Since opening I have used MedMen exclusively. It's a very good dispensary. Located conveniently nearby. Good customer service and knowledgeable bud tenders. One thing I like about MedMen is I can order and they will let my aide pick up for me since I'm home bound. However they do need to get more varieties of marijuana back like they used to. Stock is depleted with few strains to choose from in larger quantities. If this doesn't change I will be forced to shop elsewhere for my marijuana needs.
The sales guy we got was great- gave us a discount because he learned I was working on renewing my medical card. The products he suggested were supposed to be specific to my needs as well (my partner brought me there to see if there were any recreational options to help me temporarily). We got a multi-flavor pack of gummies and a .5 mL RSO. Both ended up making things worse for me and had the sativa effects my body hates despite one being hybrid and the other being I think supposedly indica. For what it's worth, my partner was good with both. Not the best he'd had, but good enough for the price.I think this really highlighted the difference between recreational vs medical thc products for me. Or MedMen buys inferior products. Not sure! But I'd gotten the same brand of RSO from Zenleaf using my medical card (though a slightly different strain) and it was great.Overall, good shopping experience mixed with subpar/disappointing products.
I stopped into MedMen today for the first time & let me tell you, it was worth it! I was in a rush (on my lunch break) So I let the employee know. He was very helpful & got me in & out in a timely manner. All of the employees were very friendly, you could tell they love their job (: shout out to you guys ! I will definitely be returning to this location.
I have called and asked for a specific item, and they have mentioned that they have it in store. I drove all the way from where I live to Morton Grove MedMen dispensary to pick up the item. I was looking for when they had mentioned they have it in store after I walked out and asked for that specific item they had told me that they do not have it and they did not know who picked up the phone call and said that they have it. I also spoke to the manager She absolutely did not know anything. What was going on that they did not have this specific item I had asked for in-store. This is very disappointing for me to drive and speed because they were closing at 8 just to make it there and pick up the item. The security checking people in wearing a red Tie and chitchatting with other securities. I had love going there because it’s quiet and not a lot of people but from now on, I will not step 1 foot in there.
Another positive experience at the Morton Grove MedMen today - with a special shout out to Matthew and Max. Matthew was especially helpful and enthusiastic. That said, everyone I have ever encountered at the MG MedMen, from staff to security, have always made me feel welcome.
