Edit: I went across the street to Seven Point right after and not only was there no wait, it’s a music store so it was a significantly better experience.I’m gonna leave a review while I wait in line because you’ll certainly be doing the same. I have never come here with them having more than 2 registers going while the line is completely wrapped around the waiting area. Not only that but I’m always there early on the weekdays. I’d understand if it was a one off rush, but clearly this is just how the store is. I also understand they have someone on the iPad for people to place orders there but as I type this they just shut down another register. So now there’s currently 1 register and 29 people in line.The product they sell isn’t bad, and the staff is friendly, (as a retail worker of 7+ years myself I hate saying this) but this place has absolutely lost my business. I can’t spend 30 minutes waiting in line every time I place an order.
Go across the street to Seven Point.I have gone here since it opened and have been nothing but displeased with incredible long lines 2-3 hrs is normal during peak hours, only 2 cashiers with 30-50 customers, price gouging because of location. Find other, better dispensaries who care about their customers.Tried it again, but I ended up leaving after waiting 15 minutes for 3 people to be served and still 12 in front of me. There were at least 10 staff members not helping in the back as I saw them come to and from doors. Absolutely disgusting how they make customers wait
David did an excellent job today. I was 13cents short so was going to have to use my debit. He covered the change for me so I could pay cash. Fast and professional, great budtender
I always get great service when I come in here. They always do their best at trying to move their line as quick as possible. Shelby helped me today and she was fantastic. Super friendly and made the whole transaction a great experience. I always enjoy all my visits. My favorite dispensary around! Recommend to everyone! They will have something you’ll love.
First time customer, I was greeted by Nathaniel to review my purchase. He is a very kind and knowledgeable individual and guided me to the best products to suit my needs. The store was spacious, well organized and clean. I will likely return in the future.

Since I've been going to Sunnyside, I've been very happy. The site is easy to maneuver, and products are always fresh, and the employees are great! I tried out another local place, and also went back to my roots. But each time I was left disappointed. I've learned my lesson, and will only shop with Sunnyside from here, on out.
Second time visiting from out of town. I absolutely adore it here. I'm standing in a line to get in, and I don't mind. I'm happy to see them win.Edit ! I kinda mind the lines. I ordered online, hoping this would expedite the hour long line. It doesn't! And there is really no concern for the disabled, even though we kind of make this industry great.There are no chairs. There's a separate line for disabled people, I guess, but it's still been about 10 minutes on my feet. I want better from such a nice place.
First time here. The staff were friendly and helpful. The variety of products is awesome. You can also pre-order and just stop in to pick it up. Definitely will stop back in.

First visit for myself. It was on a Saturday an hour after opening. About a 45 minute line. As soon as I walked in the employees guided me and answered all my questions. The two older women in front also helped. Very nice building and set-up all around. I’ll be returning when ready.

Was shorted 4 grams of 1/2 oz flower. Cannot get this Danville location to pick up the phone as it hangs up no matter what option is chosen. This is not the first time this has happened either but so noticeable this time I could tell by looking at it so I weighed to check. It’d be great if they would at least have a working phone or employees to answer it to hear the issue. I will be reporting to BBB if issue isn’t addressed. Thank you
Great experience line was out the door and looked like it was going to take a while but the line moved quickly staff was really nice and service was great Ashley is amazing 😁 and product is great only have good things to say 10/10 would definitely recommend

It was my first time at this location. The system felt institutional. It felt like I was in line for government assistance, or at the BMV.Don't expect a helpful 1st point of sale. Definitely order online ahead of time. You better know what you want because they were not helpful or pleasant. They're overpriced, especially for the quality of their product, at least in the case of my purchase. Won't return. What a disappointment! Definitely worth the trip to Michigan if this is a comparable example of the dispensaries Illinois has to offer. But then again, its Illinois.
This was my first time visiting a dispensary. It was a Tuesday morning and very busy, but the staff was efficient and friendly. The long line moved quickly. Becky waited on me, and I had a great experience with her! The product is excellent. I'll definitely be back.
Shelby and the other staff members are always friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to help customers. The building is always clean and neat creating an enjoyable atmosphere. I always enjoy my visits.
Used to be a great location - since opening the employee moral is low. Never have more than 3 cashiers, understaffed and deployed for their busiest days. Always a minimum of an hour wait - will definitely be driving out of my way for a more efficient dispensary. Management needs to be reviewed and flipped.

This dispensary was not exactly what I'd expected but nice. Most of the staff is helpful and knowledgeable however like anywhere you have your "Karen's." Otherwise, it was a good experience, and I will definitely go back.
I've been going for quite some time now. And have been pleased with my experience. Here lately I've been purchasing. High supply brand i'm getting home and the inside seal is either popped open or missing? Which ultimately takes the freshness away.
My niece told me about Sunnyside Dispensary and while we were in Danville we decided to check it out. We went to the one on Lynch Spur Road. It is a very nice new building and there's plenty of free lighted parking including disabled parking and the entrance is wheelchair accessible. Be advised that there is only one entrance to the lobby and there is only one entrance to the Dispensary from the lobby and there is only one exit to the parking lot and it is in the Dispensary itself. When you go in you are in a lobby entry room. At the counter an associate will ask for your ID and check you in to their system and give you a numbered pass for entry to the actual dispensary. When you enter the dispensary there are associates that will answer any questions or concerns you may have and they will take your order and enter it in their system and give you an order number slip. There is a line to enter for the cashier's where you will pay and pick up your order which will be ready for you when you get to the cashier's counter and there are several cashier's for checkout. All of the associates are friendly, courteous and knowledgeable to assist you with your needs. The dispensary is very secure and clean and well organized. Be sure and ask about any possible discounts that you may qualify for. And if you are going to be a regular customer here then be sure and join the Sunnyside Rewards program which is free to earn points and discounts and heads-up on deals and sales and other rewards available. When you are finished shopping there is only one exit and it is in the Dispensary itself and there is no entrance to go back into the lobby from the Dispensary. We loved the Dispensary and we'll be regular customers now and we also joined the rewards program. Great store and shopping experience and I recommend them for your Dispensary shopping needs and I'm sure that you will not be disappointed. Be sure and check them out.
Was told to come back in 30 days to get the %50 off after you buy one product came back less than 1 week after the date on the receipt. Found out it expired 3 days before I came back didn't realize that. Its the small stuff, but just don't lie to me about getting a %50 off. Probably will not come back, and will spend my time, and money somewhere else. It just small simple stuff, but the fact that I got lied to my face, and sat in line for over a hour just to find out that it expires. Would've went somewhere else. Staff is nice, and friendly, but doesn't compensate for getting lied too. I think they need too have better communication with each other. My cousin's stopped using this company months ago, and uses a another business. I'm thinking of doing the same as well, and I hope who's reading this does the same thing as well.
I've been coming to this store for about 2 1/2 years now. As time has passed, service has gotten slower and slower. They make you wait for up to an hour out in the cold before even letting you into the building. Then you have to wait another half hour in line inside. Today I waited in line for 45 minutes outside, and another 30 inside. Despite having multiple kiosks, only 2 people were working the counter. They knew to expect crowds, telling frustrated customers it was payday for those who receive SS. So why have only a few employees scheduled? I've traveled all over the US, visiting dispensaries in at least 12 different states, including others in Illinois. No other store has ever had a wait that compares. They take advantage of the fact that they are on the Indiana border with no real competition for those who would rather purchase from a legal store instead of the street. They know people will wait because the alternative is to drive 2 hours longer. After owning a business for 16 years, I know that the lack of proper staff is solely the result of poor management. At this point I will be making the drive to Chicago because at least I can spend the extra time in a warm car rather than standing in the cold wind. They could, at a bare minimum, put up a wind breaker to protect their customers from the frigid breezes while they're forced to wait, but they won't even do that. With all the money they're saving on payroll, they could afford to do the bare minimum to keep their customers comfortable.

Michelle, who I placed my order with was great! However, they grabbed the wrong product 3 times before they had my correct order at the counter and when I opened my Cresco Wedding Crasher cart, it already had a huge air bubble in it so it's definitely not a full gram. Questionable products.I came back and edited from 3stars to 2 due to pricing. I was annoyed enough that I forgot that I also paid more then ANY OTHER dispensary I've been to, even in Illinois, and I'm still getting ripped off on product. It's not worth it. Drive somewhere else for a better experience.
