Very disappointed in the prices!!!!! Company has been around for a long time hurting all locals pockets with there High prices!!!!I do not recommend this store to anyone!!!There selection is always limited and if u do find what your looking for get ready to pay a hefty price for it!!!Very disappointed in the company and owners who set the prices!!!Honestly they should be convicted of High way robbery!!!I expect better then what u are serving!!!Your green eggs and ham is no good!!!
I have always been treated extremely well by staff, and usually find a decent deal. Have never been disappointed with any purchase here, and fully take advantage of the reward program. Will continue to shop here!

TLDR;Long wait times, products run out even when reserved (yes, i think if i go on and reserve a product it should still be there. restaurants don’t give away reserved tables because another party wanted it.) lack of reward programs that ACTUALLY work, horrible customer service. Know they can provide bad service and make a quick buck. Thank god for the one down the street.Just ok. Couple of things:-Very little point in online ordering at this store. Either way, you’ll be standing in line for at least 10 minutes. Not a big deal- just no point in offering it if you aren’t going to actually make it quicker. you guys have been open long enough to figure it out.. only place in town where online ordering takes more time. Odds are the product is out of stock so you’ll be spending time finding a comparable product (not one 3x the price)- Rewards (lack there of) I believe you have to spend $45 or $55 for a sticker and need 10 or 12 stickers to get a discount. Most products will be $44 OTD (fair price, but you aren’t getting any points). Again, not a big deal but would be nice to see all customers get points regardless of how much you spend (like all the other local shops.)- Smoke Signals. I’ve been signed up for almost a year now and have yet to get a single point.. not sure why. Checked my statements and was surprised to see I spent almost $2800 last year at this location and didn’t get a single discount on my account. I’ve asked a couple of times about it and get the “Yeah I’m not really sure about that stuff.” appreciate the honesty- but does anyone know? As for the stickers, you HAVE to ask! otherwise they will not offer. I’ve been a customer for 2 years and have never had someone ask for my card. It sucked walking out and realizing I could have gotten 3 stickers if the person had just done their job and asked. They always expect tip.. for grabbing my online order and taking my exact cash.- defective products and unwillingness to fix it. Purchased a cart $60 otd (used my sticker card for this). Got home to find the cart leaked out into the packaging and the plastic stopper on the end of the cart was off. I live in Iowa so I was pretty disappointed. Called and was told to email. Emailed them- never heard back. Called again- told to email. Still out $60, a whole loyalty card used for a faulty product, gas money, and the actual product. I couldn’t bring myself back to purchase another product from there. It’s been 2 months and no response or phone call.Once in awhile I might stop for a good deal. Otherwise, it’s hard to justify the price, wait time, service, lack rewards, and poor service. They know no matter how bad they are people from IA will purchase and that’s really sad

I did a medical curbside pick up order and the lady got it wrong. She put two vape cartridges, but I wanted to concentrate dabs, I called them back because I didn’t have a pen or nothing and I prefer my concentrate because that’s all I’ve been getting for quite some time now and they definitely said they wanted to make it right. The manager with the rainbow fish on his arm is the best person ever he made it absolutely 100% right on my part he let me keep the two dab carts and also threw in a pen, He also made sure I got my concentrate that I needed and doubled it for me, so instead of me originally getting the two, he gave me four in total a dab pen and since we already paid $70 for the tomb cartridges, we kept those as well. LOVE THIS PLACE! The man was definitely right. I do not have to choose nature’s treatment, but that is what I choose to do and I forever will choose nature’s treatment, and it will always forever be my recommendation. Awesome deals with friendly sales reps. This place used to be a bit slow but they have figured out the process and it is fast now. Also, lots of loyalty programs and special deal days. With my local sub shop/coffee house would do promos like this.Still a bit $$$ but unless you want to drive to Michigan, this is you best option in the area.
Every time I stop in it's a positive experience. Everyone working the register is friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to help. I would absolutely rate this establishment 5 stars if the website menu weren't so terrible. On mobile it's almost impossible to use, with the search bar being essentially non-functioning, the products not being featured under the correct category, and any time you want to load the next 30 results (you can't load more or less than 30) it reroutes you to the first 5 or so results so you get to scroll through everything again an again before finding anything you need. Gods forbid you click on anything and have to route back to the previous results, as there's no way to do it without clearing your search entry and starting again from the very start. It's the year of our Lord 2024 and a high school student could put a weed menu together better, c'mon.
It’s always a gamble when I go in if it’s gonna be a 20 minute trip or a 4 hour trip. There’s no reason employees should be having 15 minute conversation with people when there’s a line stretched around the entire store. Prices here are absolutely horrible, and an online order placed 5 minutes ago shouldn’t have priority over someone waiting there for 3 hours, just very poor management.
I was there on Friday and JP was the best. Very knowledgeable and helpful with my needs. He was fast and attentive, but thorough. Can't wait to come back!

Fast and friendly bud tenders. Look for some deals to save money. Make sure to collect stickers for your card. Saves you money on future purchases. Make sure to check how busy they are before heading there. Google seems to be OK for accuracy. If they are crazy busy, you will be waiting for quite some time. They do have specials on slower days.

Seriously, you guys have been GREAT about sales. If you shop sales you can get top shelf cheaper than street prices, safer, and you don't have to play "guess what's in the bag?" I've been coming to NTI since they first open and the staff have treated me great. Things are tight out here and I truly appreciate you guys and the $ale$.
Stopped in while driving through to Vegas and what a great experience! Super friendly staff and so many choices with great prices. Luke was absolutely awesome as he helped me find good products for my needs and budget. If I’m ever in the area again, this will one of my first stops.
This was my favorite place.. until the day their power tripping security guard decided to be a royal prick just cuase he can... parked my motorcycle close to front because the last time i came here someone stole out of my saddle bags... im standing trying to pay and they asked if i could move my bike.. i said yes of course.. and asked if i could pay real quick .. 1 guy said no problem then the tall skinny guard with his face covered points out the door and barks "go move it now"... "and repeatedly demands i go as im trying to get my money put back in my wallet...No fault of the nice people i normally delt with there.. but i most definitely will NEVER return,Maybe ur guard needs a hug or something.. definitely can't handle a lil power .. what a sad fella
Great choices, Best Staff of any store that comes to mind.They calculate the end price on screen, so if something says $50 on their online menu, you can bring a crisp 50, and walk away happy.10/10
Went in as a medical patient and was told "today is your first time here?" "Yes it is", Ah you're looking at my card so yeah! DUH! "Oh so you're not a customer already?" "Correct", Really I thought we just covered that? "Well, how much time do you have?" "aaaa how much time do you need?" "Today isn't a good day, it will take about an hour to get you registered as a customer" Ahhhh excuse me, you pull up my information from the state and you have everything you need right there. I'm not a new pt. just a new customer. Also it wasn't even 1pm yet for the day.I'm glad I turned around and left since you didn't have time for me. Take my advise and go to the Dispensary in Fulton, IL and run as far as you can from this place. THEY SUCK!!!!! for customer service and I will never go back I don't care what their price is!!!! HORRIBLE!!!! HORIBLE!!!!!! HORIBLE!!!!!! experience!!!!I will continue to try to make others aware of the poor service here and warn whoever I can. That is the reason for the review here! I'm not sure what the guys name was who helped me today, but I was not very pleased with his customer service skills. He wasn't very helpful at all. I will stick to going to the one in Galesburg.

Anyone who left a good review on this place simply doesn't know what they are talking about. Highway robbery. Consider the following: why the hell spend over 80 dollars on an eighth of an ounce of flower, when you can get 16 full ounces of the same quality for less than 1600 dollars (100 per oz)Absolutely ridiculous pricing, stupid security set up, and pointlessly separates their medical side from the recreational side. Stupid business, straight robbery, nice employees that is the only plus but still wouldn't be worth an extra star for just that 🤣🤣
I like the way they price their products. No surprises when you get the final bill. Only had one defective product with no chance of return, that is on the manufacturer not the distributor. I like the bud tenders, most of them are knowledgeable in the medical aspects of the plants.
I'm not sure how this place can be rated anything other than 5 stars. Employees give great advice and typically its an in and out ordeal. The line sucks at times but with any good service or product, it is understandable.

I have been diagnosed since 1987 and have been under medical care for UC also.I was living in North Carolina and not able to experience or understand the use of legal medical or recreational marijuana until my recent permanent change of residence back to Illinois in November 2023 to be closer to my sick 82 yr old mother.Natures Treatment of Illinois is my first experience purchasing and using marijuana legally in the state of Illinois and the USA, for that matter. The reviews are correct about the staff being rude. However, the price is on point for the quality. Aside from the rude staff the experience has been worth returning. I’m not going to be friends with the staff; I want to get what I want and go about my day. I went today on a Monday and I didn’t spend more than 15 minutes, getting in, making my purchase and leaving.Edit to add: Went back again a week later, and I eat my words. Could’ve walked away being friends with the employee that helped me out today. She was awesome and informative! Plus the front staff was different today and they seemed to be in a better mood.
Edit: changed to a one after about a year. Rude staff and the prices are still the highest I've seen. You can only enter this place once per day so make sure you don't forget anything either, doesn't matter if you didn't hit your purchasing limit. Will never return to this place because of how rude these people are.Prices are a bit high unless you deal shop. I'll go to it in a pinch because it's the closest to home though.The line area is a bit cramped and awkward. I wish they had 2 lines like a lot of other places. One for pre orders and one for walk ins.The products I have purchased have been good quality though, so no complaints on product.
Depending on the time of day and what day you go, there will probably be a wait. Saturday mornings/afternoons always seem to be a quick trip! Thursday and Friday nights you’re likely going to be there at least 45min-1hr
nice location and selection. staff is very friendly and helpful. prices are alright and are getting better. waiting lobby has horrible ventilation and they don’t open the windows so it reeks in there especially when it’s hot. also quite dusty in there and floors are filthy, you can tell they never clean.
Back when I used to live in Moline, IL - I came here regularly.. This place opened my mind and truly educated me on the vast universe of medicinal and recreational cannabis! The staff are very friendly and well informed on their products and although unfortunately they are sometimes out of stock of things..Get there early! Early bloke gets the toke! Decently priced, too!
