I absolutely love this place !! My favorite part about going here is seeing all the great people that are employed here, honestly brightens my day each time. Amazing customer service , names I can remember for sure each time Katie is the absolute best , Mike is such a sweetheart everytime always very thorough with their jobs excellent people , Kailey I believe as well was the name of the other girl who is always so kind to me , definitely a great establishment ❤️

If you're willing to deal with dispensary taxes versus street prices. Then this is you one stop spot. Nice atmosphere, very helpful and knowledgeable associates, extensive selection, variety of products, Even the security was cool. Trust me I love my street guys but check this place out before you decide which is best to deal with. It was quite the mature and peaceful experience as I'm sure more mature connoisseurs are looking for. I will say it is funny to be in the parking lot and watch all the customers Enter the store watching to see who's watching them walk in lol. Still stuck with that 1990s legality hang up in their minds, I had the same problem. Either way this is the best dispensary I've been to outside of Northern California's " Murder Mountain." Let me know what you think.

Product itself is fine but their loyalty system is the worst in the industry. Beware - if you shop at any of the outlet stores, your point value is lying to you on the website. You can't use your outlet points at the regular stores and that's not made very clear. Extremely disappointing to place an order only because I thought I had $20 in points only to be told "oh that number isn't right on our website, there's nothing we can do." I'd much rather go to Star Buds down Cicero.

Today was my first time going to Ascend in Chicago Ridge.I was greeted with a smile and continued to walk in the store.Upon entering the store, I was helped by Mike. Mike has a bubbly personality and genuinely cares about every customer that walks in. He was attentive and caring, and even spoke about the promotions happening at the front desk. Definitely management material if he isn’t already! Thank you for all of your help today, Mike. You made my day!
