EDITING MY FIVE STAR TO A ONE STAR THEY KEEP GIVING ME OPEN CONTAINERS THIS IS THE SECOND TIME AN EVERY TIME THEY SAY THEY CAN'T TAKE IT BACK WHICH IS UNDERSTANDABLE JUST MAKE SURE YOU CHECK YOUR CONTAINERS ARE SEALED BEFORE YOU ACCEPT IT FROM THIS SHADY LOCATION WHAT ARE THEY DOING IN THE BACK??!! PINCHING OUR STUFF?! BEWARE!!!!!!!!!! AND BE AWARE!!!!!!
They raised their prices dramatically. I need an explaination as to why a 1/2 oz at this place can cost $180 when I can literally get the exact same product for $90 up north? Is it greed? It sure looks like it! They're ruining the good faith they built up with the community. Jacking up these prices on like this, on the far south side....they should be ashamed of themselves! It's disgusting!
Very friendly and attentive staff! I was visiting a friend from out of state and super glad I found this place. Good product and deals. Also very quick and easy to shop.
They are back open!!! Hooray!!! I really like this dispensary and the staff. The rewards program is great and they also have a high-rollers club that gives daily discounts and free products once a month. I have now had the opportunity to try out at least four medical dispensaries and by far Mission is the best. The best prices, the best staff and the best location, at least for me I live close.
Horrible customer service got into a horrible altercation with one of their employees, emailed them, & NEVER HEARD A THING BACK. I advise spend your money elsewhere as I did where you’re actually treated in a nice manner not being disrespectful, rude, & overly aggressive towards paying customers. You need the have a customer service meeting with your representatives because what I experienced was uncalled for. I had a grown man yelling at the top of his lungs at me as I remained calm & laughed in his face because this all had to be a joke! 🤣
I hate the way my cart taste and I don’t think it even get me high. I’m not usually picky about carts but it just doesn’t hit well and doesn’t taste good I have gotten this same brand at different dispo and I felt quality was better there.

First sign of concern came a few weeks ago: the foyer was filthy, glass window separating the intake employee and security cracked, PA broken, general chaos.On 7/6/24 I placed an online order about 7:10 and arrived to pick up at 7:52. There was no line outside, no one waiting in foyer, but security said they were past capacity and only medical customers would be served - basically, they were closed. Closing is at 8. Another customer arrived and was given same spiel. Obviously this is no way to do business generally but for a highly state-regulated entity? Closing early? Protesting to security only goes so far - why kill the messenger. Asked to speak to a manager: “It will be at least 20 minutes — at least.” Said I’d wait. Second security person came out. I asked again to speak to a manager. “It’s going to be a long wait.” I left.Nutshell: Something has changed here for the worse. Disappointing and obviously there are other options.

Specifically South Chicago I would tell all future customers to check product before leaving the store. They sold me an item half opened and I couldn’t return it because of their policy there’s also lack of care from the employees at this store.
I really enjoy coming to this dispensary. Parking is difficult, due to the small parking lot and they get busy quickly. They usually always have exactly what I’m looking for. I’m always down for some good edibles or bud. Tell a friend of a friend . 9/10 recommend
The deals are trash. They don’t offer first time buyers 40% off anymore yet they still have the signs up. Worker refused to honor the deal. Lame asl. Also you have to place your order on the kiosk before getting in line. They have nothing telling you that but I waited in line 30 mins just to have to place a new order and get back in a long line. Not to mention while I was in the middle of placing an order the bartenders break started and he stopped helping me just to go on break. Passed my order to someone else. This place is a circus. They almost didn’t honor the deal they advertised on their own system. I won’t be coming back!

Great place to buy smoke. It’s one person/party allowed in the vestibule. Once inside, you can look at the menu and place your order on the iPad kiosk. Make sure to keep your ID out for the register.
It's ok. There are sales sometimes. But when you go pick up the order, make sure to check before paying. Husband ordered something on sale and was charged full price. Of course he didn't notice til he got home and I checked the receipt 😔
The only reason I shop here is for convenience and the reward program. The staff has poor customer service. Only a few of the employees exemplify proper customer service. I'm a medical card holder and by law we're supposed to get priority over those who are not, but many of times I've been ignored even after alerting them that I'm standing in the medical line whole they're taking other patrons, who are not medicinal, before me. Hardly any of the staff are knowledgeable about the rewards program. They recently started a VIP program under the DANK ACCOUNT, and none of the staff are familiar with the program. They act lost when I mention that I'm supposed to receive 15% off everyday that I shop because I subscribed to be a VIP memeber. Mind you I'm an avid tipper. And I tend to tip well. Sometimes I tip as much as my total for my purchase. I do so with the employees that exercise prowr customer service. There's never any real management available. It's always someone whom you've been serviced by on a prior visit, someone who has no real title as supervisor or manager. They're display shelves are understocked, and when I asked about a particular piece of merchandise I was told they had more in the back, but even after several visits later the merch still wasn't brought out to the display shelves. I'll be elated when I can discontinue my business as a consumer with this dispensary. They truly do suck and make it bad for the staff who are actually good hardworking individuals. I pray they get it together in the name of Jesus.
