Loved the store. Spent alot over my time buying the past year. Security guy talked to me through the door and was not very clear in 6 degree weather that the protocol is pre orders 5 mins to close. As a F&B worker, I go in and out quick when close to close. The security guard played games hoping I wouldn't make the time. I stood in the cold and ordered the first thing on my account and paid for it with my loyalty points which mean very little when it comes to customer courtesy. I have seen this security worker multiple times and he did he best to be fake when I went in as if I was a welcomed customer after pre ordering in 6 degree weather. I am absolutely disappointed in the establishment that I have spent so much and done nothing to be kind. Your sweet staff member and free pre roll almost made up for the security guards absolutely disrespect as a man in single digits weather.

Jake was so helpful, kind and gave the warmest welcome. The staff here really knows their product and can effectively support medical patients which is a huge bonus! From the security guard at the front to everyone you encounter inside the shop itself the vibes are right. They have a plentiful selection and the shop is well laid out. I highly recommend Aroma Hill! Thanks for the excellent experience.

I hope they do read these, honestly great customer service but i just went 2 hours ago for this cart and battery and the top extra part that makes it look like a pen got stuck on the cart and by the time it came off it took the mouthpiece too🤦🏾♂️$45 to the drain i hope they do refunds i have my receipt!

They have the worst website design ever definitely call in if you can before showing up I’ve gone in twice and been told what I was going there for wasn’t in stock or maybe it was at another location and it’s so tedious to make sure your looking at the correct location or not I will hardly be using this location anymore I’ve had too many issues using this location wasting my gas is a major one of them

Save your money and go elsewhere.I have a medical card and almost every dispensary I’ve been to has let me use my medical discount AND a first time customer discount which I didn’t get. There’s so many other dispos in the area that have literally mailed me coupons for just coming in for the first time, also a tiny 8th for $42? Get real. Byeeeeeee see ya 👋🏻

Such great vibes right when you walk in and the manager Jake really took the time to explain their selection and get me exactly what I was looking for. Prices are insane. 1/8 for $68??? I decided to continue to drive 15 min to my usual dispensary instead. Got TWICE as much for $54. I really would love to be able to go here because it's 3 minutes from my home, but I refuse to pay those kinds of prices. Do better Aroma.

Update: they lie on there website saw that it was 25% off storewide til September 1st and its only August, they got rid of it before then and changed the deals. Very misleading. Only been there once and so far prices are good. Service was good and pretty good location. Whether your a local or on vacation.

This was my 1st experience with a dispensary. I have to say I was overall impressed with my experience over all. I have made 2 visits and dealt with two different associates. Both were very kind and answered all my questions with ease and professionalism. The only suggestion if I can think of any would be to let customers know today is the the last day of the sale. Had I known I would have grabbed a few more stizzy pods and taken advantage of the bogo. That being said they have earned my business as my local dispensary.

I suffer from chronic pain and Megan was really nice about making sure I got exactly what was looking for. I normally feel like a client when I step in these sort of places and didn’t feel like I was being upsold anything.

Hannah was the most absolute perfect budtender. I had never consumed cannabis before and she helped ease me in with a couple good strains and edibles. She also very charming and has a great head on her shoulders. Wouldn't be surprised if I saw her in a higher up position down the line
