Was able to get in right away and was helped by Yanni… I believe. She spoke so low that I could not hear her over the music blasting and she was 100% bothered by us giving them business today. Will never be back.
Store hours say they close at 9 so I did an online order and went to pick it up. Pulled up at 8:43 and the doors were locked. You should change your business hours to 8 if your employees are allowed to close when they want. Wasted my time, probably won’t be returning after I use up my points, which sucks cause they’re the closest to my house. ZENLEAF on Western made it all good though.
Placed an order for pickup, open till 9pm but they closed the doors at 8:45 and left customers outside. Security comes out and says he decides to close at 8:45. Completely unprofessional and hostile security with no regard for the actual closing time Listed. Based on other reviews the security guard here is a problem.

All the bud tenders are great. Too bad that’s the only good thing about the store. I’ve been going here for three years sometimes every day and today the new security guard started yelling me for no reason once he got off the phone he proceeds to tell me that I can’t go in with the merchandise I just bought. I didn’t know these were the rules. I told him I just wanted to redeem my points. Long story short he started yelling so loud and aggressive. Once I talked to the manager, his excuse was there was an incident yesterday. No one apologized. I told him he was really nice, but the security guard was super aggressive and yelled at me, that’s when he responded that there was an incident yesterday that’s not an excuse, however. Once I was inside, the girl was really nice and she apologized, but it wasn’t her job to apologize. It should’ve been the manager or the security guard. The security actually walked inside the store room once I was inside and started laughing and making jokes with this guy almost taunting me, it’s ridiculous. I can’t believe that happened to me. Specially, when im one of their best customers probably to be honest. I’ve spent over 15,000 $ at this store. And this is how they treat me ? This is one of the most expensive stores in Chicago. I go there cause it’s close to my house and I like the tenders, but I told the manager I was never gonna go there again and his response was thank you. Have a good day, I was shocked all he had to do was apologize. I’m a stoner. I would’ve forgotten all about it, but the fact that I was treated so bad after being a loyal customer for three years I’m shocked. I think the security should be fired. I know people depend on their jobs, but it’s not right for someone to be yelled at for no reason, I was not aggressive at all so I don’t know why he came for me like that. He is very unprofessional on the phone talking to whoever he wants and it’s ridiculous. The old security was lovely and nice but he died. I will miss the bud tenders but I am serious about never going there again.

Prices are kinda insane for the quantity your getting. Other dispensaries I'm paying like 25 maybe 30 dollars for some solid pens for a gram then with HHC it's 45 for 7 grams. Your charging 45 for .5 grams for the same quality. I'm convinced big dispensaries are just scams. The only reason they are high functioning is because of government hookups and monopolization.
I'm a Medical patient who has been coming in for quite some time. Recently some changes to ordering had made putting in online ordering a hassle when you get to the register and you are told it doesn't qualify for you to buy as a Medical patient. I have bought the same things at other dispensaries without this exception. And I am not even upset about that. It was the way the Bud tender just walked over and handed me the bag and said, "Here are your products." Instead of pulling each one out to verify and show me they were correct. That's always the way it's been done. But apparently I was too much trouble for that. They just wanted me to leave. As someone with long-term health issues and terrible anxiety and depression - to be treated with disdain when there is a smile on that other person face - is incredibly dejecting. Not sure how much I want to go back - even if it's the closest to my home. I want to go where I feel welcomed.
I came at 8:50, and they were already closed(they close at 9). I called and they didn’t answer. Along with me and another customer. Then stupidly rude security comes out and says we closed. 20 mins drive there and back for nothing. I will not be returning. Amateurs.
Very friendly staff from ID check-in to the sales staff. I was from out of town and asked for suggestions for what kind I wanted, and the young lady nailed it. When back in town, I will definitely go back..
My favorite dispensary, always good vibes. Last time I went Clara gave me great recommendations and tips. They have great deals all the time too
I actually like the place my only problem is every time I make a purchase I don’t see the item the next week on the sight. I made a purchase 3 weeks in a row & every item I bought wasn’t up on the site the following week but when I go in the store they say they have it in stock. I don’t like that because it makes it seem like they don’t want you buying what’s best fits you.
What a great spot. The staff is fantastic and always so kind, almost no wait time, and great deals. One of the few dispensaries left that doesn’t feel like a pure cash grab
THIS IS THE WORST DISPENSARY IN CHICAGO. THEY ROB INNOCENT PEDESTRIANS BY SELLING PRODUCTS WITH NOTHING IN THEM, NO THC, JUST AN EMPTY BOX, AND REFUSED TO GIVE A WORKING CUSTOMER THEIR MONEY BACK OR A SIMPLE EXCHANGE. THE STAFF HERE IS RUDE AND THEY NEED TO SHUT DOWN COMPLETELY. THEY HAVE NO INTEGRITY AND EMPATHY FOR RECREATIONAL CUSTOMERS. VERY DISAPPOINTED AND WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT.
