This place is the best! Great deals and nice variety of products. But the staff is what makes it so amazing! Always friendly, very informative, and you can just tell they actually enjoy connecting customers with the right product. Tanya helped us today and she was so sweet and helpful!

One of the loveliest cannabis experiences I’ve ever had. First time visitors get a nice discount on product and there’s great incentives for repeat business. Staff is incredibly helpful—Sy made shopping a breeze. Definitely coming back.

Eunique was very happy and friendly and made check out smooth! 5 stars for them!Since this place is Recreational, as a Medical card holder it would be nice if the medical discount still applied even if you purchased a discounted item (like most of the other dispensaries around here) especially since still paying Recreational taxes on top of it.

Love Ivy Hall! I was so excited to first patronize a majority black owned dispensary and I’m so happy I did. Love the curated ambiance & warm & welcoming feel that’s missing from every other dispensary in the city. There’s always a great selection of high quality products, quick order completion both online and in store, knowledgeable and kind (and hilarious) staff, and a fun selection of weed adjacent products (greeting cards, books, games, clothing). Solid deals & rewards program too. Love the occasional surprise freebies of new products or “just to say thanks”. My go to dispensary ❤️

Ivy Hall has quickly become my go-to, more on par with California dispensaries than what you’d usually find in Chicago. Every experience there is swift and positive. The staff are experts and take care of you fully. You can feel the passion and intelligence they bring to the field. Karen patiently educated me on a number of areas I’d been too shy to ask about.
