Honestly just a good dispensary, it's become a favorite! Living 5 minutes down the road helps I'm sure, but I don't mind a drive so I wouldn't go here if I didn't like the experience.There are fantastic deals going on genuinely all the time and the staff has always been really helpful with their suggestions. Coming here convinced us to finally apply for a med card as well (very much appreciate the $10 off!), and it's been a game changer. I used to be cool with getting something D8 or THC-A from a smoke shop every now and again, but this place has turned me back into a connoisseur 🔥 Keep up the great work, y'all!PS: I didn't catch the names, but thanks a million to the two guys who recommended the Cresco Live Resin! I was torn on what to get when I came in but you guys sent me home with something great 🤙

Our travels have brought us to Windy City. 1st Star is price which was comparable to the other dispensaries in the area. 2nd Star is ease of ordering kiosk is right there for use and debit cards accepted. 3rd Star is location. Which isn’t hidden away like some of the dispensaries. No star rating is for the size of the building which is very small and cramped. The check out counters you’re pretty much right on top of each other. Customer service was there and rounding up serves a purpose to the local community. Overall not a bad spot but not a dispensary I would go out of my way for unless they had some really good deals.

It's an amazing dispensary with a small town feel and very helpful and wonderful employees! It also has a 25% discount for veterans daily, and that's the best I've seen anywhere around, so very thankful for that!

It's been awhile since I've been to this dispensary as I have to drive quite far, but they always had much better deals than close by. I had at least a free gram of oil in points the last time I went. They told me they never expired so I never bothered to use them right away. I go in today to find out that apparently the points did expire when they switched programs. Doesn't really make you want to be a loyalty member with a company that will take all the points away without telling their customers. Who's to say they don't do it again. The only reason they get more than 1 star is because the people that work in there are wonderful. Management, do better.

Weird vibes pulling into the parking lot…I thought they opened at 8am, pulled up and it’s says 9am on the door..I’m like, ok..while I was gpsing a store that’s open the security guard came outside to guard the door like I was some kind of threat being in the parking lot..I’ve lived in Denver for yearsss and never got that vibe from a shop..don’t shop here if u look like me..they may feel threatened

Always a great experience. Employees are very friendly. One suggestion would be to get a separate area for medical patients, at least for peek periods. Not a fan of waiting in line with a pre-order just to be passed by someone that came in 3 people after me.

The staff was very helpful as we set up the medical card. Very knowledgeable about product, strengths, differences. Medical sales are first Monday and last Wednesday. I suggest ordering ahead and getting there early as they don't hold product long and sometimes sell out of particular items.

I have been to dozens of dispensary’s throughout the U.S. When the prices are this exorbitant already, customer service is important. This company uses bait and switch advertising, and you only get a first time customer discount if you’re from out of state. Has a distinct truck stop adult video arcade feel to it. Not worth the stop, and frankly a slap in the face to local residents- literally the worst dispensary in the nation.

What a joke of an operation. You can't look at the product before buying it. Even after going through their procedure to order it and you've waited for the tender to take your money you can't see what you're buying until after you bought it. And of course no refunds. Oh and the tender wanted me to give the dispensary the 14 dollars change on a roll up to give to some charity I'd never heard of. This was the worst experience in a dispensary I'd ever had. I highly recommend you go somewhere else. Bought a 7 GM package for 110 was taxed over 27 dollars. That's 108 an ounce in taxes. NEVER AGAIN will I waste my money at this disp.

I'm a medical patient with social issues, it's hard to leave home already. For a long time this place was great because they were like the rest of the dispos, they would go out of their way to make the experience go smooth.Today they needed to see a document on my account and they don't have strong signal. So I sat there trying to pull up a document, which wasn't happening. This same scenario has happened at 2 other local dispos and both of them offered their computer and/or wifi password and were helpful in getting it done properly. This visit to windy city was real intense and made me feel like I did something wrong.As a fix, they offered to break state law and not check my medical card, which is not what I wanted at all and that terrible solution made my already mounting anxiety much worse. Then ad I was walking out the manager called "well we have to follow the law." Which is weird considering the only help they offered was to break the law.I will never be back to this place and I'm telling all of my medical patient friends the same.
