Seen online they had a certain strain so i preordered online drove 30 min just to be told they are out of stock. You would think as much money they are raking in they could afford a good online system. I would have just stayed home and not wasted a 30 min drive. Asked for some kind of discount and they denied me like it was my fault. I usually have a good experience, but this one makes me not want to go back. Didnt feel like a customer, just an annoyance to the tenders, that were no help just like welp. Sooo if you order online have a back up in mind.. Followed up to reply to this review from store owner to call store manager, called next day manager was not there. Called the following day after that the lady that answered was really mean i felt dumb calling as it is due to my review. I asked for manager the lady asked for what she told me there is nothing they can do i asked why was i told to call if just to get told the same thing? I asked for the manager again she said that the manager was in meetings all day and she was sorry about my experience. I asked if i should call back or if she wanted my number, she said we don’t do apology call backs that it was an auto response to my review… that was the call..

A very nice little option that very few dispensaries do for you anymore.The place could definitely use some sprucing up outside, lots of weeds and cigarette butts and stuff around the building and in the parking lot. Other than that, this is still a solid establishment.

Very unhappy customer now that they changed their pricing. The Dispensary was liked and known by many to show the total cost, with tax being figured in to the listed price. My family and I will no longer shop here until the pricing is reverted back to the original way it was. Very disappointing when you give your trust and money to a company, and then they change just to please a small amount of customers. All while overlooking their large loyal and regular customer base. Shame on you.

Whoever thought the new pricing features on the ordering site was a good idea needs to be fired, it's bad enough IL is gouging every penny possible. It was nice when the dispensary was up front and transparent with everything. This new change seems very sneaky. Think I'ma just make the extra drive to Michigan at this point. Bad move imo

Nice variety.. a bit expensive. Asked if there were any good deals on 14g sativa; budtender said "sure", gave me some prices on a few products. Placed order, checked out & once I arrived at my destination for the evening I realized I only had 3.5g( which is what I paid for according to the receipt). A bit disappointing 😞

I came here for the first time today! I was super nervous and wasn’t sure what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised how kind the staff were! And let’s just talk about Joe! I feel like I made a new friend! He was so knowledgeable and so friendly and made the whole process super easy. I’m no longer anxious to go in and look forward to my next trip! I didn’t feel pressured Or like I was being pushed into anything. It was actually remarkable!

Always a great stop!!We stopped here looking for a party favor...and WOW did we find it! LolI have visited this establishment a few times now. The property is nice and clean. They have an amazing staff of bud tenders that are usually very friendly and knowledgeable as well. To top it off, they usually have a pretty good selection of products to choose from! Only downside to this place is, the prices tend to be a little higher than most other dispensaries unfortunately. So my visits are limited here.

Prices were too high back when it became legal, very slowly went down, just skyrocketed past the original already too high of prices. Meanwhile Verilife in Galena is steadily dropping prices. They can keep the high priced stuff. They have three stores, they send the cheaper products to the stores that sell more which makes sense but it sucks I have to go to a different store for the same product and it's a farther drive. They have claimed that certain brands raised their price on them, but when I spoke with Nature's grace, they said their prices didn't change. Some shady pricing goes on here for sure. I'd stay away if carts are what your after

I moved to Illinois from Minnesota two months ago. I’m really happy about all the different strains and selections that the dispensary has. A lot more products than we are offered in Minnesota in the medical program. The rec side of dispensaries is pretty cool usually like six or eight bud tenders. On the medical side of things, there’s really no wait so far. Top-notch customer service!

Don’t waste your time if there is more than 5 cars in the parking lot. They only a few people in at a time so if you place an order online you are still waiting for everyone to dilly dally around. Recommend sunny side in Rockford. It’s a drive but they are significantly cheaper and you will not wait hours for everyone else to decide what they want when you already have an order placed.

I am a medical patient. First time going to this dispensary. First impression was good. Friendly and inviting staff that's why I give 2 stars. I bought a disposable vape pen. When I opened it, the pen didn't look full but I really didn't think much of that. 2 days later the battery went dead. I only used it 2 times before bed. I emailed with no response whatsoever, I've called and left a detailed message.. still no response. It's been over a week with no communication on the part of the dispensary. For a medical patient on a fixed income that depends on medication, this is totally unacceptable! 😢 update.. in response to the owners comment I have tried numerous times to email the address you provided and I keep getting it back is non-deliverable. Again if I call the dispensary somehow messages don't get to the correct people or if I message through the website I get nowhere. Hopefully you can provide me with a good email address or a way to get you on messenger maybe you should send me a message on messenger. Last update .... The Dispensary came through! They reached back out to me and was very accommodating as well as apologetic! They more than made up for the one bad experience I had. Thank you to the management team! I will definitely be back. Everyone here is always extremely polite and helpful. They don't have the best pricing but it's not the worst either. What I really appreciate is their listed prices include taxes so there's no question what I'm going to be spending before I pay, I really wish all dispos operated like this. Ever since I started coming here, I’ve had nothing but good experiences consistently every time I visit. Even when I don’t know specifically what I want, the budtenders are extremely helpful with recommendations & finding the best deal. Security is also very friendly & welcoming. Its nice that they have a rewards program now! I usually only buy one .5 gram cart to last me a few weeks when I shop, but I’m sure its come in clutch for guests that spend more. Would happily recommend stopping here to anyone in the area who partakes 🙂

Checked this spot out the other day. Pretty impressed all except for the viewing part! Maybe have a paper menu for viewing while ordering( that day) with the bud tender! Or individual tablets with a menu! Just my opinion! Other than that one down fall the product was well packaged and was mighty tasty! 👌
