I always order through the app. I'm a caregiver for my brother who is a disabled veteran. They tell me I do not have to mark the veteran discount but I always do as they say it's in the computer and it always rings up. Even if I forget to add that. I go through the drive-thru today I knew how much his order was and I'm told it's more than what I had handed the person in cash. I said I don't believe that's correct because he is a veteran. Could you please look at that instead of asking me for more money so the gentleman went back inside as I went through the drive-thru and he said the computer wasn't working and wasn't taking any discounts off and I was correct and he said he was sorry but I'm not understanding how the computer forgot that he was a veteran as we've been a member for so long but he rightfully made it right was very pleasant and apologetic just questioning what's going on in there? Computer glitch or human error?

CONSUME Employees are very intuitive about the product that they are selling and if you are not Knowledgeable! No problem I’m turning 67 and the sales person ask what you need and I am always surprised that they are always empathetic with you as a customers 🇺🇸 !

Store is normally pretty busy. Good staff. However they have issues with restocking concentrates. They will restock the way over priced $60 for a gram (plus tax) but they won't stock any of the still over priced $45 a gram. Cmon now:edit: Brought up to 4*, 3 feels a bit harsh. Staff is 99% always helpful and nice. Products pricing isn't the greatest....but I guess that's the state of Illinois. Still consume is much better than Thrive, and they are on par with blyss.

My spouse has been coming here for a couple years and just about every visit the cart must be emptied and he leaves paying the same amount but less product. It also gets time consuming. There are always excuses to not give discount or not get his member benefits. The last two times, after bringing this up (actually recording from car) they are spot on and gave us the 40 off for 4 but before that-nope. Also, open bag and check expiration date before leaving. Thrive may seem more expensive but it has better staff and no drama.Beyond Hello and Codes give great military discounts -- and I wasnt humiliated when I attempted to purchase with discount like I did at Consume Marion & got a gathering to tell me I dont get the discount cause I am not military. Thats cool. It could have been done more gracefully but no worries.

If I e gotten three so far that smell like that and taste horrible as well, how am I going to want to buy any bud from here again. Really sucks because I also emailed about this. I never got a response.

Consume was a good place to visit. They serve medical and recreational. It's easy to get to and wasn't extremely busy. Check in was simple, and even with a line ahead of me there wasn't a very long wait to get checked out. The price was comparable to others, but still the reason for only 4 stars.

Everyone (employees) I encountered here was super nice. The rep who got my order was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and simply a pleasure to talk to. Besides that, the deals were great, too!
