Emerald Dispensary deserves every bit of praise. The entire staff is fantastic — always welcoming, extremely knowledgeable, and incredibly patient. I’ve had several visits where I needed to ask multiple questions, and every single team member I’ve dealt with has taken the time to walk me through options without ever making me feel rushed. Their customer service is consistently outstanding, and it keeps me coming back. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a great experience!

I've been using them for a couple years now. What a great place! Reasonable prices, excellent selection of bowls, bongs, rolling papers etc., even the occasional gift with purchase. I've never been helped by anyone who wasn't professional, courteous and friendly. They're also super knowledgeable and enthusiastic, which makes a big difference when I'm trying something new.I also hear wonderful things about their lounge. I haven't visited yet, but I love that a purchase gets you in (instead of an additional admission) and it seems like they're always hosting something fun (trivia, bingo, arts & crafts), so I'm excited to give it a try. Two thumbs up!!!! 👍👍

How do you spell “BOMBDOTCOM”? Simple answer: M-A-T-T.Matt is the best. My guy. We danced and laughed, talked and just truly connected. I didn’t question a single suggestion that Matt made, because I knew right off the bat that he was the right guy for the job to help find gifts for a friend. From cake mix to candies, flower to accessories, he came through on all fronts. He knows what’s up, and he’s truly a great dude.Emerald is hands down a phenomenal place with even better people. Never had to ask any questions, but I'm always asked if I do. Friendly folks and someone always greets you when you walk through the door and smiles. As the stars seem to align, Taylor is the one I usually have tendering the order, wonderful personality and always shares stickers for my amp stand!I've gotten Brandon a few times too. Cheerful and helpful guy, answered questions and made sure I understood.

She answered my questions, told me about what goes on in their lounge. **Spoiler alert** It's not just 2 couches & an ashtray 🙂They have games like bingo and trivia, which sounds like a great way to enjoy an evening. They've also got an elevator for folks like me, who cannot walk well (even when sober)!You gotta check this place out.☮️ ❤️ 🪴

I brought my mom for her first time today and they made her feelat ease, answered all her questions even took her down to see the lounge. Tad was super helpful when checking out and explaining my out of state license mg limitations and helped me narrow down my order to meet the requirements. Such a great spot, I’m thankful we have them so close.

What a great place to relax and enjoy this state of the art, unique experience of buying many cool products. Ask for Jake. He's very knowledgeable and a really cool guy. The lower level is where you can actually smoke and experience the vibe of the lounge. There are a few rooms you can actually party in with friends. You can reserve them on line for a small fee. Check this place out!!

Employees are so knowledgeable, I’ve never received better recommendations before. I love that they can tell me the history of what I’m getting. My husband went to the grand opening and had a blast blowing his own glass pieces and listening to a live harp player. Really happy they opened up!

I had a great experience my first time visiting this establishment. They had the best price in the area on my favorite strain. The staff was super friendly, helpful and very nice. They hooked me up with a frist time discount and told me about the lounge which sounds awesome. I will definitely be back to give that a shot. Great first impression.

Very nice dispensary that has just opened up in island lake. The staff were very friendly and I couldn't help but notice their prices were better than all of the surrounding dispensaries. Additionally I checked out the lounge and it was sweet. Can't wait to come back and try that. They also offer a membership program there are private rooms you can book and there are even storage lockers for your goodies.

Someone must have been high when they were adding the address to the receipt. 😂 🤣 I'll definitely be back.

Have been waiting forever for this to open up. Super cool that it’s in an old bank! We made a reservation and the staff were professional and informative. Passionate people. It’s nice that it’s grown locally! Vibes were on point, felt like it was geared towards higher class, definitely effort put into a comfortable feel. I hope word of mouth gets around about this super cool place. Excited to see how things work out for the lounge looks after everything is put together. Cool to see my community getting together somewhere other than the bar.
