All around good experience both times I have been in to Cloud9 good prices good selection. Nolan helped me both times. The first time I had a preorder and was in and out process. Second time just hadn’t quite made up my mind yet and he was there to help me get straightened out and even got small talk out of me which is pretty uncommon if you know me. He was attentive and had a great attitude definitely will be coming back.

Sarah was amazing. I did not have the best visit last time I was there and even stopped going. Everyone else there, so far had been amazing as well. I decided after a month to try again. I’m glad I did. Sarah talked to me about what happen last time and made it right Usually, complaints go unnoticed but she made sure it did not and that speaks volumes. Thank you Sarah for the excellent customer service. You definitely deserve recognition for this because it is rare these days. 😊

10/10 not a huge selection but a really good selection of products. Great customer service every time, everyone there is really chill and polite. Spoke with Ryan today he was more than helpful when discussing different strains and brands he even threw in a free gift for being such a good customer, will definitely keep coming back.

Cloud 9 has GREAT prices, quality flower, and something for just about everyone! The staff are always so friendly, but my most recent experience with Sydney was exceptionally great! She is awesome and went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I wanted. At one point I apologized for taking so long placing the order and she assured me she was there to make sure I had the best experience. That made me feel great. I'll most certainly be back for more!
