I hadn’t been to a dispensary for quite awhile but my usual source was going through some things so I thought I’d just go visit Cloud 9 for the first time. What a pleasant experience! From the moment I walked in, I was very impressed with the lovely, clean and inviting building and friendly, welcoming staff. I spent at least 15-20 minutes talking with a nice guy, who had me tell him a little about myself and what I was looking for, like smoke, edibles, vapes, etc… and if I was interested in pain relief or just kicking back and relaxing with a nice bowl of flower. I made some selections and handed over the money. This was the painful part….paying the Piper (taxes)….ughhh…..but hey, it was so lovely walking into a store to buy weed….lol, I never thought I’d see the day. It still blows my mind. I just turned 70 in September, so this experience…. I was like a kid in a candy store and it was just so crazy all the changes in the world of cannabis, all in my lifetime. 😎. Anyway…. I HIGHLY recommend this place. They will do you right. 👍🏽🌼🪴

Ryan (at the Camp street store) was great, he was informative, not pushy, yet there to let me know all the information I needed to complete my order. Most of all, he was respectful of me, and that meant more than I can say. Sometimes it doesn’t take much at all to help others feel welcome. As well as the security and other staff that helped me, this is the type of place where I would return to. I most truly hope the staff is thanked and shown their worth.

All around good experience both times I have been in to Cloud9 good prices good selection. Nolan helped me both times. The first time I had a preorder and was in and out process. Second time just hadn’t quite made up my mind yet and he was there to help me get straightened out and even got small talk out of me which is pretty uncommon if you know me. He was attentive and had a great attitude definitely will be coming back.

Sarah was amazing. I did not have the best visit last time I was there and even stopped going. Everyone else there, so far had been amazing as well. I decided after a month to try again. I’m glad I did. Sarah talked to me about what happen last time and made it right Usually, complaints go unnoticed but she made sure it did not and that speaks volumes. She is awesome and went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I wanted.
