I believe her name is Liz, she always greets customers friendly, and goes above and beyond to be helpful and knowledgeable. She has the best recommendations and knows what I want before I do! Have been going since they opened thanks to 1 bud tender specifically. I'd get easily overwhelmed by the large list, but she is knowledgeable in their products, listens to what you want, and helps you find the best items for your needs making it easy and stress free. She takes pride in her work and always goes the extra mile to ensure her customers are happy. The bud tenders at this location are some of the rudest ive ran into. I've never felt so unwanted by a staff at a dispensary. Better travel the extra 45 min drive past galesburg and go to somewhere welcoming like cookies in peoria

Stopped here a few weeks ago after not being here for some years. At some point, they changed everything to thc-a, but didn’t rebrand as a hemp store.Spent over 300$ on multiple products, nobody mentioned anything about them being thc-a or hemp.Very unhappy with all of it, would have rather been ripped off on the street. They’re going to probably give some generic, nonsense reply about thc-a converting to thc. It’s all baloney. The prices they are charging for the product they’re giving is a complete scam.If you’re looking for something premium, it’s not here. If you’re fine paying a premium price for stuff that all smokes like ditch weed, stop on in!

The only time I've been to a recreational state dispensary. And they sold me flower which is only THC-A. Less than 1% normal thc. I paid $95.00 for 3/8 oz. Of flower that taste and smokes like something made artificially. I wasn't expecting a refund but I called to ask the manager if they had normal strains and I suggested that when selling to someone they should advertise that it's not the real thing. The manager was very rude and just wanted to argue that thc and thc-a are the same exact thing, clearly its not otherwise it wouldn'thave a different label. I expect better knowledge from a dispensary and to be rude and want to argue when I was being polite and asking questions is absurd. I never felt ripped off by a dispensary until now and I usually felt dispensaries were very knowledgeable until now. Waste of time and money. If you advertised you only have thc-a on your advertisement I guarantee people wouldn't waste their time stopping in.

I like it when I walk in and say I need this and I'm in and out in minutes. I like that. I don't have time for bs. Very nice shopping experience. And they have plenty of quality smoke in oz's, which is what I purchase to save money. Keep it up, tell the Bud-Tenders bravo! And they accept debit. That wasn't expected. If you partake like I do, and prefer quality over quantity, shop here. Even if you have to make the drive. I highly recommend anything made by SAVVY or High Supply..... A+.

This place gives bad vibes, visiting jail feeling. Don’t appreciate the metal detector at entry and departure is disturbing being locked between doors The waiting area is depressing. Galesburg merits better. The bud tender was helpful. He gets the only star. I’ll continue to spend my money elsewhere.
