I have visited Sway twice now in the last 2 weeks, and have been utterly impressed each time with both the customer service and the product. I was made to feel quite welcome in the store (even got free rolling papers both times and a free t-shirt the first time), and it's a really cute place (if you ever went to Town Hall Pub in that building, you won't believe your eyes!!!).

This was my first time into Sway and I’m super glad I decided to stop in. The staff was super friendly, and I had an excellent discussion with Cam at the checkout counter. They were courteous, professional, humorous, and very insightful. I really appreciate my experience and I look forward to coming back. I hope to see Cam and the others again.If Sway can deepen the medical discount, they can secure a lot of business in the area that’s “forced” to go to the big name medical dispensaries. We all hate them, but sadly they can be the most affordable. If that changes they are in trouble because cool places like Sway will take their business. I hope it happens!Anyway, love what Sway represents and I’m happy they are in the community. I live about 200 yds away and it’s so cool having them nearby.Thanks again, and keep up the great work!!

I was incredibly impressed by Sway on my first visit! I was greeted kindly at the front desk and the person asked about what I was looking to purchase and gave great recommendations.In the room itself, I was helped at the ordering kiosk and given solid guidance throughout the process. Even the check out experience was pleasant - the person ringing me up was kind, friendly, and helpful!I'm grateful for this place opening up so close to my home, but even more excited that it is a well-run, friendly establishment. Cannot wait to return.

Brand new dispensary located on the north side of Chicago. First thing I have to comment on was the customer service, it was exceptional and the bud tenders were very attentive. I loved the design and how fast they got me my flower. I would definitely recommend them.

Prior to going into Sway, I went to the website to see what was being offered. I went in and was greeted in a warm and friendly manner. I went up to the counter and told the representative what I would like to order. He placed the order and we waited maybe 5-7 minutes. He profusely apologized for the wait. I said it was no problem and that I am a patient person. Finally, the assistant manager came up to the counter, introduced himself, apologized for the wait and the fact that the amount I had requested wasn't available and I would have to purchase more. He offered me a discount, which I gladly accepted, and made my transaction. The staff was definitely very accommodating and customer oriented.
