Shout out to Mr. T, an absolutely excellent budtender! Walked in and there are computers to browse for introverts, and then a wall of colorful glass and vape batteries. Had a fun time chatting with T, and learning various misc facts about different strains. As someone who has a hard time standing for long periods of time, I also appreciated the chairs for customers.These guys know what they're doing, and they understand their clientele, and have a welcome shop. What more could you ask for? 💜

Love this dispensary! Staff is always super friendly and helpful. When placing an order online it’s usually a pretty quick in and out. Prices aren’t the best thanks to Illinois cannabis tax but with a medical card, it definitely helps save a lot of money. Not the biggest selection but they definitely have a good range of options. Overall, I think this is a great dispensary and their own branded products are pretty good as well. Medicate responsibly!

Update/Original Review Below: I was called by someone I am assuming is a manager at this location, his name was John. I should've asked more about him, but I was unprepared and the call was unexpected. He was extremely kind and empathetic, and we talked about my experience. He told me to come in and I could get a refund, or something equivalent. I stopped by this afternoon and he apologized and helped resolve my situation. He didn't have to do any of this, but he went out of his way to help me, and I appreciate it greatly. I'll be stopping by more often.The first few times I came here I had a great experience, and it turned into my first choice dispensary. Unfortunately I will not be coming here again. I purchased a $50 dollar grinder here, which is honestly paying a lot, but it had great reviews and looked beautiful. I get it, drive home, and when I'm home, I realize they gave me the wrong one. I call in, tell them the situation, and ask if they have the correct one in stock. They say they do, and I can come the next day for an exchange. I come in very next day, and they give me the same incorrect one again, but I checked right away this time. They say they haven't had the one I was trying to purchase in almost a year, and said they would take it off the site. This was 4/20, and it's still on the site as of today. Not only that, but I can't even get my money back, so they're holding $50 dollars of mine essentially hostage, for a mistake that they made. Not so much as an genuine apology. Just "Yeah, sorry about that." Fast forward to today, I try to buy something to get my money 'back', but the front desk attendant was incredibly rude. It's difficult to hear him through the glass, and he was making no effort to be reasonably audible. He was saying things like "That's not what I asked" and "Did you hear what I said?" and rapping the glass repeatedly with his fingertips when people didn't hear something he said and walked away from the window.It's not hard to be genuine or patient, and this place can't do that.

The staff here is awesome! Their POS system was acting funky on 420 and they took care of their patients and customers so well!! They offered snacks and drinks while we waited in line. And then gave freebies at check out for the inconvenience! They couldn't have handled the crowd better. Beth was an absolute pleasure and had a great attitude throughout the entire situation! I'll be back!

This place is great!!! I've only met one bud tender that I didn't have a good experience with. Skylar, Ash, Leon, Caleb, and Beth, one of the managers, are awesome!!! Yes, I know most of their names cause I'm in there all the time and they're so friendly. They always take their time and give good recommendations, they never rush me. They have a huge variety of products, so you have a lot to choose from. Ordering is easy online and is always ready when you go in. Wait times are very minimal, there's usually always a budtender available when you go in. I highly recommend this nuEra location. I go out of my way to go here, rather than ones closer to me. I just went to the dispensary a second time in one day, you're only allowed to make one visit/purchase a day. I had to add this, to tell you how really great this place is: Brittney was at the front window to let you in and took her time to help me with some questions about recommendations, since I couldn't go into the back again. She didn't rush me at all, I wanted a topical cream for pain and she told me what she thought were the best from her personal experience and went over different ones, and even went into detail about how to use them, how long they last, and how my skin will feel when I first put it on. That's how helpful and knowledgeable they are. Would definitely recommend this dispensary over all the other ones I've been too.

My entire experience was freaking amazing. The tall skinny dude that helped me had such a good vibe and even complimented me a few times and was just all around a nice guy. The manager had come up to help with a mail coupon I was using and she was ecstatic to see me come in even though it was my first time. 10/10 recommend, I’ll definitely try to come back to use the other coupons before they expire lol
