Experience was great, the girl with the red hair that checked me out was super nice and informative. As for the elderly mall cop that screamed at me when I was coming back in, maybe take a Xanax or 12 and approach people in a more calm manner. Instantly screaming at someone doesn’t do anything but escalate the situation. The employee told me to walk back out and walk back in, so that’s what I did. If you wanted people’s IDs to be checked, perhaps you shouldn’t have left the post unattended with nobody at the front door.

Sweet, Sweet Grayson. Let’s just say that there are a few budtenders @ the Deerfield location that consistently have overly long and super detailed conversations with every single customer. This in turn makes the line build up. Today was a bit different as there was a customer with a very large order who was there the entire time I was. There was no one in line behind me when I arrived and by the time I left there were 6 people in line. But that being said, there is still very little sense of urgency and a lot of chitchatting. At all times. Line, no line. This is the only reason I avoid this specific location.In the time I was there, 10ish minutes, Grayson took care of 3 people while the other 2 staff members each helped 1. Grayson completely turned the situation around with his speed & efficiency. He also managed to talk and work at the same time. Not the norm at Deerfield.I enjoyed the few minutes we talked, and I will absolutely be back.Kudos Grayson. Well done.

It would of been higher had the live budder I got had a leak so I ended up losing about .25-.05g out of 3.5. So I ended up getting 3ish and stuff happens and I've had it happen in every state I've ever gotten stuff. My recommendation would be get better sealing method for stuff like this maybe and letting people see what they are getting before they walk out the door. I get you can't but that's why I said get better sealing method like pills and such have on them but it has to be able to take whatever gets on it off and not have it either soak in or just impossible to get off like this is here... besides this like I said it would of been a 4-5 star place because everything I got was fire and the price was decent.

However I let them know I do have the product. Bar code. Location where it came from. Video of it not working after fully charged. Bought it weeks ago. Submitted a claim via email cause they dont answer the phone. Haven't heard back from them until today. Happy 4th curealeaf you just lost another customer and I still expect a full refund. I give this place 0/5. After submitting a request to their customer service, I was told to deal with the disgusting product they sold me because it was priced accordingly. I go to plenty of dispensaries that offer things at a discount that aren't gross to use. I should not be forced to pay for product that is not use-able. After spending thousands with this store over the years, it breaks my heart that they feel the need to steal $60 from me.Clearly that $60 is more important than me as a customer. I will not be stepping foot inside this dispensary again.If you are a medical patient BE CAREFUL, they will sell you flower packaged 1 year ago without any disclosure. Instead of being beautifully green and purple, even if it is harsh and brown their customer service will tell you that you bought it so you are stuck with it. Be careful doing business with company. There are a lot of choices out there that stand behind their customers, this is not one of them.

Very poor and unacceptable policy on refund on defected carts, long meaningless emails requiring repeated information with no intention to refund . They say you have to call within 7 days of purchase, agreeing most people by enough products for a month, and no one would open all their carts within 7 days to check for defects. When a full cart is leaking, it needs to be refunded. Basically, they don’t stand by products they sell.

Just a couple days ago I purchased a select essentials pineapple express cartridge 1 g started using it and the resin started coming out of the tip! I called and told them about it and they told me to go to the website send a contact email and wait 35 days and somebody will call you and make a decision on what to do because they said since I didn’t have my original receipt which I shouldn’t have to have because they have my contact and my purchases on file there that I couldn’t bring it back. The person I spoke to on the phone was totally rude and not helpful. I will never buy another thing from that place again.! Beware buyers Because they do not stand behind the product they sell! Loved the kiosk. That was my favorite part. They had a great selection to choose from. Fast and friendly. The security guard was the best part of the experience. He was friendly and funny!!
