Place is very nice and well organized. Vin provided great service and had me out the door pretty quick compared to other places, I will be coming back here more often.Edit since I can't post another review Don was a very outgoing and knowledgeable it was a pleasure chatting with him for a bit. Love this place! The entire staff is always so friendly and welcoming. Even when there’s a line, they do a great job of moving people through while also providing great customer service. Shout out to Andrew who was great today! Their points program is also terrific, so glad they added that earlier this year!Edit: I am changing this to a 2 star due to a bogus promotion in which they’re trying to loop people in with a promise of free items for positive reviews. I have tried calling the Naperville location and then working with corporate customer service via email and it has gotten me nowhere. Corporate has no clue about this promotion. I loathe customer service where I cannot speak to a human and unfortunately that is the case here. Sorry to change my review Sunnyside, but I’ll be heading up the road to Rise for now on, where I can actually speak to a human being over the phone.
I went in yesterday and I was taken care of by Bobbie! She had the most amazing customer service and wonderful personality. Usually I feel rushed by the other employees but not with her. She took her time and actually educated me and asked for my input as well. I can tell that she connects with other people and is concerned about their well being. I felt such a warmth and understanding from her. I will definitely keep going to this location as long as she’s there!
First time here. Got there at a good time. Store wasn't super busy. Everyone was friendly especially Shay who checked me out. I purchased a lighter cover. She went the extra mile to make sure I knew it only took a certain type of lighter. Most people would have just rang me out and sent me on my way. If I'm ever in the area again I'll definitely be back. Thanks again Shay!
I purchased 1g cart of Ghost Train Haze by Select Essentials on 5/18/23 and when I got home the cart was empty. WTH! Ruined my night and my friend's birthday! Empty cart for $56+tax. I bought it because it was on sale. Also, they charged me $25 for 2 Watermelon Smash Gummies packs and they were advertised at $20/each. I also got a battery with charger and the price was less advertised on the counter and they charged me more. What is going one. So, I emailed customer service as they said I should. I sent attached pics and they didn't attach. I tried sending again and failed again,so I actually took one pic and tried sending again and it said it was too large to send. So, I attached 3 pics and sent them,but they have to click on each one, download, and open too see the pics. WTH!! Why is it so hard? I spent $210.00 there WTH! Why is the whole process taking forever and why can't they just call me? I am very frustrated about the whole process. They make it hard for the customer even when they are at fault. How dare you Sunnyside! The trust is gone! Not shopping Sunnyside again. Customer Service sucks exceptionally. Why do I have to wait 24-48 to get a replacement. Trust me it's not worth the Hassel of shopping anything at Sunnyside. It will take forever to get your refund or replacement. I asked for the agent in charges name and the girl refused to give them the phone,or give me his/her/their name. She said she did not have to give me anyone's name. Jeez only asked for a first name. The person I spoke with the past 2 days is Bee. If you want to pay a lot of money and receive nothing that you paid for, keep shopping Sunnyside,Cresco, and GTI. Then wait forever to try to get things resolved. IT'S NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE!
