Been here many times and it's not bad unless you get there during a rush. Everyone seems friendly and helpful and once you get in the back it usually goes quick, 5-10 minutes or so. Love that the taxes are included in the price, makes things a lot easier with all the stupid taxes. I usually keep my orders small cause the prices in Illinois are ridiculous, $60-$70 for a gram cart is stupid, in Michigan you can get 10 of those carts for $100 lol

Every time I’ve been to this dispensary they’ve treated me with kindness and respect. The tenders really listened to what I wanted in my THC experiences and used their knowledge of the stock they had to match my needs. I have never run into a sourpuss tender yet in East Dubuque! They sell Products over a year old. Very disappointed. Taste like burnt grass. It's '24 August 2 And it was harvested in May 2023. It's lost all of its potency. I will not be going back. That's my experience

First time in today, just happened to find myself in the area. The online ordering element made getting in and out super easy. Budtenders are super friendly and knowledgeable. I will absolutely be back.

Prices were too high back when it became legal, very slowly went down, just skyrocketed past the original already too high of prices. Meanwhile Verilife in Galena is steadily dropping prices. I haven't been here in over a month and don't see myself coming back ever. It's too crowded anyways and lines are an hour wait.

It's great to be able to buy legal weed but when you pay $70 for 7 grams of shake is laughable,6 associates available and I get the one whose debit card reader don't work so I get directed to the ATM which tells you that it's a $3.50 fee to take out my cash and get home to notice that the shop also tacks on an additional $2.50 "convenience fee".Than to top it all off you look at the receipt to see that I paid $17 in taxes on a $55 bag of shake,which I can't blame the shop for because that's the thieves in government,kinda explains why the black market still reigns supreme,atleast in Illinois.

Busy place! I'd recommend going the first part of the week. Good variety of products. Lately, I have noticed that the flower has been dry. The bud tenders are top notch! Very informative and great at finding you the right product.

My first bad experience. “Matty” the Veteran budtender had absolutely no customer service. He got mad at me for asking to apply my wife’s veterans discount because she was in the car with my daughter. Tried to lecture me on his service like I’m taking something from him. Won’t use him again but all the other bud tenders I have had great experiences with.

I'm not sure how or why, but there prices are at least 30$ higher per 3.5 for flower than other dispensaries with the exact same product. Even there sales are marked higher than others regular prices. I suggest you do some price comparing before stopping by, you'll be surprised.

I have been coming here for almost 3 years, and every time I visit, I leave content. I am greeted as family. The wait is never too long. It is actually really nice to have this place filled with all the beautiful different people that pass through and who are regulars such as myself. I love all the bud tenders... Dave, Brian, Matt, Mathew, Mac, Justin, Austin. I don't remember the female employees, but they are equally beautiful people.

I have grown so fond of this place for both excellent service and excellent staff. I visit twice a week on average. With all of the crazy questions I have been able to throw at the staff, they have had an answer for me every time! They are very knowledgeable on their products, and they are happy to look up an answer for you if they do not have it. I will say this, the point reward system could be a little more generous. As I said earlier, I frequent it twice a week. So for people like me who visit 2 times a week or more should be a better reward system. But that is only a tiny flaw in a system that has been so very good to me. So, in summation, I recommend this place to any and all for all of your recreational or medical cannabis needs! Just long enough to look at menus that were prominently placed.My budtender Andrew was really cool. Very Profesional and knowledgeable. He helped me pick out an Cannabis Cup award winner. Picking great flower with the right terps and without rushing me or being rude. Great place to buy legal cannabis

Love this place and the staff, but the selection has been pretty poor lately and not very many good deals have been happening. Compared to everywhere else around there's very few options anymore to choose from and they're all super expensive. Would love to see the concentrates stocked up alot more! Also a few weeks ago I had a product that I didn't find out wasn't sealed and was opened once I got home, bought the same thing 2 days later and it had double the amount in there and was sealed so I don't know what happend there.

This is, hands down, the best dispo I've been to in Illinois.Customer service can make or break just about any business, and the service here MAKES it. Employees have been consistently friendly, patient and helpful. I'm terrible with names but out of at least six stops I can't say I've had ANY less than stellar interactions with staff.Deals are also great here when they hit! We can complain about pricing all day, but that's more a "state of IL" problem than the dispo's fault. If you're in the area and need to pick up, The Dispensary should do ya good!
