Everyone here is so nice. It’s a welcoming atmosphere the moment you step in the door. The security guard, AJ, is always smiling and greets you like a friend every time you walk in. 10/10 recommend, don’t even go anywhere else lol

Upon arrival this place seemed classy and nice. It had a nice charming and comfortable aesthetic. When walking in was welcomed by pleasant security guard that even cracked a few jokes and made me feel at ease. I was greeted by a young gentleman and he assisted with the kiosk. I asked specific question regarding if they sell blunts. He was confused and keep showing me cones. It was odd that they he didn’t know the difference between blunts and cones. I realized he didn’t know what he was talking about so I pivoted and asked what he smokes. I am guessing he had too much of the product already. He recommended island cannabis company. I decided to go with that and got an 1/8th. I am not familiar with the punch it like you are at McDonalds which is weird but maybe it is a law. When approaching the desk at check out she made me show my id again despite already scanning it upon arrival. It makes me think they treat out of state people differently. I didn’t pay any attention and left it alone. I asked for a cone and i said dealers choice. then when she picked one she realized she had the wrong one and said this one is good too. Which was weird because she didn’t even realize what she was giving me. In the midst of this transaction going down their was a random employee singing horrific songs. It was annoying and put a damper in the mood. While trying ignore the awkward singing that was around me me in circles. I reached in to grab the container that had my flower in it so I could inspect it to see about smell, texture etc. she snatched it out of my hand and said you can’t touch that. I said maybe the laws are different and didn’t take offense to that and returned to my hotel. I was excited to smoke the cone once I got to the hotel, I couldn’t smoke the cone because it was either too tight or the infused bs that sold me wouldn’t burn properly. It had no taste or smell. When I inspected the 1/8 there was barely any smell and questionable powder mold and dry. It was hard as a rock. Additionally the 10 dollar discount that kisok guy promised was never honored at the register. I would never recommend this place. The employees seem too high to understand anything and have no knowledge of products or weed.

Don’t bother coming here if you’re not a medical or “cabbage club” member. I have been a long time recreational customer until today. The new setup pushed recreational customer to the end of the store where there are no cashiers. I was told until all of the medical and “cabbage” club members are helped I will be helped. So if you don’t buy the membership or a medical card holder get to the back of the line! Never coming here again.

Everyone at this location was super friendly and professional, but I especially wanted to give a shout-out to Jordan who helped me through chat on the website! I had never used a vape before and had a ton of questions, and he was extremely helpful in navigating me through the different kinds of batteries and cartridges. He even put together and submitted an order for me, and was so friendly the whole time that it felt like I was texting a friend. Sadly, I had to cancel the order because I momentarily misplaced my ID, but I took all of his recommendations over to the Highland Park location and was not disappointed!Thank you guys for always being awesome!
