Love shopping here. Great service and obviously great product. My now becoming issue, which has nothing to do with the workers here, is the on/off ability to accept debit cards. I never know for sure when I go. Sometimes they do, sometimes they don't. When they don't, I have to get cash there and it's costs me a few bucks extra each time. No biggie. But time after time, never knowing for sure. And today I had to get money out twice since I underestimated the total initially. Anyways...my only issue. Kinda annoying. But I'll go back either way 😄

Autumn was a pleasure to be around. She was helpful when helping me find what I needed and the things I was thinking of getting in the future. Very informative and knowledgeable about the products. Friendly and chill, I didn't feel rushed and the attention to my needs was impecable.The place looked clean and welcoming. Everything looked organized fairly well. The security and front staff were friendly as well and very nice. There are a few ATMs for your convenience. Some merchandise around the front as well. Overall great, quick, easy, relaxed experience. I'd give more stars if I could. I love visiting this location and will definitely come back.

This location is great. Sucks they don’t have a medical section and I have to go to St Charles for it, but they do the 15% off medical patients so I still get somewhat of a discount but not as much. But I had Autumn help me and she was great! She complemented my nails and was super fast and efficient. I got the Savvy Happy Hour- SUPPEERRR tasty.

A very nice, friendly & knowledgeable employee named "Lea W" gave me a free sample of a new item while "Jump Around" (a goofy, painfully 90's hip hop song by house of pain that no one has heard in 20 years but rules in a painfully 90s sort of way) played over their speakers. It sums up this place well in my experience.Overall, I've had good experiences at this location. The staff are - on average - very friendly & knowledgeable. Certain staff members give tasteful recommendations & nearly all I can think of are just pleasant to engage with.

Went in today and decided to try jet fuel gelato by savvy uncensored. The bud quality looks commercial upon opening the package the smell was grassy like drying lawn clippings The taste was really low quality and harsh. Savvy uncensored is a higher tier line of savvy flower and I am not impressed.

Been in here a few times but don’t go often. Always have had a good experience staff is friendly for the most part. I noticed certain employees had an attitude problem towards customers. Overall very good experience. I don’t understand the tip jar though. The employees stand at the register and go to the back to grab product. Thats it. They don’t grow it, dry it, process it, bag it etc. Nothing but sell it. I understand it’s optional to tip but it’s ridiculous to have a tip jar out for doing barely anything.

The people seemed great and would have been a perfect visit but after calling earlier to make sure if get a med discount I didn't because what I ordered was on sale. It's not the people but the Illinois shops that are so wrong. It's all about the taxes and you can't even see what you're buying before you take home and open it. Stick to Michigan
