This place used to have the best prices, but now it’s a literal scam. Both Zen Leaf and Curaleaf consistently have much lower prices for the same products. Would hardly call this an “outlet” anymore. Nice people,,but you’d be crazy to keep shopping here

Refused to honor a current ad on their website because they said they sold out, yet was still listed as available.They got a manager to help who came at me with attitude from the get go and basically blamed me saying it was probably on sale at other locations, and I should have confirmed exact inventory before coming. I understand that it is as supplies last but they changed the site as I was there, I had asked for alternatives which they added and they instead they gave me attitude!Frequent visitor, would have been happy to try and work something out but something clearly happened to him before he talked with me as it was anger from moment 1!Sad, as this is often a decent store for non medical prices.

This store is amazing. They are my go to. They have the best prices hands down in the Chicago land area… no lies. Plus they have the strongest rewards program I’ve have ever seen. If you join the rewards clubs, 15 a month… get double points and so many free or highly discounted items each week. On 420, got a free g of cookies badder and others… plus s super cheap oz. Check this place out seriously!

If you're using this dispensary for medical reasons, beware. They tried to woo me with store credit that I obviously don't want. THCa is burned before it's useful.

I’ve been to this dispensary a handful of times and every single time the customer service has been very good and the selection and price is very good but this time I came a little bit closer towards the end of the day and one of the employees seem to not want to go and take one extra step to make sure that I was satisfied with what I wanted. Something as simple as just switching off an item that I wanted he did not want to do probably caught them on a bad day, but does not change the way that people think about them.

Great dispensary! Very reasonable prices as there always seems to be some kind of deal going on. Security guards make things somewhat awkward at the entrance as they seem incapable of saying a simple hello. This is the only dispensary that never seems to have a line so your in and out in less than 10 minutes. Love it!

There are three dispensaries in the area, but the other two are corpo ones with people there a bit less personable. Windy City is not like that. It's a welcoming place full of warmth with friendly and helpful people. On top of that their prices can't be beat. Check them out, you won't be disappointed

Man this place is legit. Like another level of legit 25$ grams of concentrates almost every week. The staff is great and knowledgeable. My Boy Alexis just did an amazing job on 7/10 making sure I got the right products and even an extra surprise for being one of the first 60 people. After my last experience at a different dispo where they sold me the wrong product and refused to fix it I will be coming here from now on. Give this man a raise!
