It was my second visit to thos Curaleaf and this visit was much more pleasant.It had been a year or so in between visits.I LOVE the huge inventory.I LOVE how the recreational menu is the same as the MEDICAL menu.The young woman who was my bud tender was awesome.She really took her time taking care of me. I had a very large order and she took her time and even talked with me about how good the products were. I loved that she offered soon to expire items at a reduced amount.I will definitely be back.

Racist, disrespectful and ghetto “staff” at the front door. Old black security lady which I had never seen before (& I’ve been shopping at this location for about 2 years now) wants to be rude and tell me to move my car from the handicap parking spot or take my business elsewhere. There was NO OTHER CUSTOMER IN THE STORE BUT ME, never had an issue prior to today. Black man and another black girl checking ID’s just gained up on me over a parking spot. I called to speak with an employee and Chris told me I could get my order brought to my car, LIE. I then spoke to an Abraham who then transferred me to a manager, who didn’t even mention their name, told me that basically there wasn’t anything they could do. A customer of years gone like that over this locations lack of professionalism, customer service & hiring ghetto employees. That black security lady should be at home babysitting her grandchildren instead of trying to act tough. GHETTO!EDIT: I did, in fact, take my business elsewhere. Took me less than 4 minutes from the moment I walked in the door to the moment I was exiting back to my car. I was treated with kindness, professionalism & quickness. Even received an additional discount at the end of my transaction. I left a nice tip & made someone else’s day a little brighter because they definitely made mine much better after leaving Curaleaf. Shout out to Ascend Chicago Ridge ✨

They have great staff. However, their management runs a 25% off the original price on Mondays for medical patients. They then discount everything which turns out to be a lower price than 25% off the original price. So essentially they are trying to trick you to get into the store. Probably never ever going back. To all the medical patients out there. Ascend midway gives 10% off every day to medical patients wether there is a sale or not. By by Curaleaf Justice! It was nice knowing ya!

Today 04/28 is my 21st birthday and all I wanted to experience was going to a dispensary, and boy could I have not of gone to a better one. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with nothing but a joyful presence and all wishing me a happy birthday, after I came in and I was making my purchase they then gifted me a shirt, hat, and lanyard for my birthday and being a first time costumer. Extremely lovely people and immaculate vibes and will definitely be a returning customer 🙂

I went into the store with an empty container of what I wanted so I could buy another one. They told me I couldn't come in with the empty container so they ordered something for me they thought was the same. Once I left I realized it was different and when I went back with the unopened container to see if I could exchange it they said no. I asked if they would give me a discount for a new order and they offered me $3. They can keep it.

Was trying to call and see if they would take digital IDs so I didn't waste my time going over there.Doorman was a rude, seems to be common here in IL. Then I was told they can't take my digital ID. So took my business elsewhere to the dispensary that takes my digital ID.
