I received. Politeness and consideration of being offered a seat while I had a short wait was appreciated. My experience at the store is always a little different with how many customers are there, but the friendliness from staff is always good.

I don't live in Normal but I make the drive because I appreciate the staff. There are products I can buy that are the same and closer to where I live but I'll put the miles on my tires because I appreciate who works there. I've seen their staff have to put up with iffy customers and handle it professionally as well as very appreciative customers who enjoy engaging with the staff. Products have always been solid for me but staff that stick around and hopefully are being paid what they deserve is always nice too.

Everyone here is so nice and very helpful. I was intimidated the first time I came here because my knowledge was VERY limited. The person on the floor was very helpful and answered my questions and helped me pick something. Today I placed my order for pickup and Gabrielle helped me. Super friendly. The vape I bought just come in earlier today and he told me a bit about it and how smooth it was. He was right, it’s already my new favorite as far as smoothness of the pull and mouthfeel.

I go here for medical, I order online & pick a time slot so I can pick up quicker. I got an email saying there's a separate medical pick up room. For one pick up, they had the medical pick up room, and it was awesome and quick. I've been back several times now & it's back to waiting in the line for the walk ins, in the main room. What's the point of ordering online & having medical if I have to wait a minimum of 20+ minutes with rec & walk ins to just to get my med order....

I really love and prefer going to this location. I just feel like I’m at home and it’s just like a comfortable feeling. I also enjoy all the employees because they’re really knowledgeable and they really try to help find what’s good for you. Austin was wonderful too! 🙂

At first this place was very expensive and unorganized, but now this is my favourite dispensary. When the discounts are available they have great prices, and now they're faster. No more 45 minute wait times.Thanks for saving me the hour drive elsewhere 😉

I usually go to the dispensary in East Peoria, so this place was a little different. They don't do anything special on your birthday (extra points for free gifts) like other dispensaries. The price is a reasonable and the customer service is nice but the facility needs some work. The first room you enter is too tight for too many people and the actual room you go to to get your product. Feels like you're in prison. I'm not too worried about the atmosphere as it doesn't matter that much, but sterile is a great word to describe it. I would honestly always go to East Peoria before here in the future if I had the choice and they're only a half hour apart so I do.

It's clear this store prioritizes recreational customers over medical patients and the experience for patients has consistently gotten worse over the last 3 months. You can expect 3-4 recreational transactions to happen in-store or online before they acknowledge medical patients. Regardless, if you've spent thousands of dollars there apparently beyond hello would rather have that sweet extra tax money from random recreational customers versus medical patients consistently choosing to shop there.Imagine ordering takeout from a restaurant and when you get there instead of letting you inside and handing you your food, they take care of the 13 people in the drive-thru instead. SmhOf course, none of this is the individual bud tenders faults as they do their very best, but it's a shame that beyond hello decision makers continue to put constraints and don't offer their boots on the ground employees the proper support to cater to what should be there most important customer base.

I have been there twice. Once in 03/2022 and the experience was great! They helped my friend and I pick out what was best for us and spent time with us. We weren’t regular users so it was important to us we got the right/best dose and product. A different friend and I went in last week and had the total opposite experience. We aren’t regular users and we knew things had changed in the last year or so and wanted to speak with a worker. The guy checking us in up front didn’t want us to go inside. He wanted us to use the kiosks. We said we’d rather talk to someone to place our order. After arguing with him a few times he finally let us in the door. He rolled his eyes at us. Then we get to the cashier and he sighs a huge sigh when we say we need help. He turned out to be nice and helpful but you could tell he was flustered with us and trying to rush us. After he checked us out he told everyone he was off work and left with a huge line still there. One good thing is that the prices went down! A chocolate bar last year was $34 and this year it’s $17! I read other reviews and have already emailed the email you asked others to.

Kicked out for my brother handing my my money, was told to just walk out and come back in. Apparently the laws are wild. Then I was told my product was 90$ more than it was supposed to be so I wanted to swap products with the once that “weren’t ringing up correctly”. Nope. Can’t do that at the window. So I was directed to go out of line again and head to the kiosk to order the other products. Then I was stopped and told that the original products were in fact the price I thought they were. After the extra long transaction I got out to the car and thought I better make sure my order is right so I opened the bag and 6/9 of my extract containers were upside down. Thankfully I check it before driving 45 minutes back home but I’m sure some of the terpier ones are already all over the lid.Now for the main reason why I’m making this review. When I was directed to the kiosk the employees were leaning over glancing at me through the window laughing while looking right at me. This is very rude and very unprofessional. I’ll go buy my dabs elsewhere no matter how much more expensive they are just to not be treated like a joke.

Prices are good, but there are some issues. First and foremost, as the owner of the establishment. You need to ensure the structure, standards and tools are in place for things to operate smoothly. Online orders should be separated by the pickup time and the last name. It should not take 45 minutes to an hour to get checked out for a scheduled pickup. If you're going to continue to cut your staff. Adjustments need to be made to make-up for the lack of staffing. Help your people. Not to mention a few members of your staff need reminded they are there to serve customers and follow the law. Nothing more, nothing less. A learning experience and training needs to be had amongst the staff. When it comes to the laws surrounding Medical Marijuana, specifically the ones the establishment is required to follow in order to operate. Medical patients hold priority over recreational. It's still a good place to go for deals..

Before the current changes, I would definitely given this dispensary 5 stars. I have had so much help with decisions in product from most of the employees in the shopping area. This time, I encountered kiosks. I was encouraged to use the kiosk. As easy as it was, I prefer to discuss my selections with staff before the final purchase. Why ruin a good thing for people? The best thing about this dispensary was the staff interaction. Throw the kiosk money away and give us back the people that sell your product!
