My first experience over at Zen Leaf Pilsen had really expanded my interest in THC products. Armando provided a great amount of insight and products that he recommended for me. Especially for the kind that helps me sleep and the kind that helps with creativity. The prices are fair and I feel a lot better as a result. I highly recommend for anyone who needs good THC products from pens or edibles. Armando in particular really went far and beyond for recommendations for customers. He’s the guy.

I’ve always had good experiences until today. I think this establishment shouldn’t have “managers” that have no type of customer service skills. As someone who has worked in customer service for many years I was surprised at her lack professionalism it was as if it was a bother for her to talk to me. She was very dismissive and just plain rude. I wish I would’ve gotten the managers name since she was the only issue (she was short with blondish money pieces) The young lady at the desk was really nice and she’s the only reason I didn’t leave 1 star instead.

Viviana and Zen Lead Pilsen was single-handedly one of the rudest people I have ever dealt with in my life. She made me time entirely hard and I probably won’t be back. Her service is terrible and I was very offended by her attitude.I called the number on the customer care card and was unable to get through to anyone who could help. I’m very disappointed and her customer service “skills” have made me never want to come back

Place looks a little grimy. However, the crew is cool. Service is 1st class. But, the place still looks a little grimy. Like it needs fresh paint and decor. I'm awarding 5 stars because the service outshines the grime. The products are what they appear to be. The ambiance can do with some sprucing up, however. The bathrooms should always be tended to. Otherwise, it's a great place to visit. Unless, I probably should have written this before smoking this here joint.

With it being my first experience with cannabis, I was worried about the wrong selection but with Armando's genuine care and attention to detail, he gave me the perfect strain/product for my insomnia and back pain. Finally, some actual relief and good rest instead of a selection that gets me too high to function properly. Can't recommend ZenLeaf on Western enough but specifically the Employee known as Armando's customer service was incredible and will definitely be returning. Ask for Armando, he is legit

The customer service here is gone. Very condescending, and they speak over you while you are talking. Rude manager today. I don't know your name, I don't care. You had a simple job, keep the customer happy. I took my business elsewhere. You can have the rating because that's what it was. The new rating is at 2.2 only because you sell cannabis. Visiting from out of state and wasn't sure what to expect. They scanned my driver's license upon entering and told me where to go. The shelves held papers, pipes and electronic devises but no product could be seen. The products are kept in big lockers behind the counter. I highly suggest going to their website to see what's available and sales etc. before going in person. Having done this she wrote down my products, gathered them and checked me out. I loved the 22% veterans discount. Highly recommend this store! The process was flawless and I was in and out in 10 minutes if not less. Cassie was wonderful and everyone was professional. This was an easy 5 stars

Its been about a year I visited this location since I've been in and out the hospital a lot. I took a friend here for his first time also. There's a cashier who always wears pink, didn't even bother to register him. Also visited yesterday and got taken care by a cashier named Carlos. I accidentally gave my old number but he didn't bother to register my new number. Once he got my product, he just threw it in the bag and with previous customers he placed inside their bags nicely without no attitude. I didn't bring it up to his attention because I didn't want to start any problems. It seems in my last 5 visits customer service has gone down a lot in the past year.
