This is my typical store I shop at for cannabis products in the Rockford area. Cool place with a nice staff. I was like .60 cents short for my order and Zoe, a budtender pulled the change out of their tip jar to help me out. I felt bad about that, but then realized i miscounted and did have enough. So I put her change back in the jar and added some extra $$ to her jar. Thank you Zoe! You’re awesome and I appreciate you. I absolutely love this place! I've been going there for a couple years and have never had a bad experience. Staff are always friendly and welcoming!I went last week and saw Anne. Anne has helped me several times when I've visited. And at this point, I feel like Anne is my best friend. I often see her Fridays when I go to stock up on Aeriz's Romulan strain (which is my favorite). All the other bud tenders are great as well!Last week Anne hooked me up with some swag. I didn't notice until I got home, but the shirt was an XL, which is too small for me. I lost a lot of weight over the last two years, so the shirt covers everything, it's just something no other human should have to see me in. Despite not fitting, it gave me a much needed confidence boost, and I've been wearing the heck out of that shirt while partaking, as it's cool and nobody can see me in my backyard!Seriously though, I've been to a good amount of dispensaries in several states and while some have been pretty great, none have been as stellar as The Happy Cannabis Co!One final disclaimer: As I was chatting about Romulan with Anne, she was saying how much she loved Jenny Kush. She talked about it in a way that made me feel existential guilt for not having tried it before. I am going to try Jenny Kush next time I stop in. If I like it more than I like Romulan, this review is getting downgraded to one star (JK)

Location is great - right off the highway and easy to get to. It doesn't feel as overwhelming as other dispensaries in the area. Staff and security are very friendly and welcoming. Prices are great. Since their menu is online, it saves a lot of time ordering for in-store pickup.

This is a lovely place and is a great alternative to the large chain dispensaries that surround them. Staff is very kind, friendly, and approachable. Although other dispensaries are closer to where I live, I take a few extra minutes to go here, as I save a significant time that I would otherwise be waiting in a lobby area or in a very long slow moving line. Bigger is not always better. They do a great job here and I will continue to be loyal to them.

I placed an order, & choose the 6pm to 7pm pick up time, but I had plans tonight so I called to ask If I could pick up the order early. The man who answered the phone was super friendly and said that I could absolutely could come as soon as I’d like & pick up my order. When I got there, everybody was super friendly. Nevada was super nice, professional, and she definitely knew her stuff & had a quick and concise answer for every question that I had for her. I will definitely be returning again soon.

They used to be the local go-to dispo but they’re now the third best in town. Lyfe consistently beats them on prices by a lot with more customer friendly hours. Sunnyside has a way better customer rewards program. The best thing about THC was they had out the door pricing on their website but that’s going away. I used to proudly drive past Sunnyside to get to THC. Now I proudly drive past both. Nice people and good staff. Poor prices, poor website construction, more limited hours than other local dispos

Just like any other dispensary there was a short wait to be ushered inside where I was sent to Alex for her expert advice on the best products for me today. Having started from a you get what you get and sometimes its brick model of the early 2000s, I’m not super picky when it comes to selecting my cannabis but Alex gave me a wide range of selection, explained each to me in plentiful but not overwhelming detail, and made sure I left with as much as I was allowed to carry. I felt really well taken care of by the team here, and really appreciate the time Alex took to make me feel comfortable with my purchase, ensuring I walked away with the best deal AND the best quality products that were tailor picked for my needs.Thank you Alex, and thank you THCC (lol nice pun guys) for being right off the highway on my way home from work in Wisconsin.I’ll be sure to come back next time I’m in town, but if you are, don’t miss THCC and their great team working to make your experience, the best!

Tale of two security guards: Older gentleman in Allied uniform is a problem solver. He helped me with my debit card issue by inviting me to use the second ATM. Younger man out of uniform is a problem starter. He invited me inside, then changed his mind and pushed me in the chest to back up. When I asked him why he put hands on me, his ego took over and he shoved me out the door.

Went today for the first time. Was recommended by my cancer nurse. Said female owned and compassionate. Couldn't have been more wrong! I have stage 3b breast cancer. Went from 7 cm to 8.4 cm tumor size in 2 weeks. First chemo is next Friday. Doesn't look good. I went in with my driver's license that shows my age, but it's expired so they told me to leave. I have more important things on my mind than my driver's license. So disappointed, thought a female owned business would be understanding. Wrong,!! I'm worried about living, their worried about the date on my license. Also I got pulled over last Friday and the officer said my license was fine. Didn't get a ticket because I renewed my license online. Will never go back.

Make sure you video record opening and weighing your purchase. I purchased what was supposed to be 7 grams but when I got home and opened the package it was clearly 3.5 grams mislabeled as 7. I reached out to a representative of the dispensary, but of course they aren’t doing anything about it since I didn’t have the foresight to make a video opening and weighing it. If I want to get ripped off I could just buy on the street. I expect more from a supposedly legit dispensary. Caveat emptor. *edit* Went to Sunnyside this week. Prices were way better. Won’t ever be returning to the unhappy cannabis co again.

I like this place. The only reason why I gave it four stars is because they don't do debbie cards. And having cash is pretty annoying and no one carries cash anymore. The atmosphere is great. Customer service is great. The products are a little bit more expensive than some other places, but overall the place is nice. Looks professional and they are just very welcoming. I had planned on going to the Sunnyside Dispensary. After reading reviews I’m glad I didn’t and went to The Happy Cannabis Co as recommended by reviewers. Just take the 10 minute further drive and .95 cent toll to be in and out and good service. A few things I feel like can be better: 1. There are a lot of signs in the waiting area, however I didn’t know we’d be called by numbers. Maybe giving guest the number or text them to enter would be helpful. 2. It is cash only. I’ve been to other dispensaries are they just the few to do debit. No biggie it should just be posted (maybe I missed it). 3. I wish there was more interaction like a kiosk for guest to get familiar with products. (Personal preference) In any case my wellness advisor was very helpful and knowledgeable on what my needs were today. I’ll be back soon.

The worst dispensery I've ever been to. First time I placed order, they was out of it when I got there and didn't offer to sell me anything else for the same price.I decided to give them another try. This time I went on my lunch break because they have 15 % off happy hour from 11-1. Well they're happy hour is nothing but a lie. When I hot rang up I noticed I didn't receive my 15% off, so I ask them about this and I was told it doesn't apply to anything already on sale. No where on the web site does it say this. So I wasted my entire lunch to go there when I could have waited sin e I didn't get a discount they lied about. My last time going here. Sunnyside is at least honest about there prices.

I would give it a 5 but you're apparently not allowed to carry a 2yr old in with you for a quick pick-up or you get treated like a criminal. If you're a single parent, don't go bc it's a waste of gas. I wish they at least offered curbside pickup or stated on their website that we can't carry our kids in so we don't waste our time. I also wish they stated on their website how much someone out of state can purchase instead of telling them when they're already at the establishment.
