This place is awesome! The clearly care about there patients and what there patients want! And have the best prices in illinois period! The new Rewards system they have is way better! All the staff here are respectful and very nice!

I’ve been to this dispensary a handful of times and every single time the customer service has been very good and the selection and price is very good but this time I came a little bit closer towards the end of the day and one of the employees seem to not want to go and take one extra step to make sure that I was satisfied with what I wanted. Something as simple as just switching off an item that I wanted he did not want to do probably caught them on a bad day, but does not change the way that people think about them.

Great dispensary! Very reasonable prices as there always seems to be some kind of deal going on. Security guards make things somewhat awkward at the entrance as they seem incapable of saying a simple hello. This is the only dispensary that never seems to have a line so your in and out in less than 10 minutes. Love it!

There are three dispensaries in the area, but the other two are corpo ones with people there a bit less personable. Windy City is not like that. It's a welcoming place full of warmth with friendly and helpful people. On top of that their prices can't be beat. Check them out, you won't be disappointed

Man this place is legit. Like another level of legit 25$ grams of concentrates almost every week. The staff is great and knowledgeable. My Boy Alexis just did an amazing job on 7/10 making sure I got the right products and even an extra surprise for being one of the first 60 people. After my last experience at a different dispo where they sold me the wrong product and refused to fix it I will be coming here from now on. Give this man a raise!
