Always a long wait for items. Reward points not nearly as much as the one in Wrigleyville. The outside place looks like a dump with all the garbage laying around. If they cleaned up and maybe did something with the front business then I believe it would attract new customers.
On my first visit I was attended to by Don who was friendly, knowledgeable and accommodated my needs quickly without making me feel rushed. I have since returned and had the same experience with the other representative that helped me(I forgot to note his name). With this great service, and good product selection, I will continue to come back.
I came to pick up my order. Tom assisted me. It was my first medical order and he made some recommendations. He was knowledgeable, polite and professional. I have since tried one of his recommended products and it works very well. Thank you again.
Jamie was extremely friendly, coordinated, informative, and pleasant to talk to!My friend and I have been trying out local dispensaries and were delighted to have such a welcoming experience. She is coolAnd we will be coming back bc the quality is great
Never had a problem before, but today I picked up a tub and there was no seal and the wrap around the edges were ripped which I didn’t notice till I got home so now I wonder if somebody was skimming off my package
Great staff. Love the "old guards" (you know who you are) and new employees are awesome as well. I was in this evening and my "hall of fame" crew was on duty...all of them. I go in almost every day. Some days I wait, others it's a breeze. Love you guys.
I had been shopping at this Sunnyside since last year and have always found the service to be lackluster. But as a medical patient with limited dispensaries near me, and despite how old the products often are, I would shop here because of how close it is to where I live. But on my last purchase, half of the gram of my concentrate was stuck to the top of its jar, and after emailing Sunnyside about the issue with pictures, they refused to do anything because the package supposedly would have had to have been returned THAT night. I've been in the industry for two years now, and to my knowledge products can't even be legally returned back to the store. I will never again shop at ANY Sunnyside, or buy any Cresco-associated products, ever again.
I like this dispensary a lot. Clean, friendly & knowledgeable staff, and an assortment of options for both medical and recreational users. They’re also clearly short-staffed, and wait times can easily go half hour or longer (especially for recreational users). Medical users are prioritized with a separate line.ATM on site along with cannabis equipment needed to partake. They accept debit cards with a transaction fee. They have a giant parking lot and street parking, so I’ve never had a problem finding a space quickly. Have your ID and medical card ready to show upon entrance.
Her name is Liz. She's always an amazing help. I look forward to getting her as my cashier all the time. Always a smile, always asked if I need help and did I have any trouble finding anything.
Hello allI been using the Elmwood,IL location ever since it opened. Best location by far. Friendly staff with an honorable mention (Don) although new, he was very knowledgable and not just reading off the label. This location is exceptional!
S/O to Don in Elmwood park for helping me pick out my first pen! Exited to try it out.
Yes this place is busy around the holidays, customers should plan better. The service has always been great, the lines move rather quickly. I just wish they had rhythm concentrates.
This has got to be one of the most worst dispensaries I’ve ever been too. From the workers to the products it seems like every single time I come in, someone has an atttiude. I came in Friday morning with my wife as a walk in, the much older lady was helping us but it seemed as if she was very annoyed and impatient because we were asking multiple questions, I don’t expect a full run around but I did want to know some information about products I’ve never tried before. We were very unpleased with our experience and will be taking ourselves elsewhere. Oh, and can’t forget to mention everytime I come my points seem to never accumulate!! Do better sunnyside!!! Go to Wrigley or River north where the workers there are 10000% better and customer service is top tier!!
I have been going so this location for about 2 years and have noticed the decline in options as well as customer service. I came in with having 1 question of which strain would be better for sleep. It was comparing 2 eighths and I didn't think that would be a difficult question but, the gentleman at the register with braids (black) working on Sunday 11/5/2023 at around 830p rolled his eyes, shrugged his shoulders and sighed. Then proceeded to say he has no idea of my tolerance and that they affect everyone different. He didn't even look at the order. I chose the eight and even pointed out to him that he shouldn't roll his eyes and make a big deal over a simple question. Could have just picked 1 or the other. But that is the last straw for me, bad inventory and they get me and my dad mixed up all the time. Plus verilife is open til 945p with a better selection. Or take the drive to River North location. Better staff and inventory. Indomt like to post anything but that guy just was so unprofessional and gave of such a bad vibe for a marijuana store! Like man, go take a break or something. Life is good. No smile, no thank you, terrible service. I get it, work is work but, why give someone a hard time or a bad experience because of what your going through?
Love the regular associates and managers that have been there since my initial cancer diagnosis. The handling of medical patients, however, is inconsistent. Just watched 5 recreational users check out while I waited for the only associate serving medical patients to become available. I have never had to stand around that long. If they typically call the medical patients up to other registers at any point, it should be consistently done across all the staff. Management, please reconsider placing just a single team member to handle medical and train the others on identifying patients that look like they're about to fall over. Sheesh.
They close at 9pm. Unless you’re cool with wasting time and gas I wouldn’t drive out there after 8pm because they make it a habit of closing 15-20 minutes early. Spark’d in Wicker Park is open until 10pm and Verilife in Rosemont is open until 10pm and they allow customers to come in and shop until the advertised closing time.
These cashiers need retraining. I go in every month with no issues and suddenly this cashier 43185 starts coming up with her own rules and laughing in my face. Clown behavior of course but I didn’t come here for entertainment. Do better.
